1. [Pucheng County, Fujian Province] Ms. Wei Ziqing and Other Practitioners Arrested
During the afternoon of August 27, 2009, police officer Zheng Mingfu and others from the Pucheng County Domestic Security Division surrounded and arrested seven practitioners who were studying the Fa. They were Ms. Wei Ziqing, Ms. Xu Chunying, Ms. Xu Tingsong, Ms. Zu Meiqin, Ms. Shen Shuixiang, Ms. Lin Meiqin, and Ms. Xu Rulin. On September 27, Ms. Shen Shuixiang was taken to the Fujiang Province Women's Forced Labor Camp and Ms. Xu Tingsong to the Fuzhou Forced Labor Camp.
Ms. Lin Meiqin and Ms. Xu Rulin were released the next morning. Ms. Wei Ziqing, Ms. Xu Chunying, and Ms. Zu Meiqin were released two weeks later.

3. [Jinan, Shandong] Ms. Xu Xiuqin Arrested
Ms. Xu Xiuqin, 50 years old, is retired from the former Jinan Brewery. She was arrested by 610 Office agents on October 15, 2009, and taken to a detention center in a western suburb that same day.
4. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Mr. Li Guangjun's Parents Harassed
Two officers from the Shanqian Police Station in the Longtan District went to the home of Mr. Li Guangjun's parents at 10:00 p.m. on September 30, 2009. They demanded Mr. Li's address and telephone number. They returned to Mr. Li's parents after having failed to find Mr. Li's home, and deceived and intimidated Mr. Li's mother into taking them to her son's home. Since no one answered the door, their attempt to catch Mr. Li failed.
5. [Yi County, Hebei Province] Ms. Liu Shihui Arrested
Nanchengsi Police Station agents arrested Ms. Liu Shihui from Yi County on July 24, 2009. She was held in the Yi County Detention Center for about ten days and then taken to Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp.
6. [Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Guo Jiafu Still Unlawfully Detained
Mr. Guo Jiafu is still unlawfully held in Yangzhou Detention Center. His wife and his young daughter went to Yangzhou several times to ask for his release, but the police refused to release him and wouldn't let them see him.
7. [Rizhao, Shandong] Practitioners Unlawfully Subjected to Forced Labor
Five practitioners were illegally arrested the afternoon of September 6, 2009, while they were telling people about Falun Dafa and the persecution. One elderly practitioner was eventually released, but the other four were sentenced to forced labor: Ms. Wang Shuhua to one year and three months, Ms. Liu Haimei to one year and six months, Ms. Ding Shuli to one year, and Ms. Huang Lili to one year and six months. They are currently in the Rizhao Detention Center.
8. [Dezhou, Shandong] Mr. Meng Xianjun Captured in Jinan
Mr. Meng Xianjun, 26, from Xiaohanji Village, Huangjia Township, Leling, was taken from his hotel room to the police station on October 15, 2009, while he was on business in Jinan. Leling City Police Department Domestic Security Division agents escorted him back to Lelang that same night. He is now held in the Leling Detention Center.

9. [Harbin, Heilongjiang] Mr. Xiao Hailong Transferred to Wanjia Forced Labor Camp
Mr. Xiao Hailong from Harbin was arrested on September 23, 2009. He was transferred to the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp to be held for a year on September 30, 2009, without his family being notified.
10. [Long County, Shaanxi] Ms. Li Dongju and Ms. Wang Huizhen Face Unlawful Trial
Long County Court tried Ms. Li Dongju and Ms. Wang Huizhen on September 9, 2009. They were arrested on May 18, 2009 and are now in the Long County Detention Center.

