(Clearwisdom.net) At 4:00 p.m. on April 10, 2006, practitioners gathered at King George Square in Queensland's capital city of Brisbane to commemorate their fellow practitioners who were murdered in Chinese concentration camps.
It was the afternoon rush hour, so there were a lot of people in the downtown area. The practitioners set up display boards, pictures, flower rings and then passed out flyers to passersby. Many people viewed the pictures and sighed. They signed their names to a petition showing their support.
A young man said, "I can hardly believe this still happens today. I thought it should be something a few hundred years ago. It is horrible. I absolutely support you."
A group of Japanese tourists came by. They viewed the display boards and discussed hotly in small group of four or five people. We couldn't understand their language but we could hear "Falun Gong" "Falun Gong" in their conversations. It is obvious that they understood the truth-clarification.
When night fell, the practitioners lit candles and began a candlelight vigil to protest the inhuman killings and to commemorate their fellow practitioners murdered in the Chinese Communist Party's concentration camps. Among the noisy and bustling downtown traffic, the silent calls for justice were very solemn.
