1. [Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Liu Yu Has Been on a Hunger Strike for Over a Month and Is in Critical Condition
Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Liu Yu, about 30 years old, is from Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. She graduated from Beijing Technology University and used to be a reporter for the Wenhui Newspaper. She was doing some training work at a school in Shenzhen City. Police from the city arrested her the morning of March 30, 2005.
The city’s Longguang Court put Ms. Liu on a trial for the second time on March 20, 2006. Her family and friends were not allowed to attend the sentencing. Her defending herself was also denied. The court agents sentenced Liu Yu to four years of imprisonment. She appealed, but there has been no response from the city’s Intermediate Court.
Ms. Liu has been on a hunger strike at the Longguang Detention Center for nearly a month to protest the illegal sentence. She is extremely weak and in critical condition. Personnel from the Longguang Police Station and the detention center have force-fed Ms. Liu many times.

3. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Yingyi in Critical Condition
It was heard that practitioner Ms. Wang Yingyi from the Muping District, Yantai City, was undergoing emergency treatment in the Emergency Section of the Muping District Traditional Medicine Hospital. She had been on a hunger strike for over 20 days since her October 16, 2006 arrest.
Personnel from the Emergency Section and Intestines Section of the Traditional Medicine Hospital started to force-feed Ms. Wang on November 19. She is extremely weak and cannot walk. Her life is in peril.

4. [Jilin Province] Practitioner Li Shigang and His Wife Arrested
When practitioner Mr. Li Shigang opened the door to his home to send his son to school at 7:00 a.m. on November 17, 2006, about six people without any identification broke into his home and put him in handcuffs. Two of them grabbed the arms of Mr. Li’s wife and twisted them behind her back. They ransacked the house. Mr. Li’s six-year-old son was so frightened that he couldn't stoop crying.
5. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Practitioners Persecuted at the Luotai Resort
Another brainwashing session was started at the Luotai Resort in Fushun City in early November 2006. Jiao Chen, the National Security Division deputy chief in the city’s Shuncheng Police Station, led policemen to illegally arrest practitioners and put them into the Luotai Resort Brainwashing Center. About a dozen practitioners have been sent to that brainwashing center. Everyone has to pay 100 yuan daily while detained there.

6. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Lu Guiping Arrested at Home
Shulan City’s Jishu Police Station chief Zhang Jianbo led policemen Ye Wenzheng and Liu Changchun to practitioner Ms. Lu Guiping’s home. They took her to the city’s Nanshan Detention Center. They found ten truth-clarifying discs at her home. Taking this as "evidence," they sentenced her to one year of forced labor without any legal procedure.
7. [Heilongjiang Province] Zhao Qiumei Sent to the Heizuizi Women’s Forced Labor Camp; She is Suffering from Torture; Husband Tortured to Death
Personnel from the Nanjing Police Station in the Chuanying District, Jilin City, Jilin Province, arrested practitioners Mr. Wang Jianguo and his wife, Ms. Zhao Qiumei, and ransacked their home on March 2, 2006. Mr. Wang was tortured to death at Jilin City’s No. 1 Detention Center within a month and nine days. He was only 30 years old when he lost his life. Ms. Zhao was sent to the Heizuizi Women’s Detention Center in Heilongjiang Province and is being tortured.
8. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Husband and Wife Yu Jianguo and Zhou Shujuan Arrested
Mr. Yu Jianguo and Ms. Zhou Shujuan, his wife, both around 35 years old, were arrested prior to October 11, 2006. Their home was ransacked. Some personal possessions, including a computer, a printer, and some Falun Dafa books were confiscated. Mr. Yu was put into the Kouqian Detention Center on October 23, 2006. We suspect that Ms. Zhou was probably put into Jilin City Detention Center.
9. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Mr. Lei Xin Detained for 15 Days
Personnel from the Yushugou Police Station went to practitioner Mr. Lei Xin’s home and ransacked the place on October 9, 2006. They did not show any warrant and confiscated some Falun Dafa books and truth-clarifying signs.
Personnel from the Chaluhe Police Department, Yongji County arrested Mr. Lei at his workplace. They found an e-book reader and a copy of Pure Insight Weekly. They sent him to Kouqian Detention Center on October 11 for 15 days.
10. [Baishan City, Jilin Province] Supplemental Information Regarding the Arrest of Practitioner Mr. Gao Song
Personnel from the Dongxing Police Department arrested practitioner Mr. Gao Song on November 10, 2006. He is now being held at the Baishan City Detention Center, where he has been staging a hunger strike for five days. His lips are so dry they cracked. He is extremely weak and looks tired and purplish. Personnel from the detention center, along with a relative, took Mr. Gao to a hospital for a checkup. The results showed that Gao Song has contracted acute tuberculosis, and there is fluid in his chest.

