(Clearwisdom.net) Many Singapore citizens were shocked by Falun Gong practitioners’ protesting Lee Kuan Yew’s persecution of Falun Gong on the streets. Some Singapore citizens, especially the government officers, consider Lee Kuan Yew the father of the nation, and they have a very deep misunderstanding of Falun Gong practitioners. One day, when a practitioner passed out materials at a subway entrance, a woman called the police. Later the practitioner went away, but this woman followed him and reported his location to the police. The practitioner got on the subway, and then that woman also got on the subway and asked the practitioner where he lived. The practitioner then said to her: "OK. Let’s get off, and you call the police. Let’s wait for them." The practitioner also tried to clarify the truth to her, but she refused to listen. Soon, two policemen came. They checked the truth-clarifying materials, and recorded the practitioner's and that woman’s ID numbers. The police said that a higher ranking officer would come to handle the matter. The practitioner clarified the truth to the policemen and waited for the higher ranking officer with them. They waited for 45 minutes, but the higher ranking officer didn’t come. The policemen finally returned the truth-clarifying materials to the practitioner, and the woman felt embarrassed and left.

Falun Gong practitioners have said, "Regardless if he is the father of the nation or not, as long as he persecutes Falun Gong, we need to expose it. It is also good for the nation. Facing the persecution, we should not keep silent and let the tyrants get their way as before. We cannot allow Lee Kuan Yew and his gang to manipulate the national machinery and abuse the law to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. The reason that we keep clarifying the truth to the public is to let the public know that they have been deceived by the lies and slander."
Many citizens understand the practitioners. They have read the truth-clarifying display boards and asked for more information. Practitioners will keep clarifying the truth and exposing the facts of Lee Kuan Yew’s persecution of Falun Gong and the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) brutality until the persecution ends.
