(Clearwisdom.net) On August 6, 2007, Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Wang Jingxiang's life was in danger, and Banqiao Women's Forced Labor Camp officials sent her home to avoid being held responsible for her death. While in the labor camp, Wang Jingxiang was subjected to beatings, being locked up in a small cell and other tortures. Her blood pressure was unstable, she felt tightness in her chest, and she had difficulty breathing. She kept vomiting blood, had blood in her stools, and severe anemia.
Ms. Wang Jingxiang, 51, had been sent to a forced labor camp twice since the persecution of Falun Gong began on July 20, 1999. She was sentenced to one year of forced labor the first time and to three and a half years the second time.
Ms. Wang was once again arrested on June 20, 2006 and later sentenced to two years of forced labor. While incarcerated in the Fennianchun Detention Center, she often vomited blood and was diagnosed with a gastric ulcer and stomach bleeding. Detention center officials, however, didn't inform her of the condition. One guard named Wang even said to her, "No big problem, nothing serious."
Ms. Wang Jingxiang was sentenced to forced labor four days after her arrival at the detention center. Thirty-seven days later, officers at the Zhangkuizhuang Police Station sent her to a forced labor camp, but the labor camp administration section officials refused to accept her. Both sides negotiated for an entire day, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., without an agreement. So Wang Jingxiang was taken back to the detention center, where she remained for another 14 days.
The police didn't give up, and tried again to send her to the Banqiao Women's Forced Labor Camp. A camp doctor agreed to keep her but requested that one police station officer stay in the labor camp.
Wang Jingxiang's life was in danger while in the camp. She was so weak that she didn't have the strength to walk. She was given infusions for five days and was bedridden for more than three months.
Ms. Wang has steadfast belief in Master and Dafa, and when she became a little better, she resumed practicing the exercises. Because of this, the guards put her into a solitary confinement cell. They ordered a drug offender to monitor her and prevent her from practicing. Whenever she practiced the exercises, the drug offender sat on her legs for over half an hour. She was detained in solitary confinement for over six days. Later, guards beat her ruthlessly when she practiced the exercises, loosening three of her teeth and making her spit up blood.
Ms. Wang Jinxiang was sent to the solitary confinement cell again because she wrote the word "Mie" (character used in sending righteous thoughts) in Chinese on the wall. Guard Liu Tixia ordered two drug offenders to monitor her. There was no monitoring device in the confinement cell, so the two drug offenders beat her unscrupulously. When Wang Jingxiang sat on the bed to practice the exercises, one of the drug offenders struck her, breaking one of her teeth in the left side of her mouth. She spit out a lot of blood from losing the tooth. Sometimes the two drug offenders threw her to the ground or to the bed when they saw her practicing the exercises. The bed board even broke because of it. Ms. Wang's arm was covered with bruises and one of her middle fingers was numb. The drug offenders pushed their knees forcefully against her buttocks, injuring her hipbone. She was eventually unable to sit on the bed or walk, and suffered from pain in the buttocks for many days.
Ms. Wang once clarified the truth to other detainees in the restroom, for which guard Liu Tixia again put her into the solitary confinement cell. She was not allowed to leave the small cell and had to relieve herself there as well. The bed in the cell was taken away. She had to sit on the cold floor for five or six hours each day. Such long-term torture made her very weak. She was diagnosed with a clogged artery to her brain, a heart muscle blockage, stomach bleeding and other health problems. The abuse was nonetheless continued, and her condition became worse.
Wang Jingxiang's blood pressure was unstable on August 6, 2007, she felt tightness in her chest, and had difficulty breathing. She kept vomiting blood and had blood in her stools. She suffered from severe anemia and was in critical condition. To evade responsibility, the labor camp officials released her.
