1. [Hebei Province] Ms. Wu Tingwen and Mr. Xing Bofeng Arrested
Ms. Wu Tingwen from Yongqing County is a teacher in Langfang City. The officials at her school fired her for clarifying the truth about Falun Gong. Personnel from the city's police department and from the 610 Office arrested Ms. Wu on June 26, 2008. They also ransacked her home and confiscated her computer, a printer and some Falun Gong truth-clarification materials.
Police arrested taxi driver Mr. Xing Bofeng and confiscated his taxi. They ransacked his home and confiscated a computer, a printer and 10,000 yuan on the afternoon of June 27, 2008. Mr. Xin's son Mr. Xing Yunsheng was also arrested and taken to the county detention center.
2. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Ms. Liu Fengbao Arrested
Personnel from the Yushu City Domestic Security Division and from the Baoshou Township Police Station arrested Ms. Liu Fengbao and brought her to the city detention center on the night of March 19, 2008. Later, on April 2, the police attempted to transfer Ms. Liu to the Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp, but her poor health disqualified her for admission. As a result, Ms. Liu was released. Two months later, personnel from the township police station arrested her again and sentenced her to one year of forced labor in the Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp. Police then ransacked Ms. Liu's home and confiscated a satellite TV system.

3. [Boye County, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhu Xiujuan from Tiquan Village, Beiyangcun Township was Arrested on June 28, 2008
4. [Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province] Ms. Wu Zhaodi Arrested
Sixty-four year-old Ms. Wu Zhaodi is a worker from the Yongchang Straw Hat Factory in Cixi, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. She was arrested and held in the Baisha Police Station in Cixi in 2000.
Ms. Wu was taken to Jiaokou Reservoir Brainwashing Center on July 15, 2004. "Helper" Chen Huikai beat her and fractured one of her fingers. In addition, Ms. Wu was often deprived of sleep.
5. [Nong'an County, Jilin Province] Police Ransacked a Practitioner's Home
Longwang Township Police Station Chief Xie led several policemen and ransacked a practitioner's home in Longwang Xizhu Factory at 10:00 p.m. on June 27, 2008. They confiscated a satellite TV system, a TV, a VCD player and several Dafa books. Fortunately, the practitioner escaped.

Personnel from the Jimo City 610 Office arrested Mr. Cheng in Guozhuang No. 5 Village, Jimo City, Shandong Province on June 28, 2008. The police ransacked his home and confiscated a cell phone and other items. Mr. Cheng and his daughter have been subjected to persecution before.

Mr. Jiang Yunhong, held in the Wumaping Prison Hospital, is in peril. Personnel from the Chengdu City Domestic Security Division arrested him and sentenced him to three years in prison on July 22, 2008.
10. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Wu Cuihua Arrested
Police arrested Ms. Wu Cuihua from Changyan Gaolouqian Village, Wangjiahe Town, the Huangpo District, Wuhan City on June 1, 2008. They ransacked her home and confiscated Dafa books.
11. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Liu Yanmei Held in the Tumuji Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Liu Yanmei read Falun Gong books on the No. 1301 Train from Beijing to Manzhouli on May 8, 2008. The police arrested her and held her in a railway station detention center. She was taken to the Tumuji Forced Labor Camp around June 24, to serve a one-year term.
12. [Songyuan City, Jilin Province] Mr. Li Dongjun and Mr. Qu Jun Arrested
Police arrested Mr. Li Dongjun at his home in Bayilaga Township, the Hongguang Farm in Songyuan City at 10:00 p.m. on June 16, 2008. They also arrested Mr. Qu Jun at the No. 11 Farm at 9:00 p.m. that same day.
13. [Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhou Yuying, Ms. Xia Shukun and Ms. Hua Yuju Arrested
Personnel from the Fushun City Police Station, from the Qingyuan County Police Station and from the Hongtoushan Police Station broke into Ms. Zhou Yuying's home on the night of June 28, 2008. They arrested Ms. Zhou, her daughter Ms. Xia Shukun and her son-in-law Mr. Zheng Qiang (a non-practitioner). Ms. Zhou's paralyzed husband and two-year-old grandson were left home without care.
Personnel from the Hongtoushan Police Station arrested Ms. Hua Yuju and ransacked her home at 11:00 p.m. on June 28, 2008.

Personnel from the Henan Police Station in Yanji City arrested Ms. Zhu Xiyu at 5:00 a.m. on June 27, 2008 and took her to the city detention center later.

Personnel from the Beijing Street Police Station arrested 60-year-old Ms. Shen Qichao and 62-year-old Ms. Xu from Jilin City on June 28, 2008. The police ransacked their homes in the afternoon.

