Practitioners Mr. Wu Yueqing and Mr. Kong Xiangzhu are in the prison hospital of Mudanjiang Prison. Their lives are in great danger, but the prison refuses to release them.

2. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Bo’s Whole Family Detained
On July 28, 2006, Ms. Wang Bo, her father, Mr. Wang Xingzhong, and her mother, Ms. Liu Shuqin, were secretly arrest. They are now being detained and persecuted in the Hebei Province Brainwashing Center.

3. [Haicheng City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Mr. Tian Bodong Arrested
Mr. Tian Baodong is from Niuzhuang Town, Haicheng City of Liaoning Province. On the morning of August 24, 2006, police officers from Ganwang Town Police Station illegally arrested him again. Mr. Tian had been detained twice and sentenced to forced labor for one year for appealing for justice for Falun Gong and telling people the truth of the persecution.

4. [Bin County, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Yuling Arrested
On August 23, 2006, police officers from the National Security Brigade of Bin County arrested Ms. Wang Yuling. She is now being held at a local detention center.

5. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Couple, Zhang Yijun and Wang Hong, Detained Illegally
In May 2006, Mr. Zhang Yijun and Ms. Wang Hong were arrested and detained in Yaojia Detention Center in Dalian City. Their 9-year-old child was left at home unattended.
6. [Haerbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Ms. Sun Shuyun’s Home Illegally Searched
In the afternoon on August 10, 2006, Ms. Sun Shuyun was arrested in the west region of Haerbin City. In the afternoon on August 18, the director of the Cement Factory District led police officers in breaking into Ms. Sun’s home. They searched the place and confiscated her belongings.
7. [Yichang, Hubei Province] Practitioner Ms. Liu Zaimei Detained
At about 2:00 p.m. on August 2, 2006, Ms. Liu Zaimei was distributing truth clarification materials in the area of 4th Shengli Street in Yichang City. This was reported to the police and she was arrested. The police brought Ms. Liu to the Third Detention Center of Yichang City and held her for 15 days.
8. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Ms. Sui Yumin Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Sui Yumin was arrested at about 8:00 a.m. on August 24, 2006.
9. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Cong Peijing and Others Persecuted
Policemen from Wanli Police Station in the Kaifa District arrested Ms. Qu Jun on August 2, 2006. After being on a hunger strike for over 20 days, she was released on August 23. There are other practitioners who went on the hunger strike with her. Ms. Cong Peijing is suffering cruel force-feeding in Yaojia Detention Center and is close to death. The current conditions of Ms. Yu Xiaoli, Mr. Yu Changshun, and Mr. Liu Qingtao are unclear.

10. [Haicheng City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Tian Baodong and His Wife Arrested
On August 24, 2006, police officers from the Ganwang Town Police Station arrested Mr. Tian Baodong, from Niuzhuang Town, Haicheng City. Then they searched his rented home and arrested his wife, who is not a Falun Gong practitioner. Later, they brought them both to the detention Center in Haicheng City. Mr. Tian was detained for 15 days and his wife for five days.

11. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Liu Fengxiang Arrested
The police arrested Ms. Liu Fengxiang from Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences when she was clarifying the truth to people. She is now being detained in the brainwashing center in Jinan.

13. [Xinxiang City, Henan Province] Practitioner Mr. Li Beiping Arrested Again
At about 10:00 a.m. on August 8, 2006, without due process, the Intermediate Court of the Hongqi District pronounced Mr. Li Beiping under arrest. Mr. Li is now being detained in Xinxiang Detention Center.

14. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Fengqiang Arrested
Ms. Wang Fengqiang from Jinan City was arrested while distributing truth clarification materials on August 10, 2006. She was detained at the "Legal System Training Center" (a brainwashing center) in Changshan.
15. [Tianjin City] Practitioner Ms. Song Xiuhua and Others Persecuted
Dafa practitioners Ms. Song Xiuhua, Ms. Liu Yufeng, and Mr. Wang Wenlong are all from Xiafeng Village, Dajianchang Town, the Wuqing District, Tianjin City. They were arrested on May 24, 2006, because they clarified the truth to people. Ms. Song Xiuhua is still in Wuqing District Detention Center. On July 28, the police division of the Wuqing District said that they would send her to a forced labor camp.

