Divine Performing Arts (DPA) kicked off another spectacular World Tour for the 2009 season on Friday, Dec. 19. DPA unveiled the 2009 season at three cities on the night--Ft. Lauderdale in Florida, Atlanta in Georgia and Philadelphia in Pennsylvania.
