(Clearwisdom.net) Recently I have heard this kind of saying among practitioners, "Since there is interference towards this project, it must be important." To put this thinking another way, the evil elements will only interfere with what is important in Fa-rectification; therefore if there is interference, then this project must be more important than other projects, and more attention and effort should be put toward this project.
Doing the three things well at this time is the most important--this is the path Master has directed us to take. By following the Fa in everything we do in Fa-rectification, we will blaze our path and be doing the greatest thing in history. In "Teaching the Fa at the 2004 Chicago Conference" Master said:
"When you encounter ordeals during your cultivation, you have got to cultivate yourself and look at yourself--that doesn't mean acknowledging the ordeals arranged by the old forces and trying to do well amidst the ordeals they've arranged, that's not the case. We negate even the very emergence of the old forces and everything that they've arranged; we don't even acknowledge their existence. We're fundamentally negating all of their things, and all of, and only, the things you do while negating and getting rid of them is mighty-virtue. It's not that you're cultivating amidst the ordeals they created. Rather, you are to walk your own path well while not acknowledging them, not even acknowledging the elimination of their ordeals' manifestations."
When we say, "Since there is interference towards this project, it must be important," aren't we not only accepting the old forces arrangements, but also following them? Instead of basing what we do on our enlightenment to the Fa Master has taught us, we base it on the interference towards our Dafa work. Some even say, "The greater the interference, the more important this thing is." Isn't this also basing the degree of importance of Dafa disciples' work on the old forces' arrangement?
When we run into interference, shouldn't we eliminate the interference and fill our gaps that are being exploited? Perhaps instead of thinking a project is important because it is interfered with, we should solidify our righteous thoughts, strengthen our will, eliminate the interference, and be resolute in that we are following the Fa that Master teaches. No matter whether the evil comes from the ten directions to try and stop us or we easily walk forward and the evil runs further with each step we take, we should unshakably strive forward, unmoved by any degree of interference or no interference to righteously complete our missions in Fa-rectification. When we have truly done well following Master's arrangements, we should not leave any loopholes for the evil to be able to interfere with our projects, and in this case, if a project is not interfered with, then we should not say it is not important.
