(Clearwisdom.net) In 2009, the mainland Chinese magazine "Finance and Economics" disclosed a case of organ harvesting from a living person and murder committed by the deputy chief physician Zhang Junfeng and two other doctors at the liver transplant section of the Guangzhou City Zhongshan University affiliate No. 3 Hospital (also known as Zhongshan No. 3 Hospital). They brought a homeless person from Xingyi, Guizhou province to the hospital for blood tests and matching, took all the usable organs from his body, and then threw the corpse into the reservoir.
Organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has been widely reported outside of China, and for many years the United Nations has been requesting that the CCP publicly acknowledge the widespread practice of organ harvesting. For many years, reporting anything related to organ harvesting has been the CCP's top forbidden area. Within a month of publishing the above-mentioned article, "Finance and Economics" was ordered to suspend its publication for three months to reorganize and the Chinese Propaganda Department did not allow the media to follow up on the report.
After this event was made public, people inside and outside of China were in an uproar, and as soon as "organ harvesting" was mentioned, attention returned to Falun Gong. As early as December 22, 2000, the Minghui website reported evidence that the CCP was harvesting Falun Gong practitioners' organs. Other media further exposed the massive evil conduct of the CCP in harvesting Falun Gong practitioners' organs, a practice which reached its peak around 2003.
Perhaps readers who hear about this for the first time will be shocked as never before. How can such an inhumane thing happen in modern civilization? Perhaps some people will think it is inconceivable, even unbelievable; however, the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong practitioners has indeed reached extreme inhumanity. Even though the CCP has been covering up the truth for many years to avoid causing public outrage, these evil acts have been conducted on many people, including people who are not practitioners.
1. Use of Execution Vehicle
According to the "Guizhou Metropolis Newspaper", on February 20, 2004, the Zunyi City Intermediate People's Court began to use the nation's first large-scale execution vehicle, which cost over 600,000 yuan. People were executed in this vehicle with a medical injection. Since then this "vehicle of death" has spread to every region of China.

The exterior of the vehicle looks like a conventional bus, but the compartment's interior is like a hospital operating room. As early as 60 years ago, the Nazis took the lead in using a similar execution method. In order to save time in transporting the criminals and Jews, Nazi scientists developed a sealed truck which could send carbon monoxide into the vehicle from the exhaust pipe, and kill 50 people at one time.
In the eyes of CCP officials, the biggest advantage of the execution vehicle is the convenience of taking organs from criminals for profit: their eyes, kidneys, livers, pancreas, lung and all other useful body parts, are harvested. These organs are then rushed to hospitals in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, sold to rich people awaiting transplants, or sold to "organ transplant tourists" from overseas.
Because of traditional Chinese customs, very few people donate organs. Most people want to have an entire body after the death of a loved one. Almost no Chinese agree in their wills to donate their organs, nor do they discuss this topic with family members. However in recent years, the number of China's organ transplants has skyrocketed. Take the occurrences of liver transplants as an example. According to official CCP statistics, there were only 78 transplants nationwide in the eight years before 1998, but by 2003, there was a dramatic rise to over 3000 liver transplants. In 2005 alone, China carried out nearly 4000 liver transplants and 10,000 kidney transplants, however only 300 of those kidneys were from willing donors. China has many big hospitals that provide the shortest waiting period for organs in the world. During the six to seven years after 2000, some hospitals publicly declared that the waiting period for organs was one to four weeks, or even just several days. Many big hospitals performed multiple transplant operations at the same time, around the clock.
This astonishing speed and quantity is actually hiding a question: In China, where do these large numbers of human organs come from? To guarantee such a large quantity and ready availability of human organs, there has to be an organ donor bank of living people. These individuals must be strictly controlled, as they need to have blood tests and other medical testing at any time, and then, to maintain freshness and activeness of organs, they must be harvested in conjunction with the arrival time of patients. So who are the people that form such a live organ donor bank?
In July 2006, Canadian researchers publicized a 49-page investigative report on the "Organ Harvesting of Falun Gong Practitioners in China". Members of this independent investigation, David Kilgour, Canadian Secretary of State for Asia-Pacific and David Mates, renowned human rights attorney, indicated that in the past five years, it was determined that at least 41,500 organ transplants had unclear organ sources. Very possibly, they were from Falun Gong practitioners. The report provided 33 kinds of undeniable evidence.
