The purpose of Divisions 11 and 13 at Harbin Women's prison is to persecute Dafa practitioners.
Furthermore, inmates in Division 1, Division 2, Division 3 and Division 4 monitor and physically and verbally abuse Dafa practitioners.
Sources say that the following practitioners are currently being held in Division 11: Wang Aihua from Qiqihar City, Qin Shuzhen from Shuangyashan City, Han Ying from Hegang City, Wang Hongzhou from Hailin City, Wang Yuhua from Mudanjiang City, Xu Youqin from Shuangcheng City, Zhang Jianhui from Shuangcheng City. The following practitioners are being held in Division 13: Gao Jiabo from Qitaihe City, An Ling from Shuangcheng City, and Zhou Chunzhi from Hulan City.
Several criminals in Division 11 and Division 13, convicted of embezzlement and taking bribes, are monitoring Dafa practitioners. They force the practitioners to watch DVDs with slanderous propaganda against Falun Dafa, and forbid them to sleep. Practitioner Wang Hongzhou was healthy the day he was transferred to Division 11, but he started coughing and vomiting blood the next day.
In Division 1, Division 2, Division 3 and Division 4, two inmates monitor one practitioner. They force the practitioners to sit on small stools facing surveillance cameras from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. without a break. The practitioners are forbidden to speak and have limited time to use the restroom and wash their faces.
Inmate Zhang Hongying beat practitioner Sun Min. Sun Min went to guard Chen Dongyue who said the inmate would not be held responsible as long as Sun Min was not beaten to death.
