1. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Four Senior Practitioners Arrested
At 5:40 p.m. on March 25, 2005, over ten police officers and special agents broke into Li Guoqing's home and arrested Li Guoqing and visitors Ms. Niu Xiuqing, Mr. Xue Wenqi, and Ms. Hao Guangju. Police officers took away many copies of "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party" and some Falun Dafa materials during the search.
Li Guoqing is over 70 years old. Li's spouse is about 80 years old and has just passed away in mid-March. Li Guoqing was arrested and brought to the Tianqiao 610 Office; the other three were detained at the Beiyuan Police Station. The following day, police officers used three police cars to search Niu, Xue, and Hao's homes, but found nothing. At 5 p.m., the Nancun Police Station picked up Niu and Xue from the Beiyuan police station, and sent them back home at 8 p.m.
Li Guoqing went on a hunger strike, was released and picked up by family members on March 28.
2. [Ruichang City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Tian Jinzhi Arrested Again
Ms. Tian is in her 60s. She was arrested before because she clarified the truth of Falun Dafa to people, and was detained at the Majialong Forced Labor Camp for three years. There, she was tortured to near death, and was released only when she started suffering full-body swelling. After being released, through doing Falun Gong exercises, she recovered. On March 14, 2005, she was arrested again from her home by police officers of the Ruichang City Police Brigade.

3. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Chu Qinghua Arrested
Mr. Chu is a resident of Changyi City. In the morning on March 30, 2005, he went to the Huaibei Prison to pay a visit to his father Chu Liwen, but was detained by local police officers. No news of him was heard up to the second day.
4. [Shanghai City] Li Linlin Detained at the Changning Detention Center
Ms. Li Linlin's hometown is Jilin City, Shandong Province. She is a graduate of Nanjing Meteorological University. She is currently detained at the Changning Detention Center by Shanghai police.

5. [Huanren County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Sun Liemei Arrested
On March 29, 2005, local police officers arrested Ms. Sun and detained her at the Huanren County Detention Center. Ms. Sun is from Yezhugou Township.
6. [Anshan City, Liaoning Province] Practitioners Are Harassed
Ms. Qi Ruimei lives at the Shengousi 7 District, Anshan City. In October 2004, she was harassed many times by police officers from the Shennan Police Station. Officers broke into practitioners' homes to arrest them during the early morning. Ms. Qi was forced to leave home. In November 2004, Qi was arrested at the Tangjiafangzi District while she was delivering truth-clarifying materials. She was first detained at the Yuemingshan Prison, and then sent to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp on November 29.
Ms. Wang Guilin lives in the same district as Ms. Qi. One early morning in 2004, police officers broke into her home and found Falun Dafa books and truth-clarifying materials. Now Ms. Wang has been sent to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp.
7-1. [Yilan County, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wang Zhige Arrested
On March 27, 2005, officers from Fangzheng County police Brigade and "610 Office", Yilan County "610 Office", and the Dalianhe Carburetor Factory "610 Office" arrested Mr. Wang from his home at the Dalianhe Township. Wang's PC and printer were taken away during the home search.
7-2. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Jianmei and Ms. Li Guilan in Critical Condition After Long-Term Hunger Strike
To protest the persecution, Ms. Li Jianmei and Ms. Li Guilan have beem on a hunger strike for months, and now they are in a critical situation. The two are from Huaiying District, Jinan City and have been detained at the Shandong Province First Women's Forced Labor Camp

