(Clearwisdom.net) I did not attend a lot of school and am not good at writing. After reading the Minghui announcement [Minghui is the Chinese version of Clearwisdom] soliciting articles about the righteous thoughts and righteous deeds of Dafa practitioners, I thought it over and finally decided to write down two events I experienced. Please point out anything improper.
In 2002, I had the wish to go to appeal for Dafa in Beijing along with another practitioner. Three days later, a fellow practitioner took the initiative to invite me to go, and I was very happy. We made the preparations immediately. Before leaving in the afternoon, I told Teacher in my heart: I'll go to Beijing to validate the Fa, so I must arrive and return safely because we do not have many practitioners in our area and I need to do a lot of things for people here.
It was 8 a.m. when we arrived in Beijing, and we headed to Tiananmen Square directly. There were police, plainclothesmen and armed guards everywhere, and police vehicles were deployed at every crossroad. I held the thought that all of them would be unable to hear or see us. We walked through the crowd, took out our banner and shouted "Falun Dafa is good!" Then we went to where there were more people to display the banner and shout, "Falun Dafa is good!"
As we went through the gate of Tiananmen, it was so crowded that everyone had to move ahead slowly. We displayed our banner the third time there and shouted our message. I held the banner over my head to let almost everyone near the gate see it. After coming out of the gate, I put the banner down and felt extremely relaxed without any fear or worries. It was 11 a.m. by then. My fellow practitioner produced a cord and tied the banner on the balustrades outside the Tiananmen gate. Thus, we ended our trip of validating the Fa.
On our way back, I thought in my mind that as long as we believe in Teacher and Dafa and have strong righteous thoughts and do everything on the basis of the Fa, Teacher will do anything for us. I had the wish to validate the Fa like an above-board Dafa practitioner, and then Teacher gave me the opportunity. When I hoped to find a companion, the fellow practitioner came to invite me. As I wished to come back safely, there was no trouble at all during the whole journey. The situation was very dangerous in front of Tiananmen Gate, so I sent forth the righteous thought to let the policemen there turn away and they did so. Everything is under the benevolent protection of Teacher!
In 2001, I sent a solemn statement to the 610 Office, carrying the message of Fa-rectification. When I mailed the letter, I had no distracting thoughts in my mind. Six or seven days later, a relative told me the politics committee had asked the local government to arrest me. Because of the letter, I could be sentenced for 3 years, so my relative told me I should run away immediately. I told the relative that they would be unable to arrest me since I did nothing wrong and was practicing "Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance." I just waited for the authorities to come, and did not even bolt the door when reading the Fa. I sent forth righteous thoughts every day to eliminate the evil after I mailed the letter. I thus waited for over 10 days. One day, the secretary of the party to whom I had clarified the truth came to talk to me and expressed that the 610 Office would not come. This matter was shelved from then on.
Although my celestial eye has not been opened, I know that Teacher has always been protecting me since I started cultivation. I still have a lot of omissions, but I will do my best to rectify myself and follow the path of Fa-rectification well.
