On December 2, 2006, Ms. Li Meiying from Changsha City was arrested when she was distributing truth clarification materials. She was taken to the Zuojiatang Detention Center, where she was detained for fifteen days.
2. [Linyi, Shandong Province] Practitioner Mr. Wang Qingzhong Arrested
Mr. Wang Qingzhong is a physics teacher at Linyi University. On the morning of December 13, 2006, someone pretending to be an official from the University Logistics Department deceived Mr. Wang into getting into a car. Mr. Wang was arrested and taken to a brainwashing center run by the 610 Office of Linyi City. There are around four practitioners detained in that particular brainwashing center.

3. [Fusong County, Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Yan, a Teacher, Arrested
Ms. Yan is from Fusong County of Jilin Province. Police from Baishan City arrested her on December 12, 2006.
4. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Mr. Cong Wei Arrested
In the early morning of September 12, 2006, Mr. Cong Wei was fast asleep when he was rudely awakened. Policemen stood in front of his bed. They pushed him to the floor, handcuffed his hands behind his back and ransacked his apartment. Mr. Cong was taken away in his underwear.
5. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Mr. Miao’s Experience
Mr. Miao is 74 years old. After he started practicing Falun Gong, his health and spirit improved. In late November 2006, when Mr. Miao was posting Falun Dafa truth clarification materials in a residential area, someone reported him to the police. Police from the Taishan Road Police Station of Qingdao City arrested him. The policemen harassed him and tried to force him to write the so-called guarantee statement and reveal his source of truth clarification materials. Then the policemen ransacked his home. Although the police released him, they are still monitoring him.

6. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Guixin Detained
Ms. Wang Guixin lives in the dormitory of the Micro-electronics Company in the Chaoyang District of Changchun City. She was arrested and detained in a detention center located in Weizigou. Police at the Changchun City Police Station interrogated Ms. Wang.
7. [Yilang County, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioners Ms. Gong Fengqiang and Ms. Wu Shulian Suffer Persecution
At about 9:00 p.m. on December 12, 2006, police broke into and ransacked Ms. Gong Fengqiang’s home in Dalianhe Town, Yilan County. They arrested Ms. Gong Fengqiang and Ms. Wu Shulian, who was visiting Ms. Gong. Ms. Wu Shulian is detained in the Yilan Detention Center and Ms. Gong is detained at Fanzheng Forest Bureau.
8. [Xishui, Hubei Province] Practitioner Mr. Li Wenzheng and Others Facing Illegal Sentences
Fabricated evidence about Mr. Li Wenzheng from Xishui, Mr. Yang Yunhua, and five other practitioners has been sent to the Huanggang Regional Court. The practitioners are facing illegal sentences.

9. [Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioners Ms. Liu Xiuying and Mr. Li Heifeng Arrested
At about 7:00 p.m. on December 12, 2006, police from Mudanjiang City and Jingfu Police Stations broke into Ms. Liu Xiuying’s home. They arrested Ms. Liu and ransacked her home. Falun Dafa books and personal belongings were confiscated. Mr. Li Haifeng, Ms. Liu’s son, was arrested when he was traveling and is detained in Jingfu Police Station. Ms. Liu Xiuying was released in the morning of December 14.

10. [Anxing County, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Ge Ling Becomes Homeless to Avoid Persecution
Ms. Ge Ling is from Zhaozhuangzi Village, Beikou Town, Anxing County, Hebei Province. On December 7, 2006, when she was distributing truth clarification materials in her village, Zhao Liangzi, the head security official of the village, reported her to the police. The police at Anxin County Police Station are now looking for her. Ms. Ge has become homeless to avoid further persecution.
11. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Practitioner Ms. Duan Xiangdi Arrested
In early November 2006, officials from the 610 Office of Nanjing City, along with police broke into Ms. Duan Xiangdi’s home and ransacked it. They confiscated Falun Dafa materials and arrested the elderly lady.
12. [Chengdu, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Mr. Xu Yiquan’s Experience
On July 13, 2000, Mr. Xu Yiquan went to Beijing to validate the Fa. He held a Falun Dafa banner on Tiananmen Square. More than ten policemen surrounded and beat him. The police arrested him and took him to a police station. They took his picture, fingerprinted, and interrogated him. Mr. Xu held a hunger strike to protest the persecution. On July 29, Mr. Xu was taken to a prison in Tianjin, where six strong prisoners held him to the floor to force fed him. He fainted after he vomited a lot of blood. One night the prisoners took off all his clothes to insult him. Later, the officials at tje Sichuan Office in Beijing brought him back to Chengdu and detained him in a detention center. They released him after extorting 4,700 yuan from his relatives. The police also ransacked his home.
Between 2001 and 2003, the police detained Mr. Xu Yiquan and ransacked his home four times.
13. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Mr. Liu Qinglin Arrested
Mr. Liu Qinglin, over 60, is from Qianzhuang Village, Canzhuang Town, Zhaoyuan City. On December 10, 2006, he was arrested and taken to the Zhaoyuan City Brainwashing Center. The police ransacked his home.
14. [Beijing City] Practitioner Ms. Wang Shufang Arrested
Ms. Wang Shufang is from Sanhe Village, Huilongguan Town, Changping County. On the afternoon of December 12, 2006, the police arrested Ms. Wang and about six other practitioners when they were studying the Fa.
15. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Mr. Wang Yuejian Sentenced
Mr. Wang Yuejian is a teacher at Jilin University. He was arrested in March 2006. The Procuratorate of Jilin City filed a lawsuit against him in the Economy and Technology Development District Court of Changchun City in an effort to sentence him.
16. [Linyi City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Mr. Yang Yudong and Three Others Arrested
Mr. Yang Yudong is from Mengyin County. In 2001, he became homeless. In 2006, while on his way to deliver truth clarification materials, he was involved in an accident with another vehicle in Tanbu Town. He was arrested. When he was in Tanbu Hospital, police handcuffed his hands to the bed. He is now detained in Linyi Detention Center of Shandong Province.
Mr. He Lu is from Linshu County, Shandong Province. He is illegally detained in the Linyi City Brainwashing Center.
On the afternoon of December 12, 2006, two practitioners from Linyi Normal University were deceived into going to the administrative office. Officials from the 610 Office arrested and took them to Linyi Brainwashing Center.

17. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Zheng Meijun Arrested
Ms. Zheng Meijun is from the Lingshan Branch of the Zhaoyuan Gold Mine. On the morning of December 11, 2006, officials of the Zhaoyuan City 610 Office arrested her. Ms. Yu Meiguang and Mr. Liu Xinglin, from Dingjia Village of Canzhuang Town, were arrested on the same day. They were taken to the so-called "Training Center of Law" (brainwashing center).
18. [Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Ms. Wang Huiqin Arrested
The associate mayor of Mudanjiang City and associate director of Mudanjiang Police Department organized a practitioner-arresting activity in Mudanjiang City between December 12 and 14, 2006. Ms. Wang Huiqin, Ms. Gong Chengge, Mr. Li Haifeng, and about ten other practitioners were arrested. Some of the arrested practitioners were transferred to a detention center.
19. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Mr. Li Guang and Others Arrested
On December 13, 2006, Mr. Li Guang, Mr. Wang Yengwei, Ms. Li Xiaoyan, and Ms. Zhou Yengchun took a train from Jinzhou to Jinan. Someone reported them to the police. At about 6:00 a.m. on December 14, 2006, police from the Jinan Railway Police Station arrested them.
20. [Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province] A Truth Clarification Materials Production Site Destroyed
On September 27, 2006, a truth clarification materials production site was destroyed. The police confiscated one high-speed copier, three small copiers, three computers, three printers, two color printers, one CD copier, one digital camera, one portable hard drive, and other materials. The total cost of the confiscated equipments is estimated to be a few hundred thousand yuan.
21. [Beijing City] Practitioner Mr. Wan Yong Detained
Mr. Wang Yong is from Pinggu District. He is a teacher at the Second Middle School of Jinhaihu. In mid-November 2006, police arrested him and ransacked his home and office.
22. [Pinglu County, Shanxi Province] Practitioner Ms. Liu Chunlan Arrested
On the morning of December 14, 2006, police from the Police Station of Yuncheng Region rushed into the Technical Middle School of Pinglu County and arrested Ms. Liu Chunlan. No one knows her whereabouts.
23. [Daxieng’anling City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioners Ms. Chen Hongxia and Ms. Wu Xiaoyan Sentenced to Forced Labor
Staff from the Jiagedaqi Forest Bureau Police Station sentenced Ms. Chen Hongxia and Ms. Wu Xiaoyan to forced labor. Ms. Pang Jie was released on December 11, 2006. She was detained for 15 days.
24. [Yuzhou City, Henan Province] Practitioners Ms. Zhu Gailing and Five Others Arrested
At about 8:00 p.m. on November 24, 2006, three truth clarification materials production sites in Yuzhou City were destroyed and six practitioners were arrested. Ms. Zhu Gailiing, Mr. Zhang Yinzhou, Mr. Zhao Zhongpu, Mr. Zhu Xianquan, Ms. Chunhua, and Mr. Jin Gang and his wife were arrested. The police ransacked the site and confiscated equipment and printing materials.
25. [Linzhou City, Henan Province] Practitioner Mr. Li Yuyang Is Arrested in Xuchang City
Mr. Li Yuyang, who is around 30 years old, of Xuchang City was arrested.
26. [Henan Province] A Great Number of Practitioners Arrested
After mid-November 2006, the management from the Political and Legal Committee and the 610 Office of Henan Province had their staff arrest many practitioners throughout the area. The practitioners are detained in two brainwashing centers located in the Great Wall Mansion and Yellow River Hotel in Zhengzhou City.
27. [Qi County, Henan Province] Practitioner Ms. Li Xiuqin’s Experience
Staff from the Political and Legal Committee, the 610 Office, the Political and Security Section of the Police Station of Qi County, and the Xiguan Police Station arrested Ms. Li Xiuqin on the evening of November 30, 2006. On December 1, 2006, they took Ms. Li to a brainwashing session held in the Great Wall Mansion in Zhengzhou City.

