1. [Jixian County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Qi Hongyu Taken to a Forced Labor Camp
On June 14, 2008, Ms. Qi Hongyu from Shandongtun Village was arrested by officers from the Jixian Town Police Station while she was distributing informational materials about Falun gong in Liupao Village. She was detained in the Jixian County Detention Center.
Her 70-year-old parents went to the police department many times to request her release, but they were ignored. On August 1, 2008, she was taken to a forced labor camp, which was the day after she was coerced into signing several documents.
2. [Tonghua County, Jilin Province] Supplementary and Corrected Information on the Abuse of Mr. Xu Hongjun
Mr. Xu Hongjun is a teacher in the Tonghua County No. 8 Middle School. In 1999, he went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong. Consequently, he was arrested and beaten by police officers and then taken back to Tonghua County. He was detained for one month by the Tonghua County Police Department on the erroneous charge of "disturbing public order."
After he was released, he had two months of wages deducted from his salary by the school principal. He wrote a letter explaining the benefits of Falun Gong to the principal, who reported him to police. As a result, Mr. Xu was taken to the Tonghua City Forced Labor Camp, where he held a hunger strike to protest the persecution. He was force-fed and tortured until his heart disease recurred, then he was released.
In 2001, he was taken to the Tonghua City CCP School for brainwashing. When he returned to work, he was repeatedly harassed by the principal, who coerced him into writing statements renouncing Falun Gong.
3. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Three Practitioners Including Ms. Ding Fengzhen Arrested, Their Whereabouts Unknown
From June to July 2008, police officers from the State Security Division in Zhoucun District, Zobi City, arrested three practitioners. They are Ms. Ding Fengzhen, 63; Ms. Li Runfen, 60; and Mr. Xue Shuxiang, 63. Their whereabouts are unknown.
4. [Zhucheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Sun Fulian Abused
On September 5, 2008, Ms. Sun Fulian was doing laundry at home when three plainclothes police officers, led by Cui Yan, broke into her home. They seized several Dafa books and some "truth clarification" materials, and she was taken to the Xinghua Road Police Station. 5,000 yuan cash was extorted from her, and she was released at 7 p.m. the same day.
5. [Chongqing City] Ms. Tian Xiaorong Arrested, Mr. Wang Ximing Sentenced to Forced Labor
Ms. Tian Xiaorong from Banan District was arrested. Mr. Wang Ximing, a retired staff member of the Dajiang Plant, was taken to Xishanping Forced Labor Camp.
After the brainwashing session held by Banan District 610 Office was finished, Mr. Zhang Zhen, Ms. Dong Daoqun, Ms. Yu Xunrong, and another practitioner were detained. Mr. Zhang and Ms. Dong were then taken to a forced labor camp.
At 1 p.m. on August 21, 2008, the home of Ms. Ling Guifang, retired staff member of the Dajiang Plant, was searched, and several Falun Gong flyers were seized. Ms. Ling was sentenced to one year of forced labor.

7. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Dong Ping Became Mentally Disordered as a Result of Torture
Ms. Dong Ping, in her 50s, is retired from the Thermal Power Company. In November 2006, Zu, an officer from the Nanling Police Station, broke into her home and searched it. She was arrested and sentenced to one year of forced labor. She was taken to Heizuizi Women Forced Labor Camp and tortured. As a result, she became a mentally disordered. In May, 2007, she was released for medical treatment.
8. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Mr. Zhuo Wenping Arrested
Mr. Zhuo Wenping is retired from the Yonghong Plant in Xiaohe District, Guiyang City. At 1 a.m. on September 1, 2008, officers from the Xiaohe District Police Department broke into his home and arrested him. At present, he is detained in the Drug Rehabilitation Center in Xiaohe District.
9. [Inner Mongolia] Ms. Liu Hanxiang, Ms. Zhao Jinhua, Mr. Xing Jun, and Ms. Xu Dongping Mistreated
During the Olympic Games, Ms. Liu Hanxiang, Ms. Zhao Jinhua, Mr. Xing Jun, and Ms. Xu Dongping were arrested by police officers from the Manzhouli 610 Office. At present, Mr. Xing Jun has been released but is being monitored. Ms. Liu and Ms. Zhao were each sentenced to one year of forced labor and taken to Tumuji Forced Labor Camp. Ms. Xun was sentenced to two years of forced labor and taken to the same camp. Ms. Liu has already been sentenced to forced labor three times and Ms. Xu twice.

11. [Yanji City, Jilin Province] Mr. Shen Quanhui and His Wife, Ms. Li Fengyun, Tortured
Around September 8, 2008, Mr. Shen Quanhui and his wife, Ms. Li Fengyun, were arrested by police officers from Yanji City. They are being detained in the Longtoudao Police Station. Mr. Shen was tortured by police officers and fainted several times. He is on the verge of death. Both Mr. Shen and Ms. Li have been detained many times. Mr. Shen has been followed, monitored, and previously detained in brainwashing centers and detention centers. He is considered a "key" person in Jilin City and his home has been searched many times. He was also detained in Huanxiling Forced Labor Camp and Yinmahe Forced Labor Camp, and became extremely weak due to torture. After he was released, he left home and went to Yanji City to avoid further persecution.
His wife, Ms. Li Fengyun, is from Yanji City. She was detained in the No. 1 Team of Heizuizi Women Forced Labor Camp and was brutally tortured.

