(Clearwisdom.net) A two-week-long "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance"art exhibition was held in the library of the University of Southern Queensland in Toowoomba, Australia from Oct. 28 to Nov. 11, 2006.

Many faculty and staff members and students visited the art exhibition and gained a deeper understanding of the facts about the persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). They were shocked by the most tragic persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China. Some students said they would write to the Australian government to remind them not to ignore the CCP's crimes against humanity because of trade with China. The Australian government should play a more active role in helping to stop the persecution. A few students would go to China to learn the Chinese language soon. They said they would tell their Chinese teachers and classmates about the persecution.

Falun Gong practitioners explain the artworks at the "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance" Art Exhibition in the library of the University of Southern Queensland.

One student said, "I have heard about the persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese government, but I never thought much about it. I am very shaken by the exhibition today. It is too cruel! I am crying in my heart!" A librarian said, "Some people worried the exhibition might make Chinese students upset. I don't think we need to worry. A university is a place for information. The exhibition is an opportunity for Chinese students to learn. I think the exhibition is great!"

As the librarian said, many Chinese students visited the art exhibition and studied the artwork carefully. It looked like some of them were in deep thought.

A local newspaper in Toowoomba interviewed Falun Gong practitioners during the art exhibition and published a very positive report. Some local residents also visited the exhibition and learned more about the persecution of Falun Gong by the CCP.
