(Clearwisdom.net) At around 10 a.m. of September 15, the Swedish Falun Dafa Association submitted an indictment against Bo Xilai to the Stockholm Police Department, charging Bo with murder, torture, and abduction. Practitioner Wang Lili, who is involved in filing the lawsuit, said that former Liaoning Governor Bo Xilai is an important accomplice of Jiang Zemin in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners.
According to a report by the Sound of Hope, Ms Wang said: "According to the Minghui.ca website, there are 357 practitioners who have been persecuted to death in Liaoning province. In addition, several months ago, it was disclosed that the Chinese Communist regime has been harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners in Sujiatun Labor Camp located in Liaoning province. Though these represent just a tip of the iceberg, they clearly suggest that Bo has been actively assisting Jiang Zemin in the persecution of Falun Gong, using his position as a governor to do so. Bo also gave many instructive speeches that directly led to intensified persecution of practitioners by local police organs."
On September 13, former Canadian Secretary of State for Asia Pacific Affairs David Kilgour told reporters that the Chinese Minister of Commerce Bo Xilai is directly involved in the persecution of the Falun Gong group, and strong evidence suggests that Bo is directly involved in seizing organs from living Falun Gong practitioners.
To date, for his role in persecuting Falun Gong, Bo Xilai has been sued in 9 countries including the U.S., the U.K., Australia and Spain.
Ms Wang said: "Under the Chinese Communist regime, Falun Gong practitioners in China have been deprived of their basic rights. However, when chief perpetrators of the persecution such as Bo Xilai come abroad, we can sue them because laws of democratic countries aim to protect citizens."
Swedish Member of Parliament Celilia Wigstrm said that the Swedish government shall bring up human rights issues such as organ harvesting to the visiting Chinese officials.
