(Clearwisdom.net) A retired veteran official who lives in Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, willingly did the "three withdrawals" (quitting the Communist Party and/or its two affiliated organizations) after a practitioner clarified the facts to him. The practitioner then told him, "Falun Gong is a great cultivation practice of the Buddha school. It teaches people to be good by following the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. It benefits people mentally and physically and contributes positively to the entire country and its people. The Communist specter is evil and harmful and now you have separated yourself from it. If you could pass this message on to your relatives and former coworkers so that they can do the 'three withdrawals' and forever depart from the Communist specter, then they will have a bright future as well."
He promised to do it right away and asked, "What if some of them do not agree?" The practitioner told him, "You can give them a copy of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party to read. Then tell them to do the three withdrawals again after some time passes." He said, "Sure. I'll start with my fellow retired officials."
From then on, he came to retrieve more copies of the Nine Commentaries from time to time. Every time he came, he took around 10 copies, and after a few days he returned for more. Later on, he bought 10 copies of Zhuan Falun from the practitioner and gave them to other retired officials to read. So far, he has given out more than 100 copies of the Nine Commentaries. All the retired officials that he has explained the facts to have made their three withdrawals.