16. [Taikang County, Henan Province] Practitioner Mr. Li Chenyu is Expelled from School
Mr. Li Chenyu was a student at Northwest Institute of Political Science and Law in Xian City. In November 2005, police took him away because he was sending short messages over his cellular phone to advise people to withdraw from the Chinese Communist Party. The college then expelled him.
17. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Police Searched Practitioner Ms. Li Yuhua’s Home
At about 1:00 p.m. on August 10, 2006, the police suddenly broke into Ms. Li Yuhua’s home in Zhuangting Village, Yian Town, Laishui County. They confiscated Dafa books, videotapes of Teacher's lectures, one copy of the Nine Commentaries, truth-clarification materials about Falun Gong, and a tape recorder.
18. [Beijing City] Practitioner Ms. Jin Fuxiang Arrested
On July 20, 2006, the police arrested Ms. Jin Fuxiang, who in her 60s, while she was doing housework at home. Later, police officers from Haidian District Police Division broke in again and illegally searched her home. Nobody knows where she is.
19. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Zhao Xiaolu Arrested
On the morning of May 2, 2006, Ms. Zhao Xiaolu, an employee of Zhangjiakou Cable TV Station, and her husband, not a practitioner, were arrested by officers from Wuyiru Police Station. A VCR, Dafa books, and truth-clarification materials were confiscated from their home.
20. [Qixia City, Shandong Province] Several Practitioners Arrested
In the evening of July 13, 2006, when a few practitioners were sharing experiences at a Dafa truth clarification materials production site, somebody reported them to the police. That night, two practitioners were arrested. The police confiscated printing machines, one cellular phone, and other items. From the phone book on the cellphone, the police where able to locate several other practitioners and arrested them. They are all detained in Wukuang Detention Center in Qixia City.
21. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Yu Xiulian Being Persecuted
Ms. Yu Xiulian from the Zhifu District of Yantai City was arrested on the evening of August 20, 2006, when she was distributing truth clarification materials. Now she is detained at the Fushan Brainwashing Center in Yantai City.
22. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Practitioners Mr. Zhang Fangcheng and Ms. Kou Xiuling Detained
Mr. Zhang Fangcheng and Ms. Kou Xiuling are practitioners from Guodian Iron Ore of Jinan Iron & Steel Group Corporation. In August 2006, police broke into their home, confiscated their property, and arrested them.
23. [Pingquan County, Hebei Province] Practitioner Mr. Yu Huanying Arrested
On August 16, 2006, police searched Mr. Yu Huanying’s home and confiscated a printing machine, a computer, and other items. They arrested him, his wife, his daughter, Ms. Yu Shumin, and another practitioner called "Erjie." That same day, the police arrested Ms. Han Shuzhen, an elderly practitioner, and another practitioner whose name is not known.

24. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Practitioner Mr. Zhou Yunling Is Facing Sentencing
Mr. Zhou Yunling is an employee of the Plywood Factory of Hunan Province. Police arrested him on June 15, 2006, and have detained him for over two months. He is facing a prison sentence.
25. [Shandong Province] Police Persecute and Extort Money from Ms. Zhang Guoying’s Family after the Family Learned the Truth about Falun Gong
On their way back to their hometown of Changyi, Ms. Zhang Guoying, her husband, and their child learned the truth of the persecution from some practitioners. They asked for CDs of Teacher teaching the Fa. On August 17, 2006, they were at the Jinan Train Station when police searched their luggage and confiscated their Dafa books, CDs, and their train tickets. On August 18, the police sent Ms. Zhang to a brainwashing center located on Liuchangshan Rd. in Jinan City. They also extorted 5,000 yuan from their family.
26. [Dongguan City, Guangdong Province] Practitioners Ms. Dong Caiyun and Ms. Qiu Yuxiu Are Arrested
In August 2006, Ms. Dong Caiyun and Ms. Qiu Yuxiu, from Hunan Province, were arrested in Xialingbei Village, Liaobu Town, Dongguan City of Guangdong Province while they were distributing flyers explaining the facts about Falun Dafa.
27. [Tianjin City] Practitioners Ms. Zhou Chengmin and Ms. Wang Changhong Sentenced to Forced Labor
In November 2000, Ms. Zhou Chengmin and her daughter, Ms. Wang Changhong, went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong. They were sentenced to four years, and two-and-a-half years of forced labor, respectively.
On the morning of June 20, 2006, police from Changhong Police Station suddenly broke into their home and dragged the mother and daughter away and detained them at the Nankai Riot Squad Division of Tianjin City. Thirty days later, they were sentenced to one-and-a-half years and one year and three months respectively. They are detained in Banqiao Woman’s Forced Labor Camp in Tianjin City.
