1. [Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province] Persecution of Practitioners Yin Fuquan and Zhang Kuiwu
Practitioner Mr. Yin Fuquan was brutally tortured by the wardens of Team 2, Squad 8 at Tailai Prison. Due to the torture, his muscles atrophied and he is emaciated. Nevertheless, the prison will not permit his family to send him to the hospital.
Practitioner Mr. Zhang Quaiwu, who has been detained at Group 11 in Tailai Prison, was forced to wear handcuffs and shackles for more than two months, which caused great difficulty for him to move.
2. [Zhaoyuan, Shandong Province] Practitioner Liu Yufeng Illegally Arrested and Taken to Brainwashing Center
On October 10, 2006, practitioner Ms. Liu Yufeng from Chanzhuang Town, Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province was arrested by the Zhaoyuan 610 Office and taken to a brainwashing center.
3. [Beihai City, Guangxi Province] Persecution of Practitioners Lin Lian and Feng Guiyuan
The home of practitioner Ms. Lin Lian from Yintan Town, Yinhai District, Beihai City, Guangxi Province was searched in March of 2000 and five Dafa books and exercise tapes were taken away. She was arrested and taken to the No. 2 Detention Center of Beihai City and detained there for seven days. In July, she was arrested again and detained at the Detention Center for fifteen days.
At the end of 2000, Lin Lian was forced to attend a brainwashing session run by Quwan Village and was forcibly photographed.
In 2001, Lin Lian was again arrested and taken to Quwan Village brainwashing center and forced to curse Falun Dafa and write a letter renouncing Falun Dafa. She was detained there for several days.
In October 2002, Lin Lian was reported by her husband, and then was arrested by Wang Xin and other people. Lin was taken to the No. 2 Detention Center of Beihai City and detained there for fifteen days.
Practitioner Ms. Feng Guiyuan lives in Yima Village, Yima Town, Haicheng District, Beihai City, Guangxi Province. On July 11, 2000, Feng Quandao and other people from Yima Village, Yima Town, Haicheng District searched Ms. Feng's home and confiscated a dozen of her Dafa books. Ms. Feng was arrested and taken to the No. 2 Detention Center of Beiha City and illegally detained there for fifteen days. On April 17, 2001, Ms. Feng was arrested again and taken to the brainwashing center at Pingyang Rehabilitation Center, Beihai City and detained there for eight days.

5. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Liu Hong Arrested
During the morning of October 16, 2006, practitioner Ms. Liu Hong from Wuchang District, Wuhan City was arrested at home by city 610 Office staff, and her home was searched. Ms. Liu Hong is now detained at Yangyuan Brainwashing Center of Wuchang.
6. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
On October 27, 2006, three practitioners who rented an apartment in Miaodun Power neighborhood, Hanko were arrested. The materials site was destroyed and several computers and truth clarification materials were taken by the police.
7. [Yangchun, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Mo Yijun Arrested
Practitioner Mr. Mo Yijun from Yangchun, Guangdong Province was arrested and taken to Shanshui Brainwashing Center on October 26, 2006. Mr. Mo is a teacher at Chuanwan High School. This is the third time that he was arrested and taken to a brainwashing center.

8. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Ms. Jiang's Family Member Mr. Hu Guoping Arrested
On the evening of October 26, 2006, eight plainclothes policemen from Section 1 of Wuhan City Police Station broke into practitioner Ms. Jiang's home on Hanzheng Street, Wuhan City. They arrested a family member of Ms. Jiang, Mr. Hu Guoping, and illegally took away her personal belongings valued over 20,000 yuan and a car worth 160,000 yuan.
9. [Chongqing City] Illegal Trial Held for Practitioner Yang Yuying
In 2006, Ms. Yang Yuying's mother was forced to leave her home against her will due to having clarified the truth to local people, so she moved to her daughter's home. The police arrested Yang Yuying and charged her with helping a criminal. After two months of detention, Yubei District Court of Chongqing City placed Ms. Yang illegally on trial on October 24, 2006.

Practitioners Mr. Wan Kai and Ms. Yang Lihua were illegally arrested at their rented apartment on October 25, 2006. No further information about them is available.

13. [Zaoyang City, Hubei Province] Elderly Practitioner Yu Huairong Arrested
Practitioner Mr. Yu Huairong, in his 70s, lives in Taiping Town, Zaoyang City, Hubei Province. He was reported to the police for distributing truth clarification materials. On October 10, 2006, local 610 Office staff and policemen broke into Yu Huairong's home and took away truth clarification materials, cash, and bank books. Mr. Yu was illegally detained at the No. 2 Detention Center of Zaoyang. After fifteen days, the police told Yu's family to give them some money before they would release Mr. Yu. However, he was not released after his family paid the amount of money the police required.
14. [Hejiang County, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Shi Tingqun Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Shi Tingqun lives at Group 6, Zhenwu Village, Yanba, Fengming Town, Hejiang County, Sichuan Province. She was arrested on June 11, 2006 and has not been released.
15. [Chongqing City] Practitioners He Yuguang and Others Arrested
On October 27-28, 2006, four practitioners from Kai County, Mr. He Guangyu, Ms. Zhu Dazhen, Ms. She Chufang, and Mr. Deng Gaojiang, were arrested when they were posting truth clarification materials on the street. Their homes were searched. No further information about them is available.

