1. Zeng Zhizhong, a Teacher from Lianyuan City, Hunan Province Is Arrested. His In-laws Are Assaulted.Zeng Zhizhong is a practitioner of Falun Dafa. He is also a popular teacher among his students. On November 30 of 2004, he was arrested because he wouldn't give up practicing Falun Gong and following the principles of "Truth, Benevolence, Forbearance." His parents-in-law were also assaulted by the chief of the local police station. His mother-in-law's arms were broken and his father-in-laws' face and limbs were swollen due to the beatings.

2. Police Officers of Changchun City, Jilin Province, Throw a Handicapped Family Member of a Dafa Practitioner onto the Roadside.
Yu Fengyun, a resident of Luyuan district of Changchun city was kidnapped by police on March 8, 2005. On March 12 of 2005, her son, who is handicapped, went to the Luyuan police station to find her, but he was dragged out of the station and abandoned on the side of the road. When passersby finally found him, he was in such bad shape that they had to send him to an emergency room for medical treatment.
