1. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Tian Shaoyan Facing Further Persecution In Masanjia Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Tian Shaoyan lived in Suizhong County, Huludao City. On May 6, 2008, she was arrested by police officers from the Domestic Security Division of the county and taken to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. After being persecuted, she lost consciousness and became mentally disabled. She is unable to stand or walk by herself, she cannot grasp objects with her hands or feed herself, she has lost several teeth, and she cannot take care of herself. On November 12, 2009, the female chief of the labor camp, called Ms. Tian's daughter and told her that Ms. Tian had not eaten anything for three days. They asked her to convince her mother to eat or they would force-feed her.
2. [Benxi City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Tang Zhimei Taken to Brainwashing Center
Around 8 a.m. on November 10, 2009, Ms. Tang Zhimei was tricked into going to the residential office and was then detained there. Another practitioner was detained at the same time. That day, the practitioners were taken to the Weining Forced Labor Camp in Benxi City. Recently, staff from the local 610 Office and the political and judiciary committee called practitioners at home to harass them.
Ms. Tang, around 48 years old, was a staff member of the Benxi City First Iron Plant, but she was dismissed for being a Falun Gong practitioner. She has been detained three times. The third time, she was sentenced to seven years of imprisonment. She was later released for medical treatment.
3. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Mr. Cui Tao Arrested at Home
Recently, Mr. Cui Tao was arrested at home. Officers from the Tiantai Police Station made calls to his home for an extended period of time to harass his family members. They police lied to the family by telling them, "If you ask Cui Tao to come back, we will not arrest him."
4. [Beijing] Ms. Zhang Lianying Persecuted in Masanjia Forced Labor Camp, Her Whereabouts Unknown
Ms. Zhang Lianying was arrested in April 2008. In May 2008, she was sentenced to two and half years of forced labor and taken to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp, where she refused to be "transformed" and suffered all kinds of torture. In March 2009, because of her serious condition, she agreed to have a craniotomy, an operation in which a bone flap is removed from the skull to access the brain. In May 2009, she sent a letter to her family and was never heard from again. Her family has called the authorities at the labor camp many times to ask about her, but they have not received a reply.
5. [Shanghai] Supplementary Information on the Trial of Ms. Li Wenjuan
From 2 to 4 p.m. on November 6, 2006, Ms. Li Wenjuan stood trial in the Putuo District Court. Her lawyer entered a plea of innocent. The judge sentenced her to four and half years of imprisonment based on the testimony of a man with the surname of Zhong even though there was no evidence. Ms. Li opposed the sentence on the spot. Without explanation the judge hastily ended the trial.

6. [Xingzi County, Jiangxi Province] Supplementary Information on Ms. Xu Yanxiang's Arrest
On the afternoon of October 9, 2009, when Ms. Xu Yanxiang was distributing Falun Gong fliers in Haihui Town, Lushan District, Jiujiang City, she was arrested by officers from the Haihui Town Police Station. That night, she was taken to the Jiujiang City Detention Center. After the authorities from the Haihui Town Police Station extorted 24,00 yuan from her family, she was released.

7. [Nanyang City, Henan Province] Ms. Liu Qiuxia Harassed
Around 10 a.m. on October 23, 2009, Du Siwei (male) and three other police officers from the Domestic Security Division under the Wancheng District Police Department broke into Ms. Liu Qiuxia's home. At the time, only her husband was there. Without proper legal papers, they ransacked her home and seized Dafa books, photos of the founder of Falun Gong, and an MP3 player. The police also tried to coerce her husband into telling them where she was.

At 11 a.m. on November 11, 2009, the Jiulongpo District Court in Chongqing City tried Ms. Liu Shiying, Ms. Tang Wanxiu, and Mr. Li Hongrong. Ms. Liu. Ms. Tang's family were not notified and so they were not present.
All three practitioners told the court that the charges were groundless. At noon, the session suddenly ended. Ms. Liu and Ms. Tang were taken to Huayan Detention Center in the Jiulongpo District, and Mr. Li was released on bail.

9. [Anning City, Yunnan Province] Ms. Yang Ruiping Arrested
On October 30, 2009, Ms. Yang Ruiping went from Anning City to her hometown in Guangnan County. While she was promoting Falun Gong and exposing the persecution, she was arrested by local police officers. On November 4, 2009, she was taken back to the detention center at the Anning City Police Department, where she has been detained. Officers from the Langjiazhuang Police Station ransacked her home.

At night on November 10, 2009, Ms. Ms. Wang Fenghua, 45, was arrested at home. On November 11, 2009, she was sentenced to two years of forced labor and taken to a labor camp.
11. [Heilongjiang Province] Sixty-Year-Old Ms. Yu Detained Long Term
Mr. Tian Yixue and his wife, Ms. Yu, both in their 60s, are retired from the Flour Mill under the 93 Agriculture Administrative Bureau in Heilongjiang Province. At the end of June 2009, they were reported to the police for distributing Falun Gong fliers. As a result, they were arrested and detained in the 93 Detention Center. Ms. Yu is currently being detained and Mr. Tian has been released.

