1. [Datong City, Shanxi Province] Details of Ms. Cui Yuping's Arrest
On the morning of April 8, 2005, a group of Falun Dafa practitioners sent forth righteous thoughts together in Datong City Park. They walked past the City Police Department on their way home. The police stopped them, searched their bags, and found many Falun Dafa materials. They arrested Ms. Cui Yuping and fellow practitioner Li and took them to the 610 Office. That afternoon, more than ten policemen led by Political Director Sun, Niu Quanxi (male), and Xing Baoquan (male) broke into Ms. Cui's home, ransacked the house, confiscated a copier, a CD burner, a VCD player, a TV, a cell phone, Falun Dafa books and many Falun Dafa materials worth more than twenty thousand yuan.
Ms. Cui and Li are both being detained in Datong City First Detention Center. They have been on a hunger strike since their arrest.

2. [Jiyuan City, Henan Province] Mr. Yuan Shengjun and His Wife Mrs. Wang Dongling Arrested
On March 30, 2005, at around 11:00 a.m., the Political Director of the Jiyuan City State Security Division Wang Guoyou (male) led a group of policemen and stormed into Mr. Yuan Shengjun's home and ransacked the house without showing any IDs or warrants. They arrested Mr. Yuan Shengjun and his wife Wang Dongling, leaving their 13 year old son at home alone. No one knows where Mrs. Wang Dongling is now.
Mr. Yuan Shengjun has been on a hunger strike without water since March 30. On April 12, 2005, the thirteenth day of his hunger strike, the State Security Division Head Wang Liming (male) and Wang Guoyou decided to cut Mr. Yuan's throat open to insert a tube for force-feeding. His life is now on the verge of death.
3. [Beijing City] Ms. Liu Guifu Sentenced to Two and a Half Years of Forced Labor
On February 28, 2005, Ms. Liu Guifu was arrested at her home in Beijing. She was sentenced to two and a half years of forced labor for passing out Falun Gong materials. Her daughter Ms. Meng Xiangji, a foreign student at Purdue University in the United States, called to request her mother's unconditional release.
4. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] More Details about the Arrests of Mr. Deng Jianbo, Mr. Yin Qie, and Ms. Wang Lin
Mr. Deng Jianbo, 28, graduated from Northeast Power Institute, and returned to attend English classes.
On March 18, 2005, at the Institute's family housing, officers from the City State Security Division and police from the Zhihe Substation arrested Mr. Yin Qie, in his 20s, a sophomore at the Northeast Power Institute, together with Mr. Deng Jianbo. Mr. Deng is being detained in the Jilin City First Detention Center, and Mr. Yin Qie is being detained in the Jilin City Third Detention Center.
Ms. Wang Lin, 24, was a cashier employed by the Jinshan Net Bar located in Fengjiatun, Chuanying District, Jilin City, Jilin Province. At 9:00 a.m. March 30, officers from the City State Security Division and police from the Zhihe Station arrested her. She is being detained in the Jilin City First Detention Center.

