1. [Beijing] Ms. Qing Xiuying on Hunger Strike
Ms. Qing Xiuying was arrested on September 11, 2009. She was sentenced to 2 years of forced labor and taken to Beijing Forced Labor Camp located on Weiyong Street in Tiantanghe Community, Daxing District, at the end of October. She has been on hunger strikes all along to protest the persecution.

2. [Xingwen County, Sichuan Province] Mr. Wang Lilin Sentenced on the Morning of November 3, 2009, by Xingwen County Court
3. [Lingqiu County, Shanxi Province] Ms. Liu Ping Sentenced to Two Years of Forced Labor
Practitioner Mr. Liu Huaiyu, the son of practitioner Ms. Chen Yuhua, was released at the end of October after being detained one month in Babaoshan Police Station.
4. [Rizhao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Feng Yuqing Sentenced to Forced Labor
Ms. Feng Yuqing, 46, lives in Caijiamengyan Village, Xiazhuang Town, Ju County, Rizhao City. On the morning of September 24, 2009, she was arrested when she was telling people the facts about Falun Gong at the Xiazhuang Town Market. Officers from Xiazhuang Town Police Station and Ju County Domestic Security agents handcuffed her, took her to her home, and ransacked it. They detained her for 20 days in Ju County Detention Center. Then they took her to go through a forced brainwashing session for 9 days in Zhangqiu City Legal Education Center. Finally, they sentenced her to 2 years of forced labor and took her to Shandong Province Second Women's Forced Labor Camp.

Yingcheng City police arrested Ms. Zhang Jingyu on October 1, 2009. She has been detained in Yingcheng City Detention Center ever since. There are only two members in her family, she and her son. Her son is eager and hopeful that Ms. Zhang will be released soon.

On the morning of November 3, 2009, Wuolong District Police Department leaders and officers from Jianxi Police Station ransacked Ms. Gao Yuqing's home with a search warrant, arrested her, and released her at around 7 p.m.
12. [Yueyang City, Hunan Province] Additional Information on Mr. Xu Genyuan Being Detained
The following were put on trial: Mr. Xu Genyuan, Mr. Huang Youjun, Ms. Xue Li, and Ms. Zhao Qunlan. They have been detained in Yueyang City Detention Center. After they refused to do labor more than a dozen hours per day, the guards handcuffed them and did not let anyone visit them.
On October 22, 2009, the fathers of Mr. Xu, Mr. Huang, and Ms. Zhao (two over 80, one over 70) found the head of the detention center, Xie. When the elderly men asked to visit their children, they were pushed out of the office. They then found Director Yi, who also pushed them out. They have been forced out repeatedly.
13. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Lawyer Wang Yonghang on Trial
Mr. Wang Yonghang was arrested on July 4, 2009, by Dalian City Domestic Security agents and detained in the past three months. On October 14, 2009, Shahekou District Court held a secret trial without notifying his family. Lawyer Wang defended himself.
14. [Xichang City, Sichuan Province] Three Practitioners Facing Trials
Ms. Gao Deyu, Ms. He Zhengqiong, and Ms. He Xiazhen were arrested at the end of September 2009 and have been detained since. On October 27, 2009, Xichang City Police Department issued an arrest warrant, filed their cases with the court, and plan to sentence them to prison.
15. [Fuzhou City, Fujian Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
On September 16, 2009, Domestic Security agents from Fuzhou City Police Department arrested Ms. Fan Kejuan, a retired lecturer at Fujian Normal University, in her 70s; Ms. Ye Qiaoming, an employee of the university; and Ms. Wang Xiuqin, in her 70s, wife of an employee at the university. They took a computer belonging to Ms. Ye Qiaoming's son, who is a college student.

16. [Yanji City, Jilin Province] Yanji City Domestic Security's Crime
Yanji City Procuratorate confirmed that Ms. Jin Zhen did not commit any crime and returned the arrest warrant to Yanji City Domestic Security on October 23, 2009. But the Domestic Security Division still held Ms. Jin in Yanji City Detention Center and tried to sentence her to two years of forced labor.
17. [Maorin Dawa Daur Autonomous Prefecture, Inner-Mongolia Autonomous Region] Ms. Guo Xiaomin Harassed
On the morning of October 30, 2009, for the third time, officers from the 610 Office and the police department of Maorin Dawa Daur Autonomous Prefecture stormed into Ms. Guo Xiaomin's home located in the Fifth Group, Xinhua Village, Dayangshu Town, Oroqen Autonomous Prefecture. They took photos of Ms. Guo Xiaomin's husband and in-laws against their will. They pounded on the door twice on October 29, 2009, and took their property.
