1. [Daonan City, Jilin Province] Mr. Guo Yongli and Wife Illegally Arrested and Detained at Daonan City Detention Center
On the afternoon of July 20, 2009, Mr. Guo Yongli and his wife Ms. Han Yanmin from the Taxation Bureau in Daonan City were arrested at their workplaces by officers from Baicheng City Police Station and Daonan City Tuanjie Police Station. Their homes were ransacked that same afternoon. Currently they are being detained at the Daonan City Detention Center.

2. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Cao Mingfang Arrested
At about 2 p.m., on July 22, 2009, practitioners Ms. Cao Mingfang and Ms. Jiang Minghui from Honggang District in Daqing City were shopping at the market. They were arrested there by plainclothes police officers and then detained at the police station. Police officers then ransacked Ms. Cao's home and confiscated a printer and other items. Ms. Cao has been illegally detained at the Daqing Detention Center. Ms. Jiang was released.
3. [Zhuanghe City, Liaoning Province] Many Practitioners Arrested by Xingda Police
On the morning of July 22, 2009, Sun Xiuquan, head of the Xingda Police Station in Zhuanghe City, led several officers and broke into practitioner Ms. Zhang Likai's restaurant. After they tricked her into opening the door, they began to ransack her restaurant and then they took Ms. Zhang to the police station. Those officers then went to a store run by Ms. Song Xiangfeng and her husband. They confiscated cash and some of their personal belongings, and then they took Ms. Song and her husband to a police station. That same afternoon, Ms. Zhang and Ms. Song's husband were able to return home. Ms. Song was detained at the Dalian City Yaojia Detention Center.

4. [Jilin Province] Persecution of Mr. Wu Zilong at Jilin Prison
On July 10, 2009 police officer Wang Chunyuan from the Education Department began to carry out forced "transformation" on Mr. Wu Zilong, who was illegally detained at No. 7 ward. Mr. Wu was transferred to the brainwashing room, where many inmates have been taking turns monitoring him. He is not allowed to have any contact with others. He is under close surveillance and is monitored by inmates around the clock.

At 6 a.m. on July 22, 2009, Team Leader of Yitong County Domestic Security Brigade Wang Yichao led about five people and teamed with police officers from Kaoshan Township Police Station in Yitong County. They broke into practitioner Ms. Li Jinping's home and then arrested her.

At about 10 a.m. on July 20, 2009 four police officers from Jilin City Police Bureau broke into practitioner Ms. Liu Yongying's hair salon. They arrested her and confiscated a few hundred yuan, her cell phone and a few Shen Yun DVD's. Currently Ms. Liu is being illegally detained in the Jilin City Detention Center and she is on a hunger strike.

7. [Heilongjiang Province] Additional Information about the Arrest of Ms. Lu Dongmei, Retired Employee from Hebei Forest Bureau
On the morning of July 21, 2009, Ms. Lu Dongmei, a retired employee from Hebei Forest Bureau, was arrested by police officers who broke into her home. They confiscated her TV, DVD player and truth-clarification materials.

8. [Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Chen Zhaoming Illegally Arrested
At around midnight on July 21, 2009, police officers from Quanzi Township Economic Development Zone in Longcheng District of Chaoyang City went to Mr. Chen Chaomin's home in Quanzi Township. They confiscated his computer and a printer, and then took Mr. Chen away. Mr. Chen's wife managed to escape.

Practitioner Ms. Zhang Fengyun was taken to Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp for 18 months of detention.

When practitioner Ms. Liu Xiuying from Lushui, Dalian City was clarifying the truth, she was reported and then arrested. Ms. Wang Xia was arrested by police officers at her home.

