(Clearwisdom.net) I was fortunate to begin Falun Dafa cultivation in October 1997. Master saved me from a floundering existence and renewed my life. How could I repay Master's compassion and grace? Today I wrote of my ten years of cultivation experiences to validate that Dafa is omnipotent and that Master's compassion is infinite.
Life renewed by Dafa
I found the purpose of life after I obtained the Fa. My selfish lifestyle changed to living a brand new life for others.
I no longer complained about my father who has gambled since I was a small child, idling the day away and spiting my mother. For 20 years he hurt his three children deeply. I even quarreled with him in my dreams. Since I have been a practitioner, I have followed Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance and really put aside all my resentment towards my father. That is the Fa's power! I care for him and buy food and clothes for him. I persuaded my two younger brothers and my mother not to bear a grudge against Father because everything is due to karma and we should find a kind solution to counteract the bad karma. With my influence, their dissatisfaction with Father decreased greatly. I deal with him with compassion from the bottom of my heart. Sentient beings are really suffering. Dafa's power helped me to resolve the bad karma with my father, and he was offered salvation by withdrawing from the Chinese Communist Party and its affiliated organizations.
Fulfilling my mission to validate the Fa
Since the persecution of Falun Gong began in 1999, I have never lost my firm belief in Master and the Fa. I have never doubted or betrayed Master or Dafa, and never compromised with the evil forces.
All my righteous thoughts come from Dafa. Prior to the persecution I was fond of reading, reciting, and copying the Fa, so I could definitely refuse to write any guarantee statement denouncing Falun Gong. Instead, I firmly wrote: I will forever practice Falun Gong as I believe Dafa is the Way of the Universe.
When I prepared to go to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong and was pregnant, other practitioners reminded me that I might lose my job and end up in prison. I answered without hesitation, "I am not afraid of that." I went to Tiananmen Square without incident but didn't know what to do and then returned.
In November 2000 I took my five-month-old daughter and again went to Beijing to protect the Fa. I distributed fliers to tourists and shouted truth clarification messages. I was unconditionally released after being arrested. I really felt no fear at all.
I went to Beijing in 2001 to send righteous thoughts without anything happening to me. I did this without any thoughts of self-validation and did merely what Master' Fa states, "If you are not afraid, the factor that would make you afraid will cease to exist." ("Eliminate Your Last Attachment" in Essentials for Further Advancement II)
There were countless examples like these. When I first went out to distribute informational materials, I stood under the bright street-light handing people the materials and said to them pleasantly, "Please, have a look. It will bring you benefits." I have hung the banners on both sides of a street with cars coming and going by, pasted the truth clarification messages right in front of others, and calmly explained the facts to others face to face.
My school administration suspended me in June 2001 for clarifying the facts to my students. I read Master's scripture: "However strong the righteous thoughts are, that's how great the power is." ("Also in a Few Words" in Essentials for Further Advancement II) It made me realize that I should not be suspended and told my husband, "I will go to work after I return from Beijing." When I got back from Beijing, I spoke with the principal with strong righteous thoughts and said that I needed to come back to work. I told him that Falun Dafa is good. The principal agreed.
In December 2005 I bought a second-hand computer. My husband and I knew nothing about computers, but with firm belief in Master and Dafa, we learned how to access the Internet, and download, send out, and print and maintain the machine. No matter how difficult the tasks were, I knew that Master and Dafa enabled me to do everything. I helped to set up three family material production sites.
Without Master's compassionate care and protection, it would be impossible for us to operate our materials sites smoothly. Looked at from a cultivation standpoint, it is also a key for us to walk our path well.
All materials are downloaded from the Minghui/Clearwisdom website. We pay much attention to sending righteous thoughts and completely deny the arrangements of the old forces. We distribute materials from one practitioner to another instead of one to many for security reasons. We operate our material production sites smoothly. No matter how many other things happen in our ordinary lives, we put the work at the production sites first. We are becoming ever more mature with Master's compassionate care and protection!
In helping other practitioners set up materials sites, practitioners sometimes just wanted to show themselves off and made me quite uncomfortable and even angry. I calmed myself and realized that since I wanted to validate myself, Master had me see the other practitioners' behavior.
All wisdom comes from Dafa, and I am only a tiny particle among the boundless Dafa. The beings assimilated into the Fa are the best. When my righteous thoughts emerged, my attachments disappeared.
Master wants us to set up small materials sites everywhere. Whenever practitioners need technical support for their small materials sites, my husband and I help wholeheartedly. Our Dafa disciples are one body, and we should comply with Master's wish to help Master rectify the Fa, fulfill our pre-historic promise, and return with Master to our real homes.