Mr. Li Zhenlin and Ms. Wang Naifang from Qingyuan County, Fushun City were arrested on the night of June 28, 2008. Their son Mr. Zhao Liankai was arrested the next morning.
18. [Nongan County, Jilin Province] Several Practitioners Arrested
Mr. and Mrs. Qi and their child (a non-practitioner) living near the Tiexi Oil Refining Factory in Nongan County were arrested at 5:00 p.m. on June 24, 2008. The police also ransacked their home.
Police arrested Ms. Xiaomei and ransacked her home at 9:00 p.m. on June 24, 2008. She is being held in the Wugongli Detention Center.
19. [Anhui Province] Fuyang City Police Arrest More Than 100 Practitioners
The arrested practitioners included Ms. Sun Wenlan, Mr. Li, Mr. Zhu Jun, Mr. Dai Xuebin, Mr. Sun Fei, Mr. Li Guomin, Mr. Fang Guoxuan, Mr. Zhou Shaoyou, and Ms. Gao Shili.
20. [Zunhua City, Hebei Province] Mr. Li Changsheng Arrested
Mr. Li Changsheng from Nanxinzhuang Village, Dibeitou Town, Zunhua City was arrested at 4:00 a.m. on June 23, 2008.
21. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Several Practitioners Facing Sentencing
Tangshan City Intermediate Court agents planned to sentence Ms. Zhang Mengxia, Ms. Xu Shuqin, Ms. Li Liping, Ms. Zhao Fengxia and Ms. Zhang Yuehua from Zunhua City on June 19, 2008.
22. [Xingtai City, Hebei Province] Ms. Miao Aixin Lives Away from Home to Avoid Persecution
Xingtai City No. 20 Middle School principal Lu Jianjun attempted to arrest Ms. Miao Aixin at 10:00 a.m. on June 26 because she talked about Falun Gong to her students. Ms. Miao escaped and has lived away from home since.
23. [Wuchang City, Heilongjiang Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
Police followed Mr. Dong Xiaodong from Wuchang City on the night of June 27, 2008 when he posted Falun Gong truth-clarification information. They confiscated several Dafa books, his car and Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials. The police used Mr. Dong's cell phone and told another practitioner that Mr. Dong had had a car accident. The practitioner then informed Ms. Wu Fenghua, Ms. Xu Yanling and Mr. Liu Bo to come visit Mr. Dong; thus the three practitioners were arrested. Ms. Wu and Ms. Xu are being held in the Wuchang City Detention Center and Mr. Dong and Mr Liu are being held in the city's custody center.
24. [Laizhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Du Zhenshuang Arrested
Personnel from the Laizhou City 610 Office arrested Ms. Du Zhenshuang from Changsheng Street, Shahe Town, Laizhou City on June 25, 2008. They confiscated a recorder and some Dafa books.
25. [Xinbin County, Liaoning Province] Several Practitioners Arrested
Police arrested Mr. Zhai Peng from Nanzamu Town, Xinbin County on the night of June 28, 2008. They arrested two female practitioners the next morning and put them in the county detention center.
Five more practitioners were arrested that day.

27. [Shifang City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Wu Chaolan Held at the Nanmusi Forced Labor Camp
Personnel from the Shifang City Domestic Security Division arrested 54-year-old Ms. Wu Chaolan on the morning of May 24, 2008 and sentenced her to one and a half years of forced labor on May 28, 2008. She is being held in the Nanmusi Women's Forced Labor Camp in Zizhong City.

Police arrested Ms. Liang Yulan from the Chaoyang District in May 2008.
29. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Liu Lanrong Arrested
Ms. Liu Lanrong from Yindingzhuang Village, Jinzhuang Township, Baoding City was arrested in Zhongyang Village, Yangzhuang Township on the afternoon of June 28, 2008. The police ransacked her home and confiscated many of her belongings. Ms. Liu is being held in the Yangzhuang Township Police Station.

30. [Haicheng City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Han Dongying Arrested
Police arrested Mr. Han Dongying and held him in the Niuzhuang Police Station in Haicheng City on the afternoon of June 27, 2008. They ransacked his home and confiscated his computer and a printer. Mr. Han is being held in the city's Domestic Security Division.

Ms. Zhang Fengzhou, her husband, Mr. Zhang Wenguang and Mr. Song Zhanlin from Tonghe County were arrested and held in the county detention center.
32. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Hou Zhenxiang Held in the Changyi City Detention Center
33. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Personnel from the Songshan District, Chifeng City Arrest Mr. Zhao Hui on June 22, 2008

35. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Mr. Song Kaijun Arrested
Mr. Song Kaijun used to be a teacher in an institute in Chifeng City. Because he practices Falun Gong he was sentenced to three years in prison starting in 2000. As a result, Mr. Song lost his job. He was held in a brainwashing center twice in 2004. On June 24, 2008, police arrested him and confiscated his laptop computer, a computer from his workplace and a satellite receiver system.
