4. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Mr. Ma Lingxi and Two Others Sentenced to Forced Labor
Practitioners Mr. Ma Lingxi and Ms. Liu Guilan from Xinli Town, Yushu City, and Mr. Zhang Fengjun from Liujia Town, Yushu City, were sentenced to forced labor and have been sent away recently.
Personnel from a forced labor camp rejected practitioner Mr. Yang Shuxin from Sihe Town, Yushu City, due to his poor health. He is still being held at a detention center. Practitioner Ms. Zhang Dongmei is still being held at the Yushu City Detention Center.
5. [Fuyu County, Jilin Province] Personnel from the Caijiagou Town Police Station Harass Dafa Practitioners
Song Zhaofa, a person from a street administrative committee, led policeman Wu Guojiang from the Caijiagou Town Police Station, Fuyu County, and another two policemen to practitioner Mr. Xu Qingwu’s home at 2:00 p.m. on January 31, 2007. They ransacked the place and attempted to take Mr. Xuto the police station but failed. They have harassed other practitioners in the area for the past few days.

6. [Donggang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Yu Chun’e and Another Two Practitioners Arrested
Personnel from the Dadong Police Department, Donggang City, arrested three practitioners including Ms. Yu Chun’e the evening of February 9, 2007. Yu Chun’e had some karma-eliminating symptoms and is now being held at the Donggang City Chinese Medicine Hospital and watched by several policemen. The police even ransacked her place.

7. [Jilin Province] Personnel from the Provincial Women's Prison Relentlessly Persecute Practitioners
Personnel form the Jilin Province Women's Prison in Heizuizi, Changchun City, transferred more than the 100 practitioners held in each ward into a prison brainwashing center as of January 24, 2007.
8. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Cheng Xiuchang Arrested; Other Information
Practitioner Ms. Cheng Xiuchang from Qingyuan County, Fushun City, was arrested on January 14, 2007. It was reported that Ms. Cheng has been under surveillance since December 2006. Practitioner Ms. Wang Xiuxia was also arrested when she went to Ms. Cheng's home. Police ransacked Ms. Cheng Xiuchang's home and confiscated a number of copies of the "Minghui Weekly" and some truth-clarifying CDs.

Pingdingbu Township Police Station chief Hu Wencai led a few policemen. They broke into Ms. Song Lianzhi's home on February 16, 2006, and confiscated a tape recorder, a cassette tape, and a copy of "Zhuan Falun." They then put Ms. Song in Tieling Detention Center, followed by attempted incarceration in the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp. The labor camp officials refused her admission because of her poor health. On the way back to the detention center the police extorted 3,000 yuan from Ms. Song's daughter and then released Ms. Song.
10. [Beijing] Supplemental Information Regarding the Persecution of Practitioner Zhang Jijiang and His Wife, Zhang Guirong
The judges reached a verdict in the trial of practitioner Mr. Zhang Jijiang and his wife, Ms. Zhang Guirong, on January 12, 2007. Subsequently, the Wenyuhe Court in Louzizhuang in the Chaoyang District secretly sentenced them to three years of forced labor on February 8 without notifying any of their family members. It is heard that the trial only lasted for one minute.
Mr. Zhang Jijiang and Ms. Zhang Guirong are still being held at the Chaoyang District Detention Center in Beijing. They have lost a lot of weight, and no family member's visit has been permitted.

11. [Hebei Province] Incidents of Persecution Relating to Practitioner Ms. Li Shulan - 2006 incident -
Political and Security Section chief Wang Yanming of the Capital Steel Company Mine's 5th Division in Qian’an City and personnel from the Qian'an Police Department colluded to arrest practitioner Ms. Li Shulan on March 8, 2006, when Ms. Li was clarifying the truth of Falun Gong. They ransacked her home and confiscated some Dafa writings, two MP3 players and Master's picture. They took her to the police department and shocked her with electric batons. They then sent her io a detention center at 10:00 p.m.
Peng Minghui, Political and Security Section chief of the city’s police department ,extorted total 4,000 yuan from Ms. Li Shulan's family and then released her. Wang Yanming from the mine and the Public Security Section chief of the No.3 Construction Company forcibly put Ms. Li into the Qian'an Brainwashing Center. They also suspended her pension of 400 yuan per month.
12. [Pingquan County, Hebei Province] Persecution of Several Practitioners
Officers Hu Qiwen, Tong Lijun, Zhang Zongmin, Tong Yanhui and others from the Pingquan County Police Department arrested six practitioners from Shatuozi Township in Pingquan County. They include Mr. Liu Wenshu, Mr. Liu Wenji, Ms. Li Ruiyun, Ms. Wang Guifeng, and Ms. Yan Fengru (used to be a practice practitioner) on January 9, 2007. Ms. Yan Fengru, having given up Falun Dafa practice, was released. The rest were sent to the Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp in Baoding City. Three of them showed symptoms of high blood pressure and irregular heart beat (tachycardia), so the forced labor camp authorities rejected their admission. But policemen plotted with their supervisors at night. They took the three practitioners back to Pingquan County for further persecution on the third day. The rest three were held at the Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp.

