(Clearwisdom.net) From September 24 to 28, 2008, the second Mid-Autumn Spectacular is being held in John Bassett Theater in Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Toronto, Canada. Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper sent a greeting letter to the Falun Dafa Association of Canada, the host of the show.

Canadian Prime Minister Harper stated in his letter, "I am pleased to extend my warmest greetings to everyone taking part in the Mid-Autumn Spectacular show, marking the Mid-Autumn Festival.
"The Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Moon Festival, is one of the most ancient and cherished holidays in the Chinese calendar. It celebrates the end of a productive agricultural year while symbolizing peace, gratitude and happiness.
"Today, as you gather with family and friends to enjoy the festivities, you will have also the opportunity to reflect upon the remarkable contributions members of your community have made to the vitality and prosperity of our nation.
"I am certain that everyone in attendance will enjoy the exceptional artistic performances, as well as the colourful display of costumes and lights that this event brings. The organizers and performers are to be commended for sharing the richness of Chinese cultural heritage and traditions with the community at large.

Since December 2006 to May 2008, Divine Performing Arts presented over three hundred shows around the world. More than 800,000 people attended the shows.
