Recently, Mr. Julien Dray, a French MP in Essonne province, sent a letter to the French branch of the "Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (CIPFG)". The letter was written by him to the French Foreign Minister, Mr. Philippe Douste-Blazy, and the English translation is as follows:

Dear Minister,
As you know, more and more information and evidence coherently expose the extremely severe human rights violation in China. I recently have been informed of an especially appalling thing happening at some detention centers in China: it is said that they harvest organs from some living persons who are not willing to donate their organs, then cremate their remaining bodies.
I want to know if the concerned departments of French government have obtained related information about the situation stated above and whether it is true or not? If it is confirmed that someone in China really committed such a crime, then I would like you to let me know what actions our government will take to stop such conducts and in what nature and scale the actions will be.
