(Clearwisdom.net) On January 7, 2008, Mayor Jiangyuan Zhou of Addison City Texas and his wife Siqi Lin attended the New Tang Dynasty Television (NTDTV) Chinese New Year Spectacular at the Nokia Theater.

Mayor Jianyuan Zhou welcomed guests at the VIP reception prior to the show. He said that the NTDTV Chinese New Year Spectacular was a great way to celebrate the Chinese New Year, and he wished the show success.
The Mayor's wife Siqi Lin is from Taiwan. After watching the first half of the show, she told reporters, "I am very honored. I feel that every performer and singer has put in a lot of effort, and they have done very well. The MCs were also very good. You have done very well."
Mayor Zhou said, "This is the first time I have seen NTDTV's Spectacular firsthand. I am very impressed, and I think it's great. I think the producers of this show have been very successful. Every act, every song, displayed our Chinese traditional culture."
