Editors' note: Each time we publish news of this nature, we do so with heavy hearts. These people started off as public servants, but under the intense pressure applied by the Jiang regime, they were pushed into persecuting Dafa disciples. In both Western and Chinese cultures, the principle of karmic retribution, that is, being held ultimately accountable for one's own actions, is widely accepted. The fundamental teaching of Falun Gong is the characteristic of the universe, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. The universe will reward acts that are in harmony with this principle, while doing things such as beating, torturing, and murdering people will incur karmic retribution. Stated another way, good deeds will be rewarded with good, while evildoings will meet due retribution. Articles such as this one are meant as a compassionate reminder of this principle to those who would commit wrongdoing. While many of those who persecute Falun Gong are merely "following orders," the universal law requires that they, too, be held responsible for their actions, and that only by reversing their course of wrongdoing may they escape retribution.
First Deputy Director of the 610 Office in Jiujiang County Died at Age 45
Li Jianhua, the Political and Security Section chief of the Police Department in Jiujiang County, Jiangxi Province, was also the first deputy director of the 610 Office. From July 20, 1999 to 2003, he directed and participated in persecuting practitioners in Jiujiang County. He died in late October 2007, only 45 years old.
Police Officer Han Wenya from the Police Department of Jiujiang County Died from a Sudden Illness
Police Officer Han Wenya from the Police Department of Jiujiang County was involved in apprehending practitioners from Jiujiang County who had gone to Beijing to appeal on behalf of Falun Gong. He suddenly fell ill in late 2007 and died.
The Political and Security Section Chief in the Southwest Geological Production Brigade of Jiujiang County, in Jiangxi Province, 50- Year-Old Wang Jiazhi, Died from Cancer
Wang Jiazhi, the Political and Security Section Chief in the Southwest Geological Production Brigade of Jiujiang County, in Jiangxi Province, participated in persecuting practitioners in No. 916 Geological team. He colluded with the Political and Security Section Chief of the Police Department of Jiujiang county, Li Jianhua, and actively organized brainwashing sessions in the No. 916 team and worked to force Falun Gong practitioners to give up their belief. In the spring of 2002, Wang Jiazhi was diagnosed with cancer and died. He was only 50 years old at the time.
