1. [Hejian City, Hebei Province] Persecution Accounts of Practitioners Ms. Zhao Xueying and Ms. Li Guowei
Practitioner Ms. Zhao Xueying’s family member went to the police department again today to demand her release. Policemen Zhao Tieqiao and Song Xiangyu pushed, shoved, and threatened him. Practitioner Ms. Li Guowei started a hunger strike four days ago. Police said they will force-feed after the seventh day.
Ms. Zhao Xueying, 31 years old, is a teacher at Hejian City’s No. 2 Middle School. She refused to give up her belief in the face of persecution. Her husband divorced her under pressure. She is taking care of their five-year-old daughter by herself. Their daughter has lived with an aunt since her mother's arrest.
Ms. Li Guowei, in her 50s, is a resident of Xiaodian Village, Wofotang Township. She was reported to police while distributing truth-clarifying material in the same township's Suncun Village. Personnel from the Wofotang Township Police Station arrested her and put her into Hejian City’s Police Department.

2. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Mr. Li Hongjun Arrested and Taken to Weizigou Forced Labor Camp
Practitioner Mr. Li Hongjun, 47 years old, is the repertory section chief for the Zhengda Foodstuffs Company, Limited. Someone who doesn’t know the truth of Falun Dafa reported him to the police the evening of December 8, 2006. Personnel from the Hongqi Street Police Station in the Chaoyang District arrested him and put him into the Weizigou Forced Labor Camp.
3. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Supplemental Information regarding the Arrest of the Practitioner Couple Wang Jiafan and Dong Fengying
Police arrested practitioners Mr. Wang Jiafan and Ms. Dong Fengying, his wife, outside Wuhan City. Mr. Wang is now being held at the No. 2 Division, Wuhan City Men's Detention Center and was sentenced to two years of forced labor. Ms. Dong was held at the No. 1 Division, Wuhan City Women's Detention Center but has since been released.

Practitioner Mr. Xu Guoli, 50 years old, was a laid-off employee from the Huinan City Mirror Factory. He has not received any compensation from the factory for five years since being laid off, but he still went to the factory to work without pay. At the beginning of November 2006, Xu Guoli’s family couldn’t find him. They finally discovered that he had been put into a brainwashing center for over 20 days. Mr. Xu suffered excruciating tortures in the brainwashing center and was later sentenced to forced labor.

Policeman Li Wei from the Mengjia Police Station went to the Micro Electronics Company residential area and arrested practitioner Ms. Wang Guixin, in her 50’s, the morning of December 12, 2006. Li Wei and other personnel later on forced Wang Guixin’s younger daughter to take them to Wang Guixin’s elder daughter’s place of employment and arrested Ms. Tang Jihong.

8. [Tianjin] Personnel from the Chengguan Town Police Station Again Try to Arrest a Practitioner
Practitioner Mr. Wei Quan from Chengguan Town in the Wuqing District was taken to a detention center over two weeks ago, on November 16, 2006. His wife, Ms. Qin Guifang, went to the detention center to ask for his release on December 1. She spoke with Chengguan Town Police Station chief Liu Wenge about his release again on December 4, but Liu still refused to release him. When Ms. Qin Guifang went to the Chengguan Town Fair on December 6, several police officers from the station attempted to arrest Ms. Qin, They weren't successful because all the passersby stepped forward and condemned the proposed crime.

9. [Suizhou City, Hubei Province] Practitioners Peng Huanan and Wang Lingyun Arrested
Personnel from Suizhou City's 610 Office agent Li Jinbo from the National Security Team of the city’s Police Department and several officers broke into the store owned by practitioner Mr. Peng Huanan after 10:00 a.m. on December 11, 2006. They searched everything and confiscated all Dafa related items. They also stole 800 yuan in cash in the store.
Police authorities took practitioner Mr. Wang Lingyun, employed at the Bodao Company in Suizhou City, from his workplace during the afternoon of December 12, 2006. No detailed information is available.
10. [Jilin Province] Persecution of Practitioners at the Jiutai City Forced Labor Camp
Policemen in the camp beat practitioner Mr. Fu Renjiang to the ground because Mr. Fu had copied Master's articles in May. Warden Li Chengzhou slapped his face until Mr. Fu couldn't see clearly. Mr. Fu was put into the tightly administered group for ten days, as was practitioner Mr. Meng Qingguo after police found Dafa items on him. Practitioner Mr. Wang Xiaoxin was ordered to do public self-criticism after he was released from the tightly administered group.

