Mr.Ye Xinheng from Wenling, Zhejiang Province, was forced to become homeless and destitute. On July 11, 2008, he was arrested at his home while visiting his 85-year-old father. He was taken to the Wenling Police Station. On November 12, 2008, his relatives went to deliver clothes to him. Not having received any official notice of his arrest, they had just learned that he had been sentenced. His elderly father is very worried about him when he hears about the torture that goes on and is asking around for help.
