(Clearwisdom.net) On July 24, 2006, the tenth Australia China human rights dialog was held behind closed doors. Falun Gong practitioners held an activity in front of the Australian Foreign Ministry. They also held a press conference to call on the Australia government to take note of the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) atrocities of live organ removal from Falun Gong practitioners, and ask for an end to the persecution of Falun Gong.

Falun Dafa Association Australia spokesperson John Deller pointed out that the Australia China human rights dialog failed completely since it did not alleviate or end Chinas human rights violations. Mr. Deller gave an example of the death of practitioner Ou Yangming, who is the brother of Australian citizen Ou Yangyu. The CCP tortured Yangming to death in 2003 even though the Australia Foreign Ministry brought his case to the attention of the CCP four times since 2001.
Representative Jane Sun of the Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (CIPFG) Australia Branch said, "It has been more than four months since the first witness disclosed the CCPs live organ removal in March. The CCPs atrocities of organ harvesting from living practitioners are hard to imagine. The CCP has persecuted Falun Gong for seven years. The purpose of CIPFG is to stop the killing. In Australia, CIPFG members includes member of Parliament, provincial parliament, non-governmental organizations, doctors, lawyers, religious people, reporters and students. We demand that the CCP allow us to conduct an independent investigation in Chinas labor camps and prisons."
Chairman Fan Yuan of the Chinese Worker Party felt sorrow when seeing the reenactment of live organ removal. As a Chinese democratic person in Australia, the Australian government informs him of each dialog. He said, "Unfortunately, we haven't seen any effects from such dialogs for many years. The CCP has a bad record of human rights. It should allow us to enter China to conduct independent and detailed investigations on this issue."
In the press conference, practitioner Ying Li also gave a speech and called on Australian people and the government to pay attention to her brother, Li Liang. She said, "I was shocked upon hearing of the CCPs atrocities of live organ removal. I and my family worry about my brother. He was arrested and imprisoned many times since 1999. Since May this year, we have not received any information about him. The CCP regime does not allow visiting. We dont know if he is still alive. We urge the Australian government to help us contact him. We are worrying about his safety."
Australian citizen Zhizhen Dai, who lost her husband due to the CCPs persecution, said that such dialog behind closed doors is deceiving people, "Australia should hold open human rights dialogs and help improve Chinas human rights in reality."