Personnel from the police precinct at the Zhenjiang City Railway Station arrested her on February 26, 2007 when she was distributing Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials at the railway station. She is presently being held at the Nanjing police department detention center.

Mr. Gao Yuelin was born in 1951 in Mincheng Town, Jinxiang County, Jining City. Someone reported him when he was distributing Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials on February 10, 2007. The police arrested him and put him in Jinxiang County Detention Center.

Police officers from the Rizaho City "610 Office" arrested Dr. Jia Huiqin of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of the city’s Chinese Traditional Medical Hospital at 5:00 p.m. on February 5, 2007.

17. [Penglai County, Shandong Province] Practitioner Mr. Sun Ruxue Persecuted in a Brainwashing Center
Practitioner Mr. Sun Ruxue was arrested at Yantai City and sent to the Penglai County 610 Office brainwashing center in November 2006. Because of his refusal to give in to brainwashing he is still being held there.
18. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Practitioners Including Ms. Lu Guiying Arrested
Three officers including Zhang Zishun and Li Xiaohui from the Yingezhuang Police Station in Fangezhuang Township, Guye District, went to practitioner Ms. Lu Guiying's home at 11:00 a.m. on February 6, 2007, and arrested her. They took another practitioner, Ms. Lu, to the police station.
Ms. Lu has escaped with the power of righteous thoughts, but Ms. Liu is being held at the Luan County Detention Center.
Officers Zhang Zishun and Li Xiaohui from the police station went to practitioner Mr. Li Xiaoxian's home and arrested him. Mr. Li is presently being held at the Yingezhuang Police Station.

22. [Leshan City, Sichuan Province] Four Practitioners Including Ms. Tian Fengming Arrested
Someone reported practitioner Ms. Tian Fengming and Ms. Yang Youqin in late December 2006 when they were clarifying the truth and distributing truth-clarifying materials of Falun Gong in Longkongchang. Consequently, the 610 Office police arrested Ms. Tian and ransacked her home. They forced her son to tell them which practitioners often came to their home, so the police arrested practitioners Ms. Yang Youqin, Ms. Jiang Xiuyun, and Mr. Yu Faquan and ransacked their homes. They confiscated many CDs of "The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party" from Mr. Yu's home. The Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials-production site was damaged.

Three practitioners from You County, Zhuzhou City were arrested on February 6, 2007. They are currently being held at the county’s detention center.
27. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Chen Jianzhong Abused to the Point of Having Pulmonary Tuberculosis
Practitioner Mr. Chen Jianzhong has been abused at the Xinkaipu Forced Labor Camp for over a year to the point of extreme emaciation. He was recently found to have pulmonary tuberculosis. In order to shirk their responsibility, personnel in the forced labor camp plan to let him bail out for hospitalization, but they attempted to extort 20,000 yuan from his family. Prior to this his wife, also a practitioner, had spent over 10,000 yuan to hire a lawyer for his release. The family has no money to pay the extortion. Personnel from the Tianxin District Court and from the Xinkaipu Forced Labor Camp planned to discuss the issue of Mr. Chen’s hospital bail-out on February 11, 2007.
28. [Chongqing] Practitioner Ms. Li Anyun Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Li Anyun, 60 years old, is an official at the Fengjie Revenue. She was arrested in the Yubei District, Longxi Town, the end of January 2007. Police confiscated her computer. She is being held at Yiwanshui Detention Center in Lianglu Town, the Yubei District, Chongqing.
29. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Mr. Li Junhui Arrested
Personnel from the National Security Division arrested practitioner Mr. Li Junhui from the Wuhou District when he was distributing Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials on January 12, 2007. His whereabouts are unknown.
30. [Linshui County, Sichuan Province] Supplemental Information Regarding the Arrest of Eight Practitioners
Several practitioners collectively sent forth righteous thoughts the night of February 10, 2007. Personnel from the Linshui County National Security Division and several patrolling policemen arrested eight of them. Five were released at 12:00 a.m. that day. The three other practitioners, Mr. Wang Xianhui, Ms. Liu Guihua and Ms. Xu Kaiqiong, were sentenced to 10, 15, and 5 days of detention, respectively. They are currently being held at the county’s detention center.