11. [Hebi, Henan] Ms. Zhang Xiurong and Two Others Captured
Ms. Zhang Xiurong, 79; Ms. Li Xiuchun, 57; and Zhang Guilian, 57, from Qi County, Hebi City, were captured the evening of September 20, 2009. 610 Office agents were responsible. They also confiscated a TV set, a DVD, two tape recorders, and an MP3 player from Ms. Zhang's home, and Falun Gong books, a picture of Falun Gong's founder, and 10,000 yuan in cash. Ms. Zhang Xiurong was released on October 2 after having 10,000 yuan extorted from her. Ms. Li Xiuchun and Ms. Zhang Guilian are still in the Tiexi Detention Center in Qi County.
12. [Qi County, Henan Province] Mr. Yue Gangqing Faces Unlawful Trial
Police arested Mr. Yue Gangqing, 40 years old, from Qi County. They broke into his home, pretending they were from the Family Planning Unit. He has been incarcerated for eight months and is now in a county detention center. He faces trial on October 27.
13. [Chongqing] Mr. Guo Yian, Captured on September 6, Sentenced to One Year of Forced Labor
14. [Fusong County, Jilin Province] Mr. Xiang Lianjie and Others Captured
Lushuihe Town Police Station head Ren Kai and more than ten other officers captured Mr. Xiang Lianjie on September 24, 2009, and took him to the Lazihe Village, Lushuihe, Town brainwashing center. Mr. Xiang is held in the Fusong Detention Center.
15. [Xupu County, Hunan Province] Elderly Mr. Zhang Bingxing and Ms. Yang Dongqing Suffered from Persecution
Mr. Zhang Bingxing and Ms. Yang Dongqing went to distribute materials explaining Falun Dafa and the persecution in Chenlinping Village on September 29, 2009. The police pushed them to the ground and kicked them. Then they took them to Dajiangkou Police Station, where they handcuffed the two elderly practitioners to chairs till evening. They took them to the county detention center, where the two were unlawfully detained 15 days before being released.

17. [Nongan, Jilin] Labor Camp Officials Once Again Unlawfully Extended Ms. Kong Demei's Sentence
Ms. Kong Demie was sentenced to one year of forced labor in 2008 and has been in the Heizuizi Women's Labor Camp in Changchun. She should have been released on August 11, 2009, but her term was extended by a month. At 9:00 a.m. on October 11, her older brother and sister-in-law were at the labor camp to pick her up but were told her term had been extended yet again. Furthermore, her family was forbidden to deposit money for her or send her things to eat. They could only send her clothes.

18. [Chengdu, Sichuan Province] Ms. Tan Shunbi Captured
Ms. Tan Shunbi from Furongyuan, Jinsha, captured and taken to the Funan Police Station the morning of October 17, was arrested while telling people about Falun Dafa and the persecution. The arrest took place at the Jinsha Railway Station. She was transferred to the Jinsha Police Station that evening and is now in the Chengdu Detention Center in Anjing Town, Pi County.
19. [Nanchong, Sichuan Province] Mr. Teng Mingfu and Others Seized from Their Homes
Mr. Teng Mingfu, Mr. Han Guangda, and Mr. Han Xianji from Shendian Township in the Jialing District were seized from their homes on October 14, 2009.
20. [Beipiao, Liaoning Province] Mr. Wang Jianghu Left Home to Avoid Further Persecution
Mr. Wang Jianghu, 47 years old, from Taiji left home to avoid further persecution. He found work at a veterinary medicine factory in the Dongling District, Shenyang. In early September 2009, authorities arrested him at work and searched and ransacked his place. Five unidentified people participated in the home invasion. They took away a computer, a printer, and items that explain Falun Dafa and the persecution. Mr. Wang is held at the Dongling Detention Center in Shenyang and is denied family visits.
21. [Shaoyang, Hunan Province] Mr. He Yunfeng and a Number of Others Captured
Between September 20 and October 9, 2009, Shaoyang 610 Office agents ganged up with the police and the neighborhood committee and captured several practitioners: Mr. He Yunfeng, Ms. Liao Meihua, Ms. Fu Guilan, Mr. Zhao Xinhua, Ms. Liu Zhihong, Mr. Liu Yong, Mr. Guo Mingqing, Mr. Wang Ruihai's wife and his father from Xinning County, and a practitioner from Shaodong County.
22. [Dalian, Liaoning Province] Mr. Haiqing Captured the Afternoon of October 18, 2009
23. [Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Jiying and Another Practitioner Surnamed Ma Captured
Practitioners Ms. Zhang Jiying and Ma were captured the evening of October 12, 2009, from the general machinery plant at the Shengli Oilfield while they told people about Falun Dafa and the persecution. Their audience were individuals at the Petroleum University's Science Tech Garden. Ma's home was searched and ransacked the following day.
24. [Chongzhou, Sichuan Province] Mr. Xu Shuqing Captured
Jiezi Town police, on orders from the local government, broke into Mr. Xu Shuqing's home on August 31, 2009, and searched and ransacked it. They captured Mr. Xu and took him to the Chongzhou Detention Center, where he was held and tortured for 15 days. He was transferred to a brainwashing center on September 15, 2009.
25. [Shuanliu County, Sichuan Province] Mr. Mu Feiming Captured and Taken to a Brainwashing Center
Yongxing Town local government officials and those from the local police station searched and ransacked Mr. Mu Feiming's home on April 20, 2009, and arrested him. He was taken to the county detention center for 12 days and transferred to the Chengdu Brainwashing Center on May 2. He is still detained and being subjected to gross abuse and mistreatment.
26. [Chengdu, Sichuan Province] Mr. Deng Chuanjiu Grossly Mistreated and Abused at the Chengdu Brainwashing Center
At dusk on September 10, 2009, a Pengzhou Social Security Patrol team went to the Chenghua Law Education Center (a brainwashing center). One of them picked up a bamboo chopstick to stab Mr. Deng Chunjiu in the left eye. Mr. Deng quickly stood up to avoid the attack. Although his eye was saved, the chopstick made an inch long cut next to his nose, and the wound bled profusely.
Currently, more than 20 practitioners are held at the Chenghua Law Education Center, including Mr. Wang Xiaosong (from Dayi County), Mr. Mu Feiming (from Shuanliu County), Grandpa Fang (from Qingyang District), Mr. Deng Chuanjiu (from Pengzhou City), Ms. Xu Shaoping (from Dayi County), Grandpa Xi (from Chongzhou City), Xiao Zhou (from Shuangliu County), Xiao Su (from Longquan District), Mr. Liu Hui, and others. In addition, Mr. Li Zhi and Ms. Yang Yan have recently been captured.
27. [Dalian, Liaoning Province] Ms. Sun Xiuzhen Left Home to Avoid Further Persecution
Since September 10, the local police station in the market street in the Lüshunkou District and Changxing community market streets have tried to arrest Ms. Sun Xiuzhen, who has not been home for five months already.
During the afternoon on October 1, 2009, policeman Qu and others arrived in a police vehicle and forced Ms. Sun's younger sister (a non-practitioner) to call Ms. Sun's daughter to find out her mother's whereabouts. During this time, policeman Zhang Jianing called Sun Xiuzhen's daughter many times to harass her.