2. Organ Banks
At the end of August, the CCP admitted to the world for the first time that organs were being taken from executed convicts, and they acknowledged that over 650f organ transplants in China are from executed prisoners. The CCP had previously vigorously denied taking organs from executed prisoners, calling such an act heartless, cruel and barbaric. This blatant assault on basic human rights does not belong in the world. Now that the CCP has actually acknowledged this in public, its primary goal is to cover up the organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners. Organ harvesting from living people has became a part of the CCP's established health system,
The CCP states that there are about 1800 executions each year; however, during the persecution of Falun Gong from 1999 to 2005, organ transplant operations increased to 60,000 cases. This is dozens of times more than the number of executed prisoners, so where were these organs coming from? After the CCP's organ harvesting was made public in 2006, the number of liver transplants suddenly plummeted. The number of liver transplants in 2007 was only half of what it was in 2005.
On March 8, 2006, a former CCP reporter in Japan disclosed to the Epoch Times newspaper in the United States, "there was a special place" in the Sujiatun area, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province of China, where massive numbers of Falun Gong practitioners were detained. They would be killed eventually and their organs removed for transplant. The crime of harvesting organs from Falun Gong practitioners in China's forced labor camps and concentration camps began at the end of 2000. It was a common occurrence and still continues in forced labor camps, prisons, secret concentration camps and related hospitals in China. On some Chinese hospital websites, you could even find a guarantee of finding matching donors for livers and kidneys within a short time. We all know even in the United States, with a very developed tradition of organ donation, the average wait time for an organ is two to seven years because of the difficulty of finding a completely compatible organ. However, in China's hospitals, matching livers and kidneys could be found within 24 hours. This witness added that many people base the organ transplant data on the CCP's official information but, in fact, the underground private organ transplant activity is many times greater than the pubic figures. The organ transplant management system is the Army; therefore, there is a need to pay specific attention to many military installations, where the genuine concentration camps are found.
Philosophy Prof. Christopher Martin at the Center for Thomistic Studies, University of St. Thomas told a reporter: This is not only a crime committed against its people by a political power, but also an extreme crime against humanity. In China so many people are killed for organs that are meant for saving people. This is a huge crime; moreover, since this results from a government policy; that makes this the government's crime.
When the persecution of Falun Gong began in 1999, the coordinated policy of Jiang Zemin and the CCP regarding the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners was to: "defame their reputations, bankrupt them financially and destroy them physically." Falun Gong was discredited and demonized by the CCP media, and practitioners suffered arbitrary arrest, detention and maltreatment. Jiang issued a secret order against Falun Gong practitioners: "It is not a crime to beat them to death, just accuse them of having committed suicide, don't report the death and have them cremated." The persecution was then pushed to the level of hysteria. In CCP prisons, forced labor camps, detention centers, mental hospital and brainwashing centers, Falun Gong practitioners who refused to give up their belief in "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" have suffered cruel mental and physical torture, sexual violation, and harm from drugs that damage central nervous system. Although the CCP has not publicly sentenced Falun Gong practitioners to death up to now, the incomplete statistics at the Minghui website indicate that 3336 Falun Gong practitioners are verified to have been killed due to torture. Organ harvesting is the direct execution method of Jiang's policy to "destroy them physically".
Organ harvesting began from the secret orders of Jiang and the Central Committee of the CCP. Orders were sent to every military area, and the Army became the main responsible organization for the CCP's management system of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners. The Army, medical departments, 610 Offices, police, detention centers and prison system coordinated and conducted blood tests on Falun Gong practitioners nationwide. They were registered into a computer system, as a unified live organ bank. They worked together to imprison the practitioners, designate those whose organs are needed, transport them, remove the organs and then cremate the corpses to cover up the evidence. Because the crime of harvesting Falun Gong practitioners' organs was exposed, the international community's attention was aroused and the CCP moved the organ harvesting underground and destroyed evidence on a large-scale basis. However, the organ harvesting is still happening.