Police went to a few practitioners’ homes in Xiqucheng Village, Canzhuang Town, Zhaoyuan City, and arrested practitioners Ms. Yang Caixiang, Ms. Feng Shengxiang, and Yang.

13. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ms. Ru Meiguan Arrested
Police arrested practitioner Ms. Ru Meiguang from Dingjia Village, Canzhuang Town, Zhaoyuan City, at 6:00 p.m. on December 11, 2006, and sent her to the Legislative Education Center (a brainwashing center) in Zhaoyuan City for persecution.
14. [Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Xiao Zuguang Arrested from Home
Information obtained at 8:30 p.m. on December 12, 2006, revealed that personnel from the Mudanjiang City Xi’an National Security Team arrested practitioner Mr. Xiao Zuguang. The practitioner lives in the Jiekun Building, the Didaoqiao Area, in the city's Qiaobei District.
15. [Mian County, Shaanxi Province] Practitioner Du Shuhui Arrested
Police authorities arrested practitioner Ms. Du Shuhui from Mian County on her way to visit her relatives on the morning of December 11, 2006. Police put her into the Mian County Police Department.
Ms. Du had previously been held in the Xi’an Women’s Forced Labor Camp for two years, from 2001 to 200, for refusing to give up Falun Gong practice. She was tortured brutally. Police have monitored and harassed her since her release.

16. [Jilin Province] Mr. Li Shigang and Mr. Liu Guangzhi Released; Ms. Zhao Weiwei Sentenced to a Forced Labor Camp
Practitioners Mr. Li Shigang and Mr. Liu Guangzhi from Jilin City are by now released with the power of righteous thoughts. Ms. Zhao Weiwi was sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor. She is being held at Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City.
Currently it is known that practitioners Mr. Song Guoliang, Ms. Yu Haixiu, Ms. Mu Ping, and Mr. Liu Hongwei are being held at Jilin City Detention Center.
17. [Beijing] Practitioners Ms. Shen Yujin, Ms. Yan Xinyun, and Ms. Jia Shufen Detained at Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp
Practitioner Ms. Shen Yujin, 43 years old, was reported to police on August 25, 2006. Personnel from the Dongcheng District Police Department arrested her from her workplace and sentenced her to two years of forced labor. She's being held at the Tuanhe Dispatch Center.
Practitioner Ms. Yan Xinyun, 44 years old, and Ms. Jia Shufen, 56 years old, were arrested when distributing Falun Dafa truth-clarifying materials in the Shuangjing area, the Changyang District, Beijing, and sentenced to two years of forced labor. They are being held at Tuanhe Forced Labor Camp.
18. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Practitioners Ms. Wang Guixin, Ms. Tang Shuhong, and Ms. Zhang Shuqin Arrested
Police arrested three practitioners at the Chaoyang District Microelectronic Company Residential Dorm in Changchun City on December 12, 2006.
Personnel from the Mengjia Police Station arrested practitioner Ms. Wang Guixin, in her 50s, in the morning. Police then forced Wang’s younger daughter to lead them to the company of Wang’s elder daughter, Ms. Tang Shuhong, and arrested her.
Police arrested practitioner Ms. Zhang Shuqin, in her 60s who was a local volunteer contact person for Falun Gong practice at about 4:30 p.m.