Ms. Guo, around 60-years-old, is a senior colonel of Chengdu Military Region. She was arrested in a supermarket. After being detained in Chengdu City for three months, she was taken to a brainwashing center located in Luotai Villa in Fushun City, Liaoning Province.
14. [Jilin Province] Ms. Liu Fengyun and Her Immediate Family Persecuted
On July 9, 2006, Ms. Liu Fengyun and her daughter were arrested. She was secretly tried and sentenced to three years of imprisonment. When she was transferred from the Dehui City Detention Center to Heizuizi Prison, the guards extorted 260 yuan from her. Her 12-year-old daughter was taken to a "lock down" school. Her husband was tortured in Jiutai Forced Labor Camp and almost died. After he was released, her husband and daughter relied heavily on each other. The father worked hard each day to pay for his daughter's tuition. They have often been harassed.

On August 19, 2008, Mr. Hou Wei from Gaizhou City was arrested by police officers from the State Security Division and the Xicheng District Police Department in Gaizhou City and the State Security Division in Yingkou City. He was first detained in the Gaizhou City Detention Center. Later, he was detained in the Yingkou City Detention Center. His seven-year-old son is being cared for by his grandfather.

Ms. Lu Jinhua, 54, was detained for a month by the Jiangdong District Police Department in 2005. At that time she had several thousand yuan extorted from her. On the afternoon of

21. [Chongqing City ] Supplementary Information the Arrest of Mr. Hong Liu
On the afternoon of June 3, 2008, Mr. Hong Liu was arrested at his job in the Guanyinqiao Market by police officers from the Nanan District 610 Office and the Jiangbei District 610 Office. His home was searched and his desktop computer, laptop computer, printer, CD/DVD burner, camera, TV antenna, tape recorder, and more than 10,000 yuan were confiscated.
He was detained in Haitangxiaoyue Detention Center in the Nanan District and was subjected to abuse. Neither his employer nor family was notified. On June 8, 2008, when his family returned, they found that their home had been ransacked. There were bloodstains near the door and on the road. Only then did they realized that Mr. Hong had been beaten. Ms. Hong's parents repeatedly demanded the return of their house key that the police had seized during the incident, but without success. They were also prohibited from seeing Mr. Hong.
Before the Olympic Games, officers from the Nanan District Police Department and the Guangyang Town Police Station arrested Ms. Liao Dalan, Mr. Deng Fushou, and Ms. Zhang Xianbi, all practitioners from Mingyuetuo Community, Guangyang Town. They also questioned, harassed, and monitored other practitioners in the Mingyuetuo Community. The practitioners' families were also harassed and abused.

22. [Luzhou City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Li Zhiming Arrested
On August 27, 2008, Mr. Li Zhiming was arrested. Police officers seized photos of the founder of Falun Gong, amulets(1), and some personal property from his home. He is being held in the Naxi Detention Center.
23. [Guangdong Province] Mr. Chen Ruiqi Persecuted by Nanshan District 610 Office in Shenzhen City
On April 13, 2008, Mr. Chen Ruiqi went to the Nanshan District 610 Office in Shenzhen City to ask why he was not allowed to go to America to visit his daughter, who was soon to give birth. The next day he was detained at the brainwashing center located in the Shenzhen Legal System School. For as long as two months he suffered mental abuse inflicted by the Nanshan .District 610 Office. His round-trip airplane ticket, worth 6,500 yuan, became invalid.
24. [Liaoning] Ms. Han Lianxiang, Staff Member of Dalian City Airport, Arrested
At about 4:30 p.m. on September 8, 2008, Ms. Han Lianxiang was arrested by police officers from the State Security Division on her way home. At 5 p.m. the same day, her home was searched, and a computer, DVD player, and photos of the founder of Falun Gong were seized. Her son was also taken away. As of September 10, 2008, he had not been released.
25. [Chongqing City] List of Practitioners Detained in Chongqing City Women's Forced Labor Camp
The No. 4 Team of Chongqing City Women's Forced Labor Camp detains Falun Gong practitioners specificially. Before the Olympic Games, a partial list was made of practitioners detained in the No. 3 Team. 26. [Yibin City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Chen Jianying, Ms. Chen Lixiang, and Other Practitioners Mistreated
During the Olympic Games, agents from Nanxi County, Yibin City, arrested the following practitioners: Mr. Huang Hua, Mr. Huang Zhiqiang, Ms. Chen Jianying, Mr. Chen Lixiang, Ms. Song Shufang, and Ms. Song Yongfu. Among them, Mr. Huang Hua, Mr. Huang Zhiqiang, Mr. Chen Lixiang, Ms. Song Shufang, and Ms. Song Yongfu are from Nanxi County; and Ms. Chen Jianying is from Fushun County. Mr. Huang Hua was arrested in his job at the Shuofeng Market. Mr. Huang Zhiqiang is Mr. Huang Hua's brother and works in Tianjin City. He was taken back to Tianjin City by agents.
Mr. Chen Lixiang and his wife, Ms. Song Shufang, were arrested at their home in Xintianxiang Village, Daguan Town, Nanxi County. Ms. Chen Jianying was arrested in Fushun County and taken to Nanxi County. Ms. Song Yongfu, who lives in Chengdu City, was taken to Nanxi County by agents.
Mr. Huang Zhiqiang has been released and returned home. Ms. Song Yongfu was taken to the Gong County Brainwashing Center and tortured, however, she escaped with righteous thoughts. Later, she was placed under house arrest in her relatives' home in Nanxi County. She was forced to leave Nanxi County before the time limit of the house arrest expired. Mr. Huang Hua, Mr. Chen Lixiang, and Ms. Song Shufang are still detained. The whereabouts of Mr. Chen Lixiang and Ms. Song Shufang are unknown.
