(Clearwisdom.net) On January 29 2006, Chinese people in the Netherlands held activities to celebrate the Chinese New Year at the City Hall of The Hague. Practitioners demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises in front of City Hall and distributed truth-clarifying materials to passersby. Besides wishing people a happy Chinese New Year, they also wanted to remind people that Falun Gong practitioners in Mainland China were still being persecuted while others were celebrating the New Year.
Many people were attracted by the beauty of Falun Dafa. They stopped to watch and pick up some materials. Even the policeman on duty expressed his wish to learn the practice.
