1. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Mr. Yu Yingfu Arrested; His Whereabouts Unknown
At about 8:00 a.m. on August 29, 2006, five police officers including Zhu Jianguo, male, from Mouping District State Security Division broke into the home of local practitioner Mr. Yu Yingfu’s home and ransacked it. They arrested Mr. Yu but his whereabouts are unknown.
Practitioner Ms. Chen Yiling from Nanyang City in Henan Province is currently being tortured in the Third Division of the Women’s Forced Labor Camp of Henan Province. Because she refused to be "transformed," she was held in isolation by the chief of the Third Division, Jia Meili (female), who sent two people to pressure Ms. Chen day and night and try to force her to write the three statements. Ms. Chen has been forcibly deprived of her rights; she is not allowed to have visitors, nor to speak.
3. Ezhou City, Hubei Province] Three Female Practitioners Including Ms. Wang Hanmin Illegally Sentenced
In August 2006, three practitioners from Ezhou City in Hubei Province were illegally sentenced to three to four years of imprisonment by the 610 Office of Ezhou City. Ms. Wang Hanmin was sentenced to four years, Ms. Song Chumei to four years and Ms. Guo Huanyuan to three years. At present, these three practitioners are being held in prison. The exact location of the prison is unclear.
4. [Huangshan City, Anhui Province] Practitioner Ms. Pang Rongchun Still Being Held Illegally
Practitioner Ms. Pang Rongchun from Huangshan City in Anhui Province was arrested on June 22, 2006, and has been held in the Yi County Forced Labor Camp in Huangshan City. Her family members are not allowed to visit. Ms. Pang has a two-year-old son.
5. [Shandong Province] Crimes of the 610 Office of the Mengyin County Police Department
On September 11, 2006, police officers from the 610 Office of the Mengyin County Police Department arrested practitioner Mr. Liu Yuanjie, a staff member of the Retired Military Cadre Bureau of Mengyin County. On September 13, 2006, officers illegally arrested practitioner Mr. Gong Maocheng, a staff member of the Power Supply House of Duozhuang Town in Mengyin County. On the same day, the 610 Officers colluded with the Police Station of Changlu Town to arrest practitioner Mr. Qi Jianting from Dachanglu Village, Changlu Town of Mengyin County, as well as practitioner Ms. Qi Jianhua from Taizhuang Village of Changlu Town.
At noon on September 15, 2006, police from the 610 Office of the Mengyin County Police Department again broke into the home of practitioner Mr. Yang Zhenfang, a staff member of the Construction Committee, and took him away. In the past, Mr. Yang was put through three years of forced labor because he refused to give up the practice of Falun Gong. Now he has again been forcibly taken to the Mengyin County Forced Labor Camp for no justifiable reason. Mr. Yang's wife was sentenced to more than ten years of imprisonment because of her steadfast belief in Falun Dafa. She is currently being tortured in the Jinan City Forced Labor Camp.
On the morning of September 20, 2006, practitioner Ms. Xue Yun’ai from Changlu Town of Mengyin County and her daughter-in-law, practitioner Ms. Zhao Xiyan, went to the County Criminal Police Division to ask for the release of their family members, practitioners Mr. Qi Jianting and Mr. Qi Jianhua, who were illegally arrested by the County 610 Officers several days before. Instead of their request being met, they were detained for no justifiable reason.

6. [Sichuan Province] Reporter Ms. Ning Hong and Ms. Li Xihui from the People’s Radio Station of Sichuan Province Arrested
Practitioner Ms. Ning Hong, 42, was a reporter for the People’s Radio Station of Sichuan Province. In late August 2006, she was arrested at her home. Another practitioner, Ms. Li Xihui, about 45 years old, also with the People’s Radio Station of Sichuan Province, was dismissed from her position on November 7, 2005 and was forced to hand in her badges. She only receives the basic living expense every month. On March 1, 2006, Ms. Li Xihui was taken to the hotel of the Evening Paper of Chengdu City and was held there for fourteen days. When she was released on March 14, 2006, her husband and son refused to let her into her home. She was forced to go to her parents’ home, where she has been residing. Because of the persecution, Ms. Li's son, Liu Bochang, has been suffering from severe mental pressure and has quit school.

Practitioner Ms. Wang Dianrong from Tanggu District of Tianjin City was taken away by police officers on September 21, 2006. Practitioners Mr. Rong Zhian and Ms. Li Yuxiang were taken away on September 20, 2006. Their current situation is not clear.

