Employees are constantly forced to attend so-called "political study" and other "education," and are required to remain in sync with the party in their actions and thoughts. The people around me are generally afraid of the party and are accustomed to simply following it. A couple of years back when I tried to distribute the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, many people did not even dare to look at it.
