(Clearwisdom.net) At around noon of July 14, some Washington DC practitioners rallied at Lafayette Square near the White House. They urgently called on U.S. federal government and the international community to take immediate action to end the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) atrocities of harvesting organs from Falun Gong practitioners and end the 7-year brutal persecution of Falun Gong.

At the rally, practitioner Mr Zhang said: "Every country and government should take action. Let’s work together to stop the most vicious evil in the history of human civilization."
On July 6, former Canadian Secretary of State for the Asia-Pacific region David Kilgour and human rights attorney David Matas released their 68-page investigative report entitled, "Report into Allegations of Organ Harvesting of Falun Gong Practitioners in China." Mr Matas call the organ harvesting from living people "a new form of evil on this planet". Meanwhile, Mr Kilgour stated: "These facts [organ harvesting from living people] are terrifying." He also said that the Chinese Communist regime is a horrific government.
German Falun Gong practitioner Dr. Tortsen Trey also appealed to the public at the rally. He said: "The Holocaust Museum is less than 1 mile from here. We shall learn the lesson from history, and we shall take the lesson of the Holocaust seriously. We shall learn to speak out when we are needed, and we shall speak out now. Such involuntary organ harvesting is inhumane and an offense against humanity. Such atrocities deserve attention from not only the general pubic but also my colleagues in the medical community. I call on the international community, especially the medical community, to realize that it is time to speak out. It will never be late for us to speak out, however, those who chose to remain silence will deeply regret it in the future."

Australian practitioner Jane Dai and her 6-year-old daughter also attended the press conference. Ms Dai recounted the death of her husband Chengyong Chen due to the persecution. At the time, little Fadu was only 6 months old. Dai said: "Even today, I still don’t know how exactly my husband was persecuted to death. He may have been tortured to death, and the authorities may have harvested his organs and killed him. I call on all kind-hearted people to help us stop the CCP’s atrocities of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. In China, thousands of Falun Gong children at my daughter’s age are facing the persecution. No one can see their tears, and no one can hear their voices. Today, my daughter and I stand here, and I hope that you will hear their cry for help."
Washington DC practitioner Jiangxin Wang said: "The undeniable facts have been revealed, and the horrific atrocities are happening on this planet. I just told an American passerby about this, and he said that every murdered civilian is his family member and this crime is genocide. No matter who you are, you should follow your conscience to stop this killing."