9. [Shanghai City] Mr. Xiong Wenqi Arrested
Mr. Xiong Wenqi has been illegally detained. He has been on a hunger strike for a very long time. He appears to be emaciated, and his legs are paralyzed.
10. [Hengyang County, Hunan Province] Ms. Zhao Zhiying Arrested
On March 17, 2005, officers from Goulou Township government and the police station broke in to Ms. Zhao's home. Without showing any legal certificates, they searched Zhao's home. On March 20, 2005 when Zhao was working outside, officers arrested her.
11. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Gao Meiling Abducted to a Brainwashing Session
Ms. Gao is about 50 years old. She lives at the Nanjing Wire Equipment (XianLu-QiCai) Factory. On March 29, 2005, she was abducted to a brainwashing center by police officers from the Xiaoshi Police Station, Xiaguan District.
12. [Zhucheng City, Shandong Province] Police Officers Abduct Extort Money from Ms. Song
Ms. Song Zhengyun is 51 years old, and a resident of Wulipu Village, Chengguan Township, Zhucheng City. At about 9 a.m. on March 14, 2005, she was doing chores in her guest room. Police officers Wang, Zhou Zhong, Mao Yulong, and another one from Zhucheng city pried open the anti-theft door of her apartment, searched her home and arrested her. While being detained, Ms. Song was interrogated three times and tortured at the Jianguo Village Brainwashing Session. On the 9th day of her detention, Zhou Zhong and Mao Yulong showed a fine receipt of 1500 yuan to Song's husband and coerced him into signing it. Song's husband refused. The two officers then turned to Song's younger brother Song Zhengwen, and extorted 5,000 yuan from him before releasing Ms. Song.
13. [Zhucheng City, Shandong Province] Mr. Qiu Shigang and Mr. Zhang Hongfu Arrested
At about 9am on March 18, 2005, Mr. Qiu Shigang went to Mr. Zhang Hongfu's home to deliver experience sharing and truth-clarification materials. But Qiu was secretly monitored by police officers Zhou Zhong, Mao Yulong and others. They searched Zhang's home and arrested the two. The two are still detained.
14. [Zhucheng City, Shandong Province] Mr. Xu Guixi Arrested
On March 24, 2005, 40-year-old Mr. Xu Guixi wrote: "Falun Dafa Is Good!" at the South Outer Loop of Zhucheng City. He was arrested and hung up while handcuffed at the Zhucheng City Detention Center.
15. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Tang Yusong Arrested
Mr. Tang is a teacher at the Chinese Language Department of the Shenyang Education College. Around March 15, 2005, he played a truth-clarifying video in a classroom and was reported. On March 24, police officers arrested him and sent him to a detention center.

16. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Zhang Chengyi Detained, His Son Expelled from Elementary School for Practicing Falun Gong
Mr. Zhang is a resident of Paowa area, Ganjing District. On October 5, 2004, he was making Falun Dafa truth-clarifying materials at Qingniwaqiao of Dalian City, but was arrested by local police. Now, he is detained at the Yaojia Detention Center. His son Zhang Yan also practices Falun Dafa. After primary school grade 2, the Paowa Primary School refused to take him, so he has been unable to go to a school. He should be a sixth grader, but still has no school to attend.
17. [Gongan County, Hubei Province] Mr. Zhang Guoliang's Family Suffers in the Persecution
In 2002, New Year's Day, Mr. Zhang put up "Falun Dafa is Good" banners. Police officers headed by Li Jianguo from the Jiazhuyuan Township Police Station, arrested him and sent him to the County Detention Center. After several months of detention, he was sentenced to three and a half years in prison. Now he is suffering persecution at Wuhan Prison.
Zhang's wife and their 18-month-old child now rely on his mother-in-law's family for a living. Zhang's elderly mother is left alone. His whole family is suffering badly due to the persecution.

Mr. Huang Qi (30 years old), Ms. Huang Jianyuan (33 years old) and others were arrested early this year.

Mr. Zhang is a resident of Tashan Village, Ganwang Township, Haicheng City. He was just released from forced labor camp three months ago. But on March 12, 2005, police officers from the Ganwang Police Branch arrested him again at his home. Now, he is detained at the Haicheng Detention Center.

