(Clearwisdom.net) (Clearwisdom correspondent from Heilongjiang Province) Ji Jianjun is a police officer with the National Security Division in the worker and peasant area in Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province. Since 2009, he has been involved in and ordered the arrests of many innocent Falun Gong practitioners.
At around 9:00 a.m. in February 2009, Ji Jianjun went to a shopping mall. He arrested practitioner Ms. Du Guihua and took her to the Second Detention Center of Hegang City. A physical examination disqualified her from incarceration, so she was released at around 8:00 p.m..
On April 4, 2009, Ji Jianjun was involved in the arrest of Ms. Li Guirong, who was later sentenced to forced labor for one year. She is 62 years old. At present, she is being detained at the Hegang City Second Detention Center. She was brutally beaten by the director, Li Shulin.
On the afternoon of May 16, 2009, Ji Jianjun and others arrested practitioners Mr. Zhang Xinjie, Ms. Zhao Jiuzhi, and Mr. Gao Heping. Ms. Zhao has been released, but Mr. Gao has been sentenced to two years of forced labor camp.
On the morning of July 4, 2009, Ji Jianjun and others arrested Ms. Zhao Mujin, 64. She was just released from Jiamusi Forced Labor Camp one month ago. When she was detained at the Hegang City Second Detention Center, her blood pressure rose to over 200 mmHg due to torture. Because her condition was critical, she was released on August 4, 2009.
Ji Jianjun arrested innocent people and caused their families tremendous problems. Mr. Zhang Xinjie's son was accepted by a top university. However, the fees and tuition are very expensive. Mr. Zhang's wife works in a shopping mall and earns 900 yuan a month. That is only enough for her son's living expenses, and she cannot pay the tuition.