19. [Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Yu Jinqing and Wang Xiaojun Arrested
Practitioners Ms. Yu Jinqing, Ms. Wang Xiaojun, and another practitioner from Zhaoqing City were arrested at Xiaoxiang Town the other day. Ms. Yu had previously been tortured at the Sanshui Forced Labor Camp.
20. [Jixian County, Heilongjiang Province] Personnel from the Shengping Coal Mine Police Precinct Harass Practitioners
Personnel from the Shengping Coal Mine Police Station went to search practitioners’ homes in early December 2006. They compelled practitioners to submit their fingerprints and write a statement to give up Falun Gong practice. They also checked for computers at the practitioners’ homes. In addition, they collected workplace information of the practitioners’ relatives and their names.
21. [Tonghua City, Jilin Province] Personnel from Many Police Stations in Tonghua City Harass Practitioners
Chiefs of many police stations in Tonghua City urged their officers to harass practitioners and their families. Xinzhan Police Station chief Feng Gang ordered political head Zhang Xiaoxu and four policemen to go to practitioner Ms. Zhang Bo’s home. Practitioner Ms. Sun Yufen, Ms. Zhang’s mother-in-law, was also there. Policeman Zhang Xiaoxu duped Zhang Bo’s husband into opening the door. Then they ransacked their home. They looted all their Dafa books and truth-clarifying materials. They then went to a kindergarten to find Zhang Bo, but she escaped. Following that, they took Zhang Bo’s husband to the police station. Zhang Bo’s mother-in-law has had to leave the home, and only Zhang Bo’s six-year-old son is left at home.
Zhang Xiaoxu ordered several policemen including Jiang Fusheng and Tian Kaiyuan to keep practitioner Ms. Cui’s home under surveillance in early December. They handcuffed Ms. Cui’s husband, Mr. Li, and brought him to the police station, Then they ransacked Cui’s home.
On December 4, 2006, several agents from the Xinzhan Police Station ordered a practitioner to open his/her door, using the ruse of checking the gas meter. When the practitioner refused, the police waited outside and pounded on the door.
They went to a practitioner’s privately owned workshop and searched the place but found nothing.
Zhang Xiaoxu had ordered policemen including Jiang Fusheng and Tian Kaiyuan to search practitioner Zuo’s home in June.

22. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Supplemental and Correction Information on Practitioners Mr. Li Wei and Mr. Sun Shibin’s Arrest
Personnel from the Changchun City Ziyouda Police Station arrested practitioners Mr. Li Wei and Mr. Sun Shibin and ransacked their homes the afternoon of December 8, 2006. They took away five typewriters, over a hundred copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, dozens of copies of the "Minghui Weekly" and a lot of other truth-clarifying materials from Li Wei’s home. Police also harassed other practitioners in the local area. Mr. Li is currently being held at the No.2 Detention Center in Changchun City. Mr. Sun has been bailed out to await a future trial.
23. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Ms. Li Yuhua Was Tried in the Shahekou District Court at 1:30 p.m. on November 29, 2006
24. [Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province] Police Persecuted Practitioners
Personnel from the Gende Township’s Police Station ransacked practitioners’ homes in Xiaoershijiazi Village, Caozhangzi Village, and Fujia Village on December 1 and 2, 2006. They forced practitioners to write a guarantee statement and extorted money from them.
Policemen headed by Xu Xiangjiang from the Gende Township Police Station forced practitioner Mr. Zhang Weijun, in his 50s, from Xiaoershijiazi Village, to provide his fingerprints, write a guarantee statement, and pay a fine at a local police station. They eventually extorted 2,000 yuan from Mr. Zhang.
Practitioner Ms. Ma Yuxia from Fujia Village was fined 2,000 yuan and released.
Police searched practitioner Xu’s home in Caozhangzi Village, found nothing and left.
Police arrested a woman practitioner from Fujia Village when she was distributing truth-clarifying materials in the early spring of 2006. Police attempted to extort her 2,000 yuan from her, but she could not pay it. The police have not released her.
25. [Guidong County, Hunan Province] Practitioner Mr. Guo Yongbo Sentenced to Forced Labor
Practitioner Mr. Guo Yongbo from Guidong County, Hunan Province, went to work in Guangdong Province in January 2005. He was arrested and held 20 days when he was distributing truth-clarifying materials on February 15, 2006.
They took Mr. Guo Yongbo back to the Pule Township government and called his family to pick him up. Guo’s brother arrived. Police took more than 1,100 yuan from Guo Yongbo by force and in the presence of Guo’s brother, but they still did not release him. Mr. Guo attempted to escape, but the police caught him and beat him. He was put in the Guidong County Police Station at night. He was held there over 20 days. No one was permitted to see him. He was eventually sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor and put into the No.7 Division of the Xinkaipu Forced Labor Camp.