At 11 p.m. on July 20, practitioners Mr. Sun Ruiping and Ms. Ju Rong from Gao City were arrested at Maozhuang Village in Maozhou Township. 12. [Chaoyang County, Liaoning Province] Mr. Ju Guangge and Mr. Ho Zhencai Arrested
At noon on July 18, 2007, four people, including Yang Yunpeng from Chaoyang County Police Station and people from the Damiao Township Police Station, arrested Mr. Ju Guangge from Juzhangzi Village in Damiao Township. They forcibly confiscated Dafa books. Later they went to Shengli Village, where they arrested practitioner Ms. Qiu Benmei and confiscated more Dafa books. That evening they arrested Mr. Hu Juncheng and beat him.
On July 19, police officers arrested practitioner Mr. Huo Zhencai from Xiaotagou Village. Ms. Zou is now detained at Chaoyang City Detention Center. The other three people are detained at Chaoyang County Detention Center.

On the morning of July 20, 2009, Mr. Wang Yongping from Xincheng Gold Mine in Jincheng Township of Laizhou City was illegally arrested.

On July 15, 2009, practitioner Ms. Meng Yuzhen from Changle City was secretly taken by people from Changle "610 Office" and Domestic Security Brigade to Wangcun No. 2 Women's Forced Labor Camp for 15 months of detention.

In March 2009, many practitioners were illegally sentenced and taken to forced labor camps for detention. On July 19, 2009, when a retired employee from Hefei City's Wanjiang Factory Mr. Zheng Shucun was at home, he was arrested by people from the Anhui Province "610 Office" and his home was ransacked. His whereabouts are now unknown.

On July 21, 2009 practitioner Mr. Hu Youming from Xixiang was arrested. On July 22 practitioners Ms. Yue Xiancui and Mr. Zhang Houming were arrested as well.

At 2 a.m. on July 19, 2009, practitioner Mr. Huang Feng from Yongxiu County in Jiujiang City was arrested by the Guangzhou City Domestic Security Brigade. Currently his whereabouts are unknown.

At 8 p.m. on July 20, 2009, police officer Huang Wensheng from Dongshan District Police Bureau in Jieyang City teamed up with a dozen Pandong Township police. At 7 p.m. on July 16, 2009, practitioner Ms. Dai Qingbing, who is 46 years old, was arrested at her home by four officers from Guangzhou City Police Station and four officers in the Domestic Security Brigade of Miluo City Police Sub-Bureau. Currently she is detained at Miluo City Detention Center. Her family members are not allowed to visit her.
25. [Leshan City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Chen Zhongqiang and Ms. Ming Shunqiong Persecuted
On May 5, 2009, practitioner Ms. Ming Shunqiong from Zhong District in Leshan City was riding her three-wheel vehicle on the street. Li Wei, Director of Qingguoshan Community Management Committee, and others arrested her and ransacked her home. On the same evening her husband Mr. Chen Zhongiang was threatened and beaten by Xiu Jiankang, the person in charge of community security, along with three other men.
26. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Ding Yuzhen Arrested
On the morning of July 16, 2009, the Domestic Security Brigade in Zichuan Police Bureau of Zibo City teamed up with seven police officers from Zichuan Yangzhai Township Police Station. They broke into practitioner Ms. Ding Yuzhen's home at Yangzhai Township, arrested her and ransacked her home. Ms. Ding is currently detained at the Zibo City Detention Center and is prohibited from having family members visit.
Ms. Ding Yuzhen, 41 years old, was arrested and fined for going to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong in 1999. In 2001, she was arrested and detained at Zibo City Qiubu Detention Center.

Ms. Bai Huaping from Anlu City is a practitioner in her thirties. On the morning of July 20, 2009, she was reported and arrested for clarifying the truth in Anulu City. Currently she is detained at Sili Detention Center in Anlu City.
28. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Deqing's Family Being Persecuted
On July 16, 2009, practitioner Mr. Wang Deqing's family at Xuejiadao in Qingdao City Economics and Technology Development Zone were arrested at home by their local police officers. His daughter and son were severely beaten. Police officers then took his family members to the police station, except for his daughter, who was taken to Qingdao. Nobody knows where his daughter is being held.

At 3 pm on July 21, 2009, officers from Dongerying Township Police Station, Ji County Police Bureau in Tianjin City, climbed over a wall to enter practitioner Ms. Dong Xiuqin's home. They arrested Ms. Zhang Suwen, but Ms. Dong managed to escape.