5. [Fushen City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Sui Huaying Arrested
Ms. Sui Huaying is from Qingyuan County, Fushun City, Liaoning Province. She was deceived into leaving her home around noon on April 6, 2005, and was arrested and taken to the Luotaishanzhuang Brainwashing Center in Fushun City. The police decided to start a brainwashing session on May 10, 2005.
6. [Chenzhou City] The Persecution of Mr. Li Hui
Mr. Li Hui , 29, was a worker employed by the Chenzhou City Air Conditioning Equipment Factory. After July 20, 1999, when the persecution started, Mr. Li Hui was twice sentenced to a total of two and a half years of forced labor, four times held in detention centers, and once sent to a brainwashing center. He was arrested again on March 12, 2004, sentenced to three years in prison, and sent to the Jin City Prison located in the Changde Prefecture.
Mr. Li was arrested at work and sent to a brainwashing center for more than
one month
Mr. Li was detained four times, totaling 200 days. Once for posting a banner,
once for going to Beijing to appeal, and two other times at work.
Mr. Li has been under long-term close monitoring.
Mr. Li has been sentenced three times to a forced labor camp, one time for a one
year term, a second time for 18 months, for a total of 912 days, and he is now
serving a three-year term.
His employer extorted seven thousand yuan from him, saying that it was for going
to Beijing to pick him up. His employer simply took this amount from his housing
investment account.
7. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Hao Hongfa's Term Extended
Mr. Hao Hongfa lives in Huayuan Street, Changchun City, Jilin Province. He is detained in Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp. His term was extended because he refused to write a repentance statement.
8. [Chengde City, Hebei Province] The Persecution of Ms. Ren Zhanhong and Others from Fengning County
Ms. Ren Zhanhong, in her 30s, lives in Wayaogou Village, Huangqi Town, Fengning County, Chengde City, Hebei Province. Right after the persecution started, police from the Huangqi Station ransacked her home and confiscated her stereo. They have been harassing her quite often.
In the spring of 2000, Ms. Ren and Mr. Liu Jiafu were forced to pay a fine of 2400 yuan to Officer Zhang Laiyun (female) for going to Beijing to appeal on behalf of Falun Gong. That caused her family financial and mental hardships.
In December 2000, Ms. Ren went to Beijing to appeal again. The Beijing local police arrested her and brought her back to her hometown. She was beaten with metal rods for going on a hunger strike and remaining steadfast in her belief in Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. She was tortured for ten days with repeated force-feeding, and she became very weak physically. She was later sent to Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp for one year. The main persecutor is Li Chunhua (gender unknown).
On the evening of September 17, 2004, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Bi Chunyan from Bazhouying Village, Ms. Yu Shuyun and Ms. Xu Ruiping from Bocaigou Village, and Ms. Liu Baofeng from Xiaoyingzi were posting truth clarifying materials in the Xiaolongtan'gou area together. The police from the Humaying Township Station arrested them at around 11:00 p.m. Ms. Yu started clarifying the truth to the police, so they slapped her face. After the police handcuffed Ms. Liu and Ms. Xu together, they took these four ladies to the Humaying Station. Then the Fengning County 610 Office sent them to the County Detention Center. Ms. Bi was released the next day because she was six-months pregnant. The other three were released after paying a fine of three thousand yuan each.
Persons in charge of the Fengning County 610 Office and the State Security Division are Pan Zhanwu (male), Wang Zhigang (male), Si Ruiqing (gender unknown), and Li Chunhua (gender unknown).
9. [Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wang Xinchun, Who Lost His Legs, and His Father from Fengmao Forestry Arrested
On April 9, 2005, Xiao Qingyu (male) and a group of policemen arrested Mr. Wang Xinchun again when he was learning shoe-repair to make a living. They also arrested his father. 10. [Chibi City, Hubei Province] Mr. Yu Chunxue Forced to Leave Home
On the evening of April 10, 2005, police officers from Chibi City, Hubei Province stormed into Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Yu Chunxue's home and harassed him. The excuse they used was that his neighbor's room was rented, and someone was using a computer. He was forced to leave home to avoid being arrested and tortured. His wife was taken into custody the next day.
11. [Meihekou City, Jilin Province] Mr. Tan Junsheng from Hongmei Town Severely Tortured
On August 3, 2004, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Tan Junsheng from Hongmei Town, Meihekou City, Jilin Province was arrested at the Harbin Train Station because he was carrying Falun Dafa materials. He was detained in the Harbin Railroad Detention Center, and was severely tortured. His legs were injured and he can no longer walk. He was sentenced to two years in prison and has been transferred to the Training Division of Hulan Prison.
We heard that Mr. Tan went on a hunger strike and is on the verge of death due to force-feeding.