28. [Baofeng, Henan Province] Mr. Huang Xinyi and His Wife Captured
Mr. Huang Xinyi and his wife, Dani, went to tell people about Falun Dafa and the persecution at a neighboring village on October 9, 2009. Baofeng Domestic Security Division deputy head He Junfeng, Zhao Zhongxian, and two other policemen captured them. Their home was ransacked, and all their Dafa books and Minghui Weekly publications were taken away. They are now held at the Baofeng County Detention Center.

29. [Beijing] Mr. Hou Jingwei Captured
Police captured Mr. Hou Jingwei from Xiji Town in the Tongzhou District. He had gone to visit a friend. He is now unlawfully held at the Tongzhou Detention Center.
30. [Dalian, Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Dizi Recently Captured
Desheng Police Station officials from Dalian captured Ms. Li Dizi the afternoon of October 11, 2009, while she distributed items that explain Falun Dafa and the persecution. The police took her via a police vehicle to the Dalian Detention Center. Because she failed a health exam, the center refused to accept her, and the police had to take her back home.
31. [Hulin City, Heilongjiang Province] Additional Information Regarding the Persecution of Ms. Liu Jiangli
The Jixi police followed and arrested Ms. Liu Jiangli and seven other practitioners around April 14, 2003. Ms. Liu was sentenced to eight years in prison in March 2004 and is being held in Harbin Women's Prison.
32. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhao Shuying Sentenced to One and a Half Years of Forced Labor
Agents from the Laishui Police Station arrested Ms. Zhao Shuying, disabled, in her 50s, around October 1, 2009. She has been sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor and is now at the Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp.
Ms. Yang Xiufen from Laishui was also persecuted during that period. She had 2,000 yuan in cash extorted from her by Hujiazhuang Township government agents; Ms. Zhang Linghong from Mingyi Township had 1,000 yuan extorted from her by Mingyi Township government officials.
Ms. Wang Hongjun from Laishui Town was arrested and taken to the Laishui Chinese Communist Party School by police agents; Li Jinglin from the Laishui Town Court beat her severely.