At the beginning of May 2006, an investigative reporter from Sound of Hope International Radio questioned doctors at the Shandong Weihai Navy 404 Hospital about a transplant. One doctor promised a family member of a patient requesting a liver transplant that lots of organs would arrive in mid-May, all from healthy adult death penalty prisoners. The 404 Hospital deals mainly in liver transplants. The hospital indicated that a living liver was located in Guizhou, removed at the Shanghai Hospital, and then assigned to the 404 Hospital. When asked if the organ source involved anything illegal, the doctor guaranteed that everything from the Guizhou side was perfectly legal, so there was no need for the patient to worry.
Based on what the doctors at the Weihai Navy 404 Hospital disclosed, it was inferred that Guizhou has a living organ bank. Just like the witness who exposed the plots going on behind the scenes at the concentration camp said, they are lying their way through the legal procedures. Because of Guizhou's unique topography, the military installation is complex. Many of the mountains are home to secret military bases that the CCP has used for war preparation in the past. If large numbers of Falun Gong practitioners are imprisoned there, it would not be easily discovered by the outside world. Therefore it is important to expose the behind-the-scenes plotting layer by layer, and prevent the imminent killing of more Falun Gong practitioners.
3. Two Guizhou Falun Gong Practitioners Had Organs Removed and their Corpses Discarded
In August 2006, the overseas media filed many reports about Guizhou Falun Gong practitioners Fu Keshu of Kaiyang County and Xu Genli of Jinsha County. The practitioners had their organs removed and the their corpses were thrown into the wilderness. The pictures of the remains were horrible to view and shocked many people both inside and outside of China. At the same time it also allowed the population of Guizhou to clearly see the CCP's evil and terror for the first time.
Fu Keshu
Xu Genli
At the end of April 2006, after being missing for half a year, the bodies of Falun Gong practitioners Fu Keshu of Kaiyang County and Xu Genli of Jinsha County were found at Five Fingers Peak in Jinggang Mountain. It was apparent to those who saw them that their organs had been removed. The eyeballs had been dug out and Xu Genli's visceral organs were taken out of the young man. Dr. Xu Jianchao from the kidney branch of Yale University analyzed the pictures and saw many signs indicating that their organs were removed while they were alive. However, the CCP police claimed they both committed suicide, so the families' requests for further investigation were denied.
After hearing of this atrocity, the author of this article, also a resident of Guizhou, called an army hospital in the capital Nanchang, Jiangxi where Jinggang Mountain is located, claiming that a family member needed an organ transplant and inquiring what the wait would be. The hospital was quick to respond, "If you can get 60,000 yuan together, we will have a donor very quickly and your relative may have the surgery in a week."
Canadian independent investigators Kilgour and others said in Report into Allegations of Organ Harvesting of Falun Gong Practitioners in China: "The CCP's crime of organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners is a grotesque form of evil new to this planet". Every small piece of information from different aspects callously explains this matter's real and huge scale.
4. United Nations Requests Investigation
At present, under public opinion pressure from the international community, politicians in 18 countries have requested the United Nations to take action. The United Nations' counter-torture committee issued a report, requesting an investigation of organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners, and requested that the responsible people be brought to justice.
Recently a Spanish Court made a historic decision and indicted CCP ex-leader Jiang Zemin and four other high-ranking CCP officials on charges of genocide and torture for their role in the persecution of Falun Gong. The court notice indicated that if the defendants are found guilty, they will face at least 20 years imprisonment. This prosecution is against the nationwide persecution and acts of "genocide" initiated by Jiang on Falun Gong practitioners who firmly practice "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance". The defendants have four to six weeks to dispute the charges. If there is no response, the court will issue an international warrant for their arrest.
Carlos Iglesias, a lawyer representing the plaintiffs said, "This historic decision by a Spanish judge means that Chinese Communist Party leaders responsible for brutal crimes are now one step closer to being brought to justice. Those who commit monstrous crimes need to know, their day in court is coming. Peaceful and innocent Falun Gong practitioners are cruelly persecuted only because of their belief; this is not allowed by the law and will of the people. Justice is inescapable. Nobody will escape this just trial. The people of China, the Chinese people with 5000 years of precious history and culture, can't allow the CCP to trample on their values. I sincerely hope that the light of justice shines on the great land of China as soon as possible."
The organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners is the gravest of the many crimes the CCP has committed against Falun Gong practitioners.