13. [Beijing] Seventy-Year-Old Practitioner Mr. Zhai Guangcai Arrested
Guo and other officers from the Lugu Police Station broke into practitioner Mr. Zhai Guangcai’s home at 8:00 p.m. on November 2, 2006. They ransacked the place and confiscated a notebook computer, a printer, over 60 tapes, 11 MP3 players, some Falun Dafa books and truth-clarifying materials. They arrested 70-year-old Mr. Zhai, put him in the Lugu Police Station, and detained him for 24 hours.

Riot police collaborated with personnel from the Zhoucun District’s National Security Team, the 610 Office and Pengyang Police Station agents and arrested practitioner Ms. Han Ailing, 43 years old, from Wangcun Town, the Zhoucun District, at noon on November 15, 2006. She is being held at the Zhoucun District Police Department.

15. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Fangfang (alias) and Another Practitioner from the Zhifu District Went Missing the Night of November 13, 2006; Their Whereabouts Are Unknown
16. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Tang Huifang Persecuted
Ms. Tang Huifang went to Beijing on July 20, 1999, but was arrested and taken back to the Laishui County Detention Center for several days. She was fined and then released.
Ms. Tang went to Beijing in 2000 to appeal for Falun Gong at Tiananmen Square. The police arrested her, put her on a police bus and sent her to the Baoding City Liaison Office in Beijing. Policemen from Laishui County went to the liaison office and confiscated all the money from Ms. Tang and other practitioners, then took them back to the Laishui County Party School at night. Police officers from the county's 610 Office tied the practitioners up and beat them with sticks, handcuffs, and ropes until midnight. They continued beating anyone that refused to give up Falun Gong the second day. Ms Tang Huifang was beaten until she had bruises all over her body. Her face was severely swollen. She was fined over 2,000 yuan and then sent to the township government. She was again fined 2,000 yuan at the township government before she was released.
In the spring of 2005, the police ransacked Tang Huifang's home and confiscated her computer, a printer, and other items in her absence. Later, 610 Office agents arrested Ms. Tang in Baoding City and sentenced her to one and a half years of forced labor.
17. [Linyi City, Shandong Province] The Persecution of Practitioner Mr. Li Zengpu and Others
Personnel from the Cangshan County’s 610 Office in Linyi City illegally arrested practitioners Mr. Li Zengpu and his wife, Ms. Xiao Guimei, on June 16, 2006. They tried the couple unlawfully on September 28. The couple is still being held at a detention center. 610 Office personnel intended to sentence the couple and refused all visits from their families.
Practitioners Ms. Meng Fei, in her 40s, a teacher at Xinxing Middle School, and Ms. Wu Shujuan, in her 40s, an employee of the Dermatology Hospital, were arrested on around June 20, 2006. Ms. Meng Fei was sentenced to two years of forced labor at Wangcun Forced Labor Camp in the middle July. Ms. Wu Shujuan was sentenced to three years of forced labor in Jinan City, but the labor camp refused to admit her because of her poor health. She was therefore released.

18. [Guan County, Shandong Province] Practitioner Mr. Ji Linqian Chooses to Live in Exile
Policemen from Guan County, Shandong Province, broke into the home of practitioner Mr. Ji Linqian and ransacked the place on November 7, 2006, in his absence. Police broke into his home again the next day. Mr. Ji chose to live in exile to avoid illegal arrest.
19. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Persecution Facts Regarding Practitioner Ms. Zhang Fengzi
Zhang Feng, the Baoding City National Security Team chief, beat practitioner Ms. Zhang Fengzi and ransacked her home at Beizhuang Village, Laishui County, on October 24, 2006. Ms. Zhang was released after eight days of detention. She is now at home.
20. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Two Older Practitioners Arrested
Personnel from the Zhaoyuan City 610 Office arrested practitioners Ms. Yuan Yucui (almost 70 years old) and Ms. Shao Xueqiao (around 60 years old) from Zhong Village, Jinling Town, Zhaoyuan City, on November 16, 2006 and put them in the "Law Education Center."
21. [Shandong Province] Several Practitioners Still Persecuted at the Wangcun No. 2 Men’s Forced Labor Camp
Authorities from of the Wangcun No. 2 Men’s Forced Labor Camp in the Zhoucun District, Shandong Province, are still torturing practitioners held there, including Mr. Liu Ruping, Mr. Liu Quanwen, Mr. Xue Yujun, and Mr. Zhao Kemei. They electrically shocked practitioners, confined them in small compartments, hung them up by handcuffs, and deprived them of sleep.