Practitioner Ms Liu Yu is detained at Gonggang Detention Center. She has been on a hunger strike for eight days to protest the persecution.
18. [Dalian, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Cui Yuzhi Arrested
At around 7:30 on the morning on October 27, 2006, two policemen from the Airport Police Station broke into Dalian practitioner Ms Cui Yuzhi's home and arrested her. Her home was searched and some personal property including a computer, printer, paper cutter, Teacher's photo, and cushions were taken away.
19. [Daqing, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioners Han Xiaojun and Others Arrested
On October 25, 2006, practitioner Ms. Han Xiaojuan was arrested by policemen from Wolitun Police Station of Daqing and sent to Daqing Detention Center. There are already four practitioners who have been sent to the detention center.
20. [Jiutai, Jilin Province] Practitioners Teng Zhijun and Shi Yamin Brutally Persecuted
Practitioners Mr. Teng Zhijun and Ms. Shi Yamin are detained at Jiutai Forced Labor Camp. The wardens in Group 3 tortured Teng Zhijun using the Sitting Board from 3 o'clock in the morning to 11 o'clock in the evening. He was deprived of sleep and questioned day and night. He has been hung up and beaten repeatedly. Ms. Shi Yamin is now locked up in a small cell and is routinely tortured by the wardens of Group 1.
21. [Fushun City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Zhang Guixia Arrested
Xinbin County practitioner Ms. Zhang Guixia was arrested by four policemen when she was distributing truth clarification materials at around 3:00 in the morning of October 30, 2006. Her home was searched later in the morning. Currently Zhang Guixia is detained at the Xinbin County Detention Center.

Practitioner Ms. Han Xiaojuan from Wolitun, Daqing City was arrested on October 27, 2006. She is currently detained at the Daqing City Detention Center close to Highway 301.
24. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Practitioner Lu Guiping Arrested
On October 20, 2006, practitioner Ms. Lu Guiping was arrested at home by Zhang Jianbo, Director of Jishu Police Station, Shulan City, Ye Wenzheng, Liu Changqing, and others. She is currently detained at Nanshan Detention Center in Shulan City and not allowed to receive family visits.
25. [Changchun, Jilin Province] Practitioner Zhong Yingwei Illegally Imprisoned at a Forced Labor Camp
Changchun practitioner Ms. Zhong Yingwei was tricked into going to the local police station and then illegally sent to Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp, Jilin Province for a one-year imprisonment.
26. [Liaoning Province] Masanjia Forced Labor Camp Persecutes Dafa Practitioners
In September 2006, the wardens in Masanjia Forced Labor Camp, led by Liu Yong, tried to transform Dafa practitioners with force. They handcuffed practitioners with one hand up and the other hand down while practitioners' legs were bound. People bound this way could neither straighten their backs nor bend. Moreover, the tortured practitioners were deprived of sleep and forbidden from using the bathroom. The torture was extremely painful.
27. [Yantai, Shandong Province] Liu Yunling and other Practitioners Illegally Arrested
On October 15-16, 2006, practitioners were arrested on a large scale in Yantai area. Muping District alone had twelve practitioners arrested, including Ms. Liu Yunling, Ms. Xu Yinxian, Ms. Yu Zhongzhu, Mr. Li Shiwen and his wife, Ms. Sun Lihua and her husband, Ms. Wang Yanjie and her husband. Ms. Xu Yinxian jumped out of a building to try to escape during the arrests, which caused broken bones in her back and in both legs.

Around October 22, 2006, Laiyang practitioner Ms. Qu Shumei and another practitioner were arrested by Laiyang 610 Office staff in Fenggezhuang Town. They are currently detained and tortured at the Laiyang Detention Center.
29. [Tanghai County, Hebei Province] Practitioner Yang Xiuyu Arrested
On the morning of October 26, 2006, practitioner Ms. Yang Xiuyun, 49 years old, from Group 5, No. 9 Farm, Tanghai County, was arrested by staff from the farm and county policemen, and taken to a brainwashing center. She was sent to Tangshan Detention Center on October 27.

Practitioner Ms. Niu Yuexia is from Laomidian Village, Huangzhuang Town, Wuqing District, Tianjing City. She was reported to the police when she was clarifying the truth to people in Gaolou Village, Xiazhuzhuang Town. Officers from Xiazhuzhuang Town police station and Crime Police Group of Wuqing District arrested her and searched her home. She is currently detained at Wuqing District Detention Center.

32. [Shanxi Province] Practitioners Detained at Shanxi Women's Forced Labor Camp Tortured
Ms. Liu Yinhua has been deprived of sleep for three days and nights. Ms. Qi Xihua has been forced to stand straight without sleeping or sitting for two days and nights in a row at Team 6, Group 4. Ms. Gao Yinglian, Ms. Jia Yuzhen, Ms. Ma Yueying, and Ms. Li Runfang have been deprived of sleep and only allowed to sit on small stools. They are forced to stand for a long time every day and are forced to endure cursing and humiliation by the wardens.