12. [Guanghan City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Chen Fuzhen Arrested Again, Her Whereabouts Are Unknown
On March 29, 2005, at around 10:30 a.m., police from the Guanghan City Department, the Guangyuan City Department, the Guanghan City 610 Office and the Paln Security Office arrested Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Chen Fuzhen, an employee of the Guanghan City Petroleum Drilling/Collecting Plant, when she was on her way home from vegetable shopping. People on the street were shocked when they saw two female police officers tie her arms behind her back and stuff her mouth with a cloth. The police took the keys to her home and her daughter's computer main board. Ms. Chen's whereabouts are unknown.
13. [Tonghua City, Jilin Province] The Persecution of Mr. Yang Fujun
Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Yang Fujun is an employee of the Tonghua City Environmental Protection Department. He was detained for 42 days in July 2000 after riding his bike for seven days to Beijing to appeal on behalf of Falun Gong. He paid a fine of 1500 yuan to the police in the Tonghua City New Trains Station, but he was given no receipt. He also had to pay a fine of two thousand yuan to the Dongchang Police Department, but they didn't give him a receipt either. Mr. Yang's son, who is not a practitioner, is a soldier in the army, and has been hurt by the persecution. Because his father practices Falun Gong, he was demoted to a cashier position.
On December 16, 2004, the police from Jiangdong Station ransacked Mr. Yang's home, found two booklets, and sentenced him to one year of forced labor. On the way to the Chaoyanggou Forced Labor Camp, the police handcuffed him very tightly. His arms turned purple and black. Mr. Yang Fujun has been on a hunger strike for three months to protest the detention. He is very thin and weak. He can no longer stand up or walk by himself.

On April 8, 2005, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Song Xuehui from Wazhuang Village, Suntuan Township, Guan County, Liaocheng Prefecture, Shandong Province was arrested.
15. [Yuanyang County, Henan Province] The Persecution of Mr. Liu Xiangqing
On the evening of February 1, 2005, the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) Yangdong Village Secretary, Zhang Wen'an (male) from Yang-a Township, Yuanyang County, together with officer Cheng Xiaoliu (male) stormed into Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Liu Xiangqing's home in the same village, ransacked his house and confiscated Falun Dafa books and other items. They requested that Mr. Liu pay 1500 yuan instantly to avoid sending him to the County Detention Center. Mr. Liu did not have the money, so they sent him to the County Detention Center.
Mr. Liu was detained in the County Detention Center in 2000 for going to Beijing to appeal for justice for Falun Gong. He had to pay a fine of ten thousand yuan. As a result, he has a huge debt. He lives a very hard life, recycling garbage.

16. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Police from Shanqian Station in Longtan District Arrest Ms. Dong Shulan and Others
At around 1:00 p.m. on April 12, 2005, Ms. Dong Shulan and her daughter were delivering Falun Dafa materials to a practitioner's home. There were five fellow practitioners there. Less than five minutes after Ms. Dong entered the house, police officers from the Shanqian Station, Longtan District stormed in and tried to arrest all of them. Ms. Dong Shulan's daughter escaped, but left her handbag there, which led the police to their home address. The police then ransacked the home. Ms. Dong Shulan, Mr. Li Guangjun and four other Falun Dafa practitioners were arrested. No one knows where they are now.
17. [Jilin Province] Mr. Qi Yunsheng Arrested
Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Qi Yunsheng lives in Tusima Village, Tuchengzi Township, Changyi District, Jilin City, Jilin Province. At around 11:00 a.m. on April 7, 2005, he was reported when passing out the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, and was arrested. Sixteen or more policemen came to arrest him. The details are being investigated.
18. [Beijing City] Seeking Information on Mr. Sun Yu
Mr. Sun Yu, 27, is from Beijing City, and lives in Baizhifang, Xuanwu District, Beijing City. He left home in May 2004, and no one has heard from him since.
19. [Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Yan Xiuxiang Arrested and Missing
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Yan Xiuxiang from Sunzhuang Township, Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province was sentenced to two years of forced labor and released on July 1, 2004. At around noon on January 30, 2005, officers from Sunzhuang Township and the Village Chief Zhao Yuzong (male) arrested her. They took her to the detention center, but no one knows where she is now.