Personnel from the Datong City 610 Office in Shanxi Province confiscated practitioners' personal belongings at 7:00 p.m. on November 7, 2006.
From Mr. Sun Jianguo and his wife, Ms. Wang Zhifang, they took a desktop computer, a laptop computer, a copier, a car, two cell phones, an ink-jet printer, three tape recorders, Master's picture, and truth-clarifying materials.
From Mr. Tian Fusheng and his wife, Ms. An Meili, they took a desktop computer, a CD burner, a printer, a laminating machine, some blank CDs, truth-clarifying materials, and three cell phones.
24. [Tianjin] Practitioner Mr. Wu Yinchang Persecuted in the Qianjin Prison at Chadian
Practitioner Mr. Wu Yinchang is being held at the Qianjin Prison at Chadian in Tianjin City. Because he refused to slander Master and Dafa, the police incited prisoners to beat him severely. His wife went to visit him but wasn't permitted to see him.

Practitioner Ms. Run Meihua, 59 years old, is from Jinan City. She was arrested and taken to the Nanxinzhuang Police Precinct for clarifying the truth on November 2, 2006. She has been sentenced to one year and nine months of forced labor. Ms. Run is currently being held at the Jiangshuiquan Forced Labor Camp

27. [Hunan Province] Practitioners Still Tortured in the Hunan Province Women’s Prison
Personnel from the Hunan Province Women’s Prison are continuing to hold frequent brainwashing sessions to force practitioners to give up their faith in "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." They force-fed Ms. Wang Manmei.
28. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Mr. He Yongfu Arrested
Practitioner Mr. He Yongfu is from the Wenjiang District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. He Guangsheng, a Fenshui District Police Station officer in Wanzhou City, arrested him when he was clarifying the truth of Falun Gong in the district on the afternoon of September 6, 2006. His wife and daughter went to the police station to request his release, but they were not allowed to see him.

29. [Changsha City, Hunan Province] Ms. Chen Xiaoli and Other Practitioners Arrested
Practitioners Ms. Chen Xiaoli, Ms. Liao Zhenju -- a retired lecturer from Hunan University, and Ms. Zhou Xinyuan from Changsha City went to distribute truth-clarifying materials together on November 3, 2006. Personnel from the Juzhou Police Station arrested them and ransacked their houses. The three practitioners are presently being held at the Changsha City Laodaohe Education Center (a brainwashing center). Zhou Xinyuan's husband was in the hospital because of heart attack. He needs his wife to take care of him, but no matter how the family pleaded with the police, they refused to release her.
Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhou Jianchun, 57 years old, lives at Tongzibo in Changsha City. The police broke into his house, arrested him, and searched the place in early November. Mr. Zhou's current whereabouts are unknown.
30. [Kunmin City, Yunnan Province] Practitioner Mr. Zhao Yuchen Arrested; Ms. Wang Fengxian Missing
Practitioner Mr. Zhao Yuchen from Kunming City, about 50 years old, was arrested on July 2, 2006, and is now being held at the Huangtupo Detention Center.
Practitioner Ms. Wang Fengxian, about 50 years old, has been missing since November 8, 2006.
31. [Shandong Province] Practitioners Tortured at the Qingdao City No. 3 Detention Center
It was heard recently that practitioner Ms. Liu Xiuzhen was secretly sentenced to three years of imprisonment and her family was informed that they should not appeal. Her family went to visit her the morning of November 10, 2006. Ms. Liu was detained at the Qingdao City Dashan No. 3 Detention Center. They saw that her complexion was sallow, she was thin, and in poor health from torture. The prison guards only give Ms. Liu a small bun and a bowl of soup for each meal.
In addition, a practitioner from Laixi City being detained at the No. 3 Detention Center is presently on a hunger strike to protest the persecution. She was force-fed, which made her nose bleed.