14. [Tianjin City] Ms. Li Yanxia Harassed by Officers from Donggu Police Station
Ms. Li Yanxia works at the Bohai Sea Petroleum Company in the Tangdu District, Tianjin City.
Around 6 a.m. on November 12, 2009 officers from the Donggu Police Station and staff from the local residential office planned her arrest. However, she successfully escaped. Officers monitored the building were she lived, so Ms. Li was forced to leave home.

15. [Tianjin City] Ms. Liang Meixi Arrested
Ms. Liang Meixi works at the Bohai Sea Petroleum Company in the Tangdu District, Tianjin City. On November 9, 2009, she went to the Tanggu Railway Station to consign some clothes. At the consignment office, she promoted Falun Gong and urged the staff to quite the CCP and its affiliated organizations. She also gave them some truth clarification CDs. On her way home, the employees called her and talked her into coming back. She was arrested and is detained in the Railway Detention Center.
16. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Tian Xiufang and Mr. Zhou Dongdong Made Their Escape from a Detention Center with Righteous Thoughts
Ms. Tian Xiufang lives in the Huaiyin District and Mr. Zhou Dongdong lives in the Lixia District in Jinan City. On October 10, 2009, they went to Ms. Tian Fengying's home to study the Fa together. They were arrested and all of their homes were ransacked. The practitioners were detained in the Jinan City Detention Center. Ms. Tian Xiufang and Mr. Zhou Dongdong made their escape with righteous thoughts. Ms. Tian Fengying's situation is unknown.

Mr. You Yuanzhang, in his 50s, works at Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co. On the morning of November 12, 2009, he was arrested at work. In the afternoon, his home was ransacked. His whereabouts is unknown.
18. [Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Liang Mingxiu and Mr. Quan Kehua Arrested
Ms. Liang Mingxiu lives at 51 Village, Longfeng Town, Pengzhou City. Mr. Quan Kehua lives in Xinhua Village, Longfeng Town. Around 6 a.m. on November 5, 2009, when they were promoting Falun Gong and exposing the persecution near the Pipe Mill in Qingquan Town, Jintang County, they were arrested by security officers at the mill. Their whereabouts are unknown.
19. [Kunming City, Yunnan Province] Mr. Hu Guangming Arrested
From October 26 to November 5, 2009, Xu Yonglin, director of Domestic Security Division of Dongchuan District, led police officers to ransack seven practitioners' homes, and Mr. Hu Guangming was arrested.
Mr. Hu lived in Shiyang Village, Tongdu Town, the Dongchuan District. His 83-years-old blind and disabled mother was left at home alone. She is unable to feed or take care of herself.

20. [Kangping County, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Arrested and a Material Site Destroyed
On November 12, 2009, Ms. Wang Jinfeng, Mr. Wang Xuekun, and Mr. Li Xueping all live in Xiaochengzi Town, Kangping County. They were arrested by officers from the Xiaochengzi Police Station and Domestic Security Division of Shenyang City Police Department. The material site they set up was destroyed, and a laptop computer, printer, food, and other items were seized. Ms. Wang Jinfeng is detained in a detention center in Shenyang City, and Mr. Wang Xuekun and Li Xueping are detained in the Kangping County detention center.

21. [Siping City, Jilin Province] Ms. Yang Guang Arrested
Ms. Yang Guang lives in Lishu County, Siping City. October 29, 2009, she was arrested at her residence in Changchun City by officers from the Domestic Security Division of Lishu County Police Department. She is in the Lishu County Detention Center.

Ms. Zhang Miaofang, around 58 years old, resides in the living quarters of the Sugarcane Chemical Factory in Jiangmen City. She has been missing since the afternoon of November 11, 2009. Her whereabouts is unknown.
23. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Bai Shuqing Harassed
On the afternoon of November 12, 2009, three officers from the Ziyou Road Police Station broke into Ms. Bai Shuqing's home without showing any ID and forcibly took her away. She has since been released.

On November 12, 2009, Mr. Fu Zhengqiang was reported to the police for promoting Falun Gong and exposing the persecution. As a result, he was arrested by officers from the Jimo Road Police Station. His home was searched.

28. [Shanghai] Ms. Chen Qinfang Arrested, Her Whereabouts Unknown
Ms. Chen Qinfang lived in Zijing Fourth Village, Anting Town, the Jiading District, Shanghai. On November 1, 2009, she went to a farm market to shop. She paid for her goods with paper currency that had truth clarification messages written on it and was reported to the police and arrested. That day, several police officers from the local 610 Office searched her home. She was arrested more than ten days ago and her family has no information about where she is being held.

30. [Hunan Province] A Practitioner Arrested in Hengyang City
Mr. Xin, in his 50s, was forced to leave home and became homeless. On November 11, 2009, he was arrested by officers from the Miaopu Police Station when he was promoting Falun Gong and exposing the persecution. He is detained in the Railway Police Department.

At 8 p.m. on November 11, 2009, Ms. Ren Suqin went to Mengzhuang Village, Zhucaoying Town, Funing County, to distribute Falun Gong fliers. She was set up by Li Guojiang (male), the CCP secretary in Mengzhuang Village. Song Liangquan (male), an officer from Zhucaoying Town Police Station, arrested her and took her to the police station. The next morning, her home was searched. The police officers also called other local practitioners' homes to harass them. In the afternoon, she was taken to the Funing County Detention Center.