20. [Xin County, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhao Jicang and Mr. Zhao Xizhu Detained
Mr. Zhao Jicang and Mr. Zhao Xizhu are residents of Chengwang Village, Wangzhuangji Township, Xin County. On February 6, 2005, they were reported on when they posted Falun Dafa information in Nanle County, Henan Province. Now, they are detained at the Nanle County Police Station.
21. [Mentougou District, Beijing City] Mr. Bai Haiyang Arrested
Mr. Bai lives at the #3, Building 18, Dataihong #2 District, Mentougou. On March 14, 2005, police learned about him through violently interrogating detained Falun Gong practitioners and arrested him. Police do not allow his family to visit him; his current situation is not known.
22. [Guangdong Province] College Teacher Liu Xinsheng Suffers Persecution
Mr. Liu is 31 years old. He was a teacher at the Guangzhou Chinese Medicine University. In July 2000, he went to Beijing to appeal, but was detained for 15 days. During that period of time, former CCP Secretary Wang Mianning, president Liu Guopu, and Liu Shijin from the Graduate Department colluded together to have Liu fired. Liu's apartment was confiscated. He was also dispelled from the CCP, and his residence registration was moved to his hometown. At midnight during the October 1 (China's National Day) period of 2000, police officers broke in to his rental home and arrested him. Back then, his son had just been born. His wife was scared, harassed, and lived a hard life. Later, Liu was sentenced to one year in forced labor camp. From then on, Liu's family was homeless.

24. [Jianyang City, Sichuan Province] Persecution of Practitioners in Sancha Township
Ms. Sun Huazhen, 52. On July 23, 2001, police officers from the Sancha Police Station searched her home, took away Falun Dafa materials, and detained Ms. Sun at the Jianyang Detention Center for two months. Her family was forced to pay 8000 yuan for the detention (5000 yuan was later returned).
Ms. Zhang Xuehua, 56. On July 23, 2001, police officers from the Sancha Police Station searched her home, took away the book Zhuan Falun, audio tapes, and fined her 12,000 yuan (they later returned 5000 yuan).
Ms. Jin Rong, 70. At 10 a.m. on August 10, 2004, police officers Liu Yingkang, Fang from the Sancha Police Station and Gan Yongchang, Yu Shihui from the Caochi Township searched her home, took away her Zhuan Falun, other Falun Dafa articles, and audiotapes. On August 13, 2004, she was interrogated at the Township government.
Ms. Zhanou Kaihua, 51. At about 9 a.m. on August 10, 2004, police officers Liu Yingkang, Fang from the Sancha Police Station and Gan Yongchang, Yu Shihui, and Zhang from the Caochi Township searched her home, took away her Zhuan Falun, other Falun Dafa articles, audiotapes, and some truth-clarifying materials. On August 13, 2004, she was interrogated at the Township government.
Ms. Su Mei, 31. Since she is determined with her practice of Falun Dafa, her home has been searched many times.
Mr. Xu Caiyuan, 49. He is a resident of Wumiao Township, Jianyang City. On April 24, 2001, the township "610 Office" abducted him to the township government where he was detained for 4 days and fined 500 yuan. On May 28, 2002, Liu Guangying from the "610 Office" and others searched his home, took away one Falun Dafa book, one picture of Teacher, one cassette player, and one set of exercises music tapes. At the township government, he was detained inside a restroom; no food or sleep was allowed. Led by Pan Shuiping, the township Communist Party Secretary, over 45 officers took turns assaulting and insulting Xu Caiyuan and Zhen Jianshuang. On June 4, he was sent to Jianyang and was detained for 20 days. On July 26, 2002, Xu was again sent to the Jianyang Detention Center, and then sent to a forced labor camp for a one-year term. At the Xinhua Forced Labor Camp in Mianyang City, he suffered various tortures including sleep deprivation, forced long-term kneeling down or standing up, brainwashing, etc.

Ms. Xie Li is an employer of Jianping County Chinese Medicine Hospital. Since she clarified the truth about Falun Dafa to students from the Second High School, she was reported to the police by principal Yao Zhenwen of the Second High School. On March 30, 2005, she was arrested by police officers from Jianping County Police Department.

