(Clearwisdom.net) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 14 cities or counties in seven provinces. In this report, six practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention and at least 17 practitioners were illegally arrested.
1. [Jian City, Jilin Province] Four Practitioners Including Pang Zengde to Be Illegally Tried by Jian City Court
Jian City Court planned to try Mr. Pang Zengde, Mr. Zhang Xuejie and Ms. Zhao Hongli from Tonghua on November 24. The date and time were then changed to 1:00 p.m. on November 25. The court was to try Ms. Wang Liyan at 9:30 a.m. on November 28.
2. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Wenhua Arrested
Ms. Li Wenhua is a teacher at the Vocational Technical College of Dalian Marine Products Institute. Because she explained the facts about Falun Gong on November 20, Yin Shengfa, the Security Department director, summoned her by phone and then had her arrested. She is now detained in Dalian City Yaojia Detention Center.

A few days after her arrest, Ms. Peng Qinglian was sentenced to two years of forced labor and immediately sent to Sichuan Province Zizhong Nanmusi Women's Forced Labor Camp.
6. [Pingdingshan City, Henan Province] Ms. Li Caifeng Arrested, Started a Hunger Strike to Protest the Persecution
At about 2:00 p.m. on November 12, 2009, Jia Weihong from the Xiang County Domestic Security Division and police from the 110emergency service forcibly took Ms. Li Caifeng in Xiang County. They searched her home and confiscated her belongings. They took away her Falun Gong materials, a computer, a printer, etc. Ms. Li is now detained in Xiang County Detention Center and on a hunger strike to protest the persecution.

7. [Jiutai City, Jilin Province] Facts about Practitioners Detained in Jiutai Forced Labor Camp
Mr. Wu Tonglin is persecuted by strict control, a severe form of persecution. He has been on a hunger strike to protest the persecution since July 20, 2009.
Mr. Xiang Lianjie is persecuted by strict control and kept in isolation. He is not allowed to call his family and his family is not allowed to visit him.
Jiutai Forced Labor Camp now has three teams in total, and a total 105 inmates, 58 of them Falun Gong practitioners. The First Team has 21 practitioners; the Open Team, 16 practitioners; and the Isolation Team imprisoned, 21 practitioners.

10. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Practitioners Including Ms. Lei Xiuxiang Persecuted in Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Lei Xiuxiang is from Yongqing Village, Jiangnan Township, Jilin City. On July 12, 2008, Dachangtun Police Station arrested her and took her to Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp for a term of one year and three months. She resisted the persecution by refusing to do hard labor, wear the prison uniform, write reports, etc. The Fourth Team has illegally extended her term for almost two more months. Ms. Lei still cannot go home.
Other practitioners whose terms were extended because they resisted the persecution include Ms. Tian Yunrong, Ms. Zhang Haiying, Ms. Jiang Shujie, Ms. Sun Fengxia, Ms. Wu Xiuqin, Ms. Zhu Guixiang, and Ms. Yu Xiuying.
11. [Baishan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Sun Fengxia Persecuted in the Fourth Team of Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp
Guards from the Fourth Team of Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp ordered Ms. Sun Fengxia to work. On October 22, 2008, when she refused to comply, guard Jin Lihua dragged her into the discipline room, locked her onto an iron bed, and limited her access to a toilet. On October 30, 2008, because Ms. Sun shouted, "Falun Dafa is good!" guards including Lin Xiaochun cruelly beat her, slapped her, shocked her with electric batons, and fixed her arms and legs to the four corners of an iron bed for eight days. During that period, Lin Xiachun used different ways to torture her. Lin fixed Ms. Sun's hands to beams that were on both sides of the bed and underneath the bed as well. When Ms. Sun was released, both of her legs were numb and walking caused great pain. Both of her hands were swollen and she could not make a fist. One night, she was tortured by Lin Xiaochun and had unbearable pain. She cried out in misery, and everyone in the Fourth Team woke up and were shocked.
Now Heizuizi Women's Forced Labor Camp forces practitioners to work and make money for them. They force practitioners to work 16 hours per day and allow them to have only one bath per month. They often beat, abuse, and otherwise torture practitioners. They recently started a new round of persecution and extended the terms of those who refused to do the forced labor.
12. [Dingzhou City, Hebei Province] Additional Information about Mr. Xing Shuhui's Arrest
On the morning of November 21, 2009, officers from Domestic Security Division and Xicheng Police Station arrested Mr. Xing Shuhui at his home. Mr. Xing is now in a detention center.
13. [Heilongjiang Province] Practitioners Including Mr. Chen Yueshan from Mudanjiang Railway Locomotive Depot Arrested
It has been learned that Mr. Chen Yueshan was arrested at his workplace on the afternoon of November 20 by police including Sun Haibin, the head of Domestic Security Team of the Railway Public Security Division. He is now detained in the Mudanjiang Railway Aihe Detention Center. Practitioners Li and Zhao were arrested with him.

14. [Yongnian County, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhao Zhongwen and His Wife Arrested
On the afternoon of November 21, 2009, police arrested Mr. Zhao Zhongwen, who was doing business in the Yongnian County Commercial Building. They drove Mr. Zhao to his home, then arrested his wife, Ms. Yang Penglian, and took both of them away.