10. [Shandong Province] Male Graduate from Jinan University Law School Being Mistreated
In 2006, a male graduate from Jinan University Law School was mistreated by Jinan University officials who colluded with the local police station, simply because he steadfastly practices Falun Gong. Additional detailed information is not clear.
11. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Practitioner Ms. Liu Yumin Arrested at Home
At 1:00 a.m. on July 26, 2006, head of the 610 Office, Wang Fucai (male), and chief of the Political and Security Office of the Police Department, Dai Chunjie (male), led about twenty police officers to break into the home of practitioner Ms. Liu Yumin. They broke down the door, climbed over the wall and broke the locks. They confiscated a VCR, a plastic sealer for their family business, a laptop computer, Falun Dafa books, copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party in book and electronic formats, MP3 players, small tape recorders, staplers, a set of videotapes of Falun Dafa lectures, a set of audio tapes of the Nine Commentaries, as well as a photo of Master Li. Then they forcibly took Ms. Liu Yumin to a detention center where she was tortured.
12. [Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province] Practitioner Ms. Yan Zongfang Repeatedly Mistreated
Ms. Yan Zongfang is a practitioner from Cangxi County in Guangyuan City. Since 2000, because of her validating the Fa and clarifying the truth, she has been repeatedly arrested, and illegally sentenced to one year of forced labor and four years of imprisonment. In the detention center and the forced labor camp where she was held, she suffered from brutal torture. After Ms. Yan was released from the prison in March 2006, she exposed her persecution information on the Minghui/Clearwisdom website. At the end of August 2006, Ms. Yan was again arrested by the State Security officers from the Cangxi County 610 Office. She is currently being held and tortured in the Cangxi County Detention Center.
13. [Jiamusi City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Ms. Li Qin Arrested
At about 10:00 p.m. on September 21, 2006, police from the Shunhe Police Station of the Qianjin Police Department of Jiamusi City broke into the home of practitioner Ms. Li Qin from Dalai Town in the suburb of Jiamusi City, and ransacked her home. Officers arrested practitioners Ms. Li Qin, Ms. Kong Xianhui and Mr. Liu Dazhi. Reportedly, Ms. Li is being held in the Jiamusi City Detention Center.
15. [Kaifeng City, Henan Province] Two Practitioners Illegally Arrested
On the afternoon of September 16, 2006, practitioner Ms. Peng Shulan from Kaifeng City was reported to the police when she was clarifying the truth. Consequently, she was followed and was arrested when she got to her home, which was ransacked. Ms. Peng is currently being held in the forced labor camp of Kaifeng City.
On September 15, 2006, practitioner Mr. Si Hanwei from Kaifeng City was arrested for posting Falun Dafa truth-clarification materials when he was on his way to do business in Changyuan County. Several days later, Mr. Si Hanwei was taken back to Kaifeng City by police officers from Kaifeng City. He is currently being held in the forced labor camp of Kaifeng City. On the evening of September 19, 2006, the home of Mr. Si Hanwei was ransacked by police officers from Kaifeng City.
16. [Huangmei County, Hubei Province] Practitioners Ms. Li Rongzhen and Ms. Li Zhenrong Arrested
Practitioners Ms. Li Rongzhen and Ms. Li Zhenrong were arrested by local police when they were clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa.
17. [Shiyan City, Hubei Province] Practitioner Mr. Huang Junlin Deceived and Arrested at Home
At noon on September 5, 2006, practitioner Mr. Huang Junlin was having lunch at home when State Security Officers from Shiyan City, including Ming Tianxiang (male), broke into his home and deceived him into going downstairs by saying, "We would like to invite Mr. Huang downstairs to inquire about a certain matter." As soon as Mr. Huang went downstairs, he was immediately arrested. He was taken to the brainwashing center of Wuhan City. At home, Mr. Huang has an elderly mother who is paralyzed in bed. She has neither anyone to take care of her nor any financial resources.
Practitioner Mr. Cai Xin’ou was arrested on July 16, 2006, while distributing truth-clarification materials. At present, it has been confirmed that Mr. Cai Xin’ou has been illegally sentenced to one year of forced labor and has been taken to the Baimalong Forced Labor Camp of Zhuzhou City.
Practitioner Mr. Zhang Ming from Zhengzhou City in Henan Province is currently being held in the No. 4 Detention Center. Practitioners Mr. He Sanpu, Ms. He Yulian and Ms. He's niece are being illegally held in the Wanqingshanzhuang Brainwashing Center. Reportedly, there are four other practitioners also held there: practitioner Ms. Bai Ying and three other fellow practitioners with unknown names. Mr. He Sanpu has been held in the Brainwashing Center for one year.
Practitioner Mr. Zhang Fuhai from Baiquan County in Heilongjiang Province has been held in the Detention Center of Baiquan County for eighteen days since his arrest on September 5, 2006.

In the early morning of August 25, 2006, four practitioners were illegally arrested as the result of Li Xiaofei (female), director of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Residential Committee of Chang’an Road, Jiaohe City, repeatedly reporting these practitioners to the police. The arrested practitioners are: Ms. Dai Yuzhu, Ms. Sun Mingying, Ms. Cao Shumei and Ms. Zhang Shuzhi.

22. [Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Mr. Jin Sheng Held and Tortured in a "Small Cell"

(1) Small Cell: The detainee is locked up in a very small cell. Guards handcuff the practitioner with his arms behind his back in a fixed position, in which the practitioner can neither move nor lie down. The small cell is very damp and no sunshine comes in. Detainees have to urinate and defecate in the cell. Only half of a regular meal is served to detainees locked up in a small cell during the daytime. During the night rats run around. The stench in the small cell is so bad that it is difficult to breathe.