28. [Qingzhou City, Shandong Province] Practitioners Mr. Zhang Yunfu and Ms. Li Xiuxiang Suffer Persecution
At about 5:00 a.m. on July 4, 2006, police from Qingzhou City arrested Mr. Zhang Yunfu, who is from Zhangyang Village of Tanfang Town in Qingzhou City. Mr. Zhang was detained in the Detention Center of Qingzhou City for four months. In mid-November 2006, the court sentenced Mr. Zhang to a three year prison term.
In mid-December 2006, police from Qingzhou City arrested Ms. Li Xiuxiang, Ms. Yang Wenhua, and Ms. Zhang Sumei, all from Xitianwang Village of Tanfang Town in Qingzhou City.
Ms. Zhao Chuanmei from Wuli Town of Qingzhou City was sentenced to a forced labor camp.
Ms. Wang Zhaohua, Ms. Zhang Jiulan, Ms. Zhang Guiling from Linju County of Shandong Province were each sentenced to one year of forced labor.
29. [Deyang, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Mr. Jiang Guangqian Sentenced
Mr. Jiang Guangqian, 67, was sentenced to a 30-year prison term because he told people the truth about the persecution. He is detained in Deyang Prison. When his wife, Ms. Lu Xianjie, tried to visit and bring clothes and a quilt to him on December 3, 2006, she was not allowed to see her husband.
30. [Linyi City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Mr. Jia Juntang Forced to Leave Home
On December 14, 2006, officials from the 610 Office of Linyi City arrested Mr. Jia Juntang, the manager of the sales department of Xintianli Mechanical Company. Mr. Jia escaped from the detention center and is now homeless.
31. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Ms. Hu Youying Arrested
Ms. Hu Youying was arrested and taken to a brainwashing center.
32. [Fusong County, Jilin Province] Practitioner Ms. Yan Yuxiang Arrested
On December 21, 2006, police arrested Ms. Yan Yuxiang, a teacher of the Second Elementary School of Fusong Town, and took her to the Beishan City Brainwashing Center. She was teaching at the time.
33. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Li Liming Suffers Persecution
Ms. Li Liming is from Bayi Town in the Sujiatun District, Shenyang City. In October 1999, she was detained at the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp and subjected to brainwashing. After her three-year detention period expired, the staff from Masanjia Forced Labor Camp took her to the Shenyang Detention Center because she refused to renounce her belief. One month later, she was taken to Dabei Prison in Shenyang City and sentenced to a five-year prison term.

Guard Shi Fengyou of Zhangshi Forced Labor Camp beat Mr. Jiao Guolian. He broke two of his front teeth.
35. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Practitoner Mr. Sun Shibin Facing Forced Labor
On the morning of December 14, 2006, Zhang Bentao, a policeman from the Freedom Road Police Station, came to Mr. Sun Shibin’s home and tried to make him sign a document that sentenced him to two years in a forced labor camp, with a two-year suspension.
36. [Xuchang City, Henan Province] Practitioner Ms. Li Qiuju Sentenced to Forced Labor
Ms. Li Qiuju, in her 40s, is from Xuchang City. Police from the 610 Office of Xuchang City arrested her and sentenced her to one year of forced labor on December 6, 2006. She is detained in Shibalihe Women's Forced Labor Camp in Zhengzhou City.
37. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Ms. Xiao Suqing from Baiyun District Arrested
Ms. Xiao Suqing is in the Detention Center of the Baiyun District Police Station.
38. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Yan Yingqiu Cruelly Tortured in Wangcun Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Yan Jingqiu, from Qingdao City, is detained in the Second Women's Forced Labor Camp of Shandong Province, located in Wangcun Town, the Zhoucun District, Zibo City, Shandong Province. Guards are cruelly torturing her.
Wang Huiying, head of the team, and others often took Ms. Yan to a dark room after midnight. They held her to the floor and injected her unknown poisons. Ms. Yan fainted soon after the injections. They used very large needles and injected the poison through her fingers, which is very painful.
Ms. Yan shouted loudly, "Falun Dafa is good" when she got a chance to use the bathroom. Four policewomen stuffed dirty rags into her mouth and brought in about five policemen who beat her brutally.
They tied her with a rope and deprived her of sleep for extended periods of time.