27. [Hengyang City, Hunan Province] Two Practitioners Arrested for Clarifying the Truth
On March 17, 2005, Ms. Tao Juxiu and another practitioner Zhang clarified the truth of Falun Dafa at the Hengdong County. They were tailed and arrested. Now, they are detained at the Hengdong County Detention Center; no family visits are allowed.

Hangzhou resident Ms. Zhang is in her 20s. Recently she was reported when delivering Falun Dafa truth-clarifying materials. Hangzhou police arrested her and detained her at the Hangzhou City Detention Center.

29. [Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province] Six Practitioners Arrested
On March 26, 2005, police officer Yu Hongwu from the Banzhuang Township Police station suspected that Ms. Lu Deling was making Falun Dafa truth-clarifying materials, and blocked her on the street for a search. Ms. Lu asked Yu why he did that. Yu was very angry. He beat Ms. Lu on the street, arrested her and detained her at the Banzhuang Township Police Station. That evening, police officers broke into Ms. Lu's home to search, and took away some of Lu's belongings and some cash. The following day, another two practitioners including Tan Jiang were arrested and sent to the Menhe Township Police Station. On March 28, the three were transferred to the Ganyu County Detention Center.
Mr. Yu Bin and his wife Kou Suhong from Bazhuang Township work at the Pudong District, Xinpu, Lianyungang City. On March 30, 2005, the couple was arrested by Pudong District Police Station. No news of them has been heard. Ms. Wang Jiaju from Jiashan Township was also arrested. Ms.Wang's location is not known.

30. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zeng Lanfang and Ms. Liu Chixiu Arrested
On March 27, 2005, Ms. Zeng and Ms. Liu delivered truth-clarifying materials at the 2nd Residential Building of Shandong Province CCP Committee, but were arrested by police officers. After being detained at the Yuhan Road Police Station for two days, they were sent to the Jinan City Brainwashing Center.
31. [Baiquan County, Heilongjiang Province] Police Arrest and Extort Money from Mr. Ding Fengyou
Ding Fengyou, 54 years old, lives at the Qunying Street, Baiquan Township. One night in April 2004, deputy head Chen Wei and another officer from the Township Police Station suddenly searched Ding's home and arrested him. They sentenced Ding to three years in forced labor camp. Since a physical exam showed that Ding had high blood pressure, he was released. However, the county political and judicial committee extorted 5000 yuan from Ding's family as deposit, which has still not been returned.
32. [Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Cheng Shengyou Persecuted
On November 29, 2004, police group leader Han Longwen and officer Chan Zhiqiang from the Zhaoguang Farm broke in to Mr. Cheng's home and arrested him. A second search of Cheng's home was followed immediately. Later, Cheng was detained at the Beian Farm Police Branch where Cheng was interrogated by Sun Li and Liu Xuesong from the Beian Farm Police Branch "610 Office". Cheng has since escaped with his righteous thoughts.
33. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
Mr. Deng Jianbo, Mr. Ying Qie, and Mr. Wang Lin were arrested recently. Deng and Ying are juniors at the Northeast Electrical College.
Mr. Deng is 27 years old and from Yunnan Province. He is now detained at the Jilin City First Detention Center.
Mr. Ying has been detained at the Jilin City Third Detention Center since March 18, 2005.
Wang Lin is a cashier at an Internet bar near the Electrical College. He was sent to the Third Detention Center on March 30, 2005.
34. [Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhao Junfang Tortured at the Dabei Prison
Ms. Zhao delivered Falun Dafa truth-clarifying materials in 2003 and was sent to Haicheng City Detention Center by police officer Hu Tao from the Tiexi police station. She was then sentenced to three years in prison and sent to the Dabei Prison.
At the Dabei Prison, Ms. Zhao refused to renounce Falun Dafa, so police officers coerced criminal detainees to beat her. Zhao was injured from the beatings and cannot walk by herself. Police officers told the criminals that if they could "reform" Ms. Zhao, their terms could be reduced. Consequently, the criminals have been beating Ms. Zhao every day.
