2. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Daqing Prison Guards Torture Practitioners
In the afternoon of October 20, 2006, Daqing Prison in Harbin Province forced practitioners to put on the prison uniform. Prison guards and inmates cruelly beat everyone who refused to comply. Cries and groans of pain could be heard throughout the prison.

On October 10, 2006, police from the Baoding Public Security Bureau and the National Security team arrested over a dozen practitioners outside the gate of Baoding Labor Education Center. They were visiting with some family members. Police and security team staff demanded that they pay 20,000 yuan. Practitioners Mr. Xiao Xiangyu from Anguo City and Ms. Hu Fengyun were taken to Baoding Labor Education Center for hard labor .

12. [Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province] Mr. Liu Ruixin and Other Practitioners Arrested
In March 2006, National Security Team leader of Dai County Ding Jing, and staff from the Xinzhou "610 Office" arrested four practitioners, including Mr. Liu Ruixin. On September 13, they arrested practitioner Ms. Mao Xiangqing. Mr. Liu is being tortured at Dai County Detention Center and has become emaciated. Ms. Mao has been taken to a forced labor camp.

Practitioner Ms. Xia Jing lives in the family dormitory of the Shandong Institute of Science, located at Keyuan Road, Jinan City. On the morning of October 20, 2006, she was seen distributing flyers by police in a police vehicle in the area of Keyuan Road. She was arrested and is being detained at the Zhonggong Detention Center.

He is being persecuted at the provincial brainwashing center in Wuhan City.
