Police arrest practitioners Qu Yongxiang and Hao Zhimei in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province

At 9:00 p.m. on March 14, 2005, police officers from the Xinjiang Road Police Station in the Jianhua District of Qiqihar City arrested Falun Dafa practitioner Qu Yongxiang in Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province. Qu Yongxiang firmly refused to cooperate and persisted in his belief in Falun Dafa. On the morning of March 15, eight police officers sent Qu Yongxiang to the Jianhua District Police Department.

According to a reliable source, practitioner Hao Zhimei was living away from home to avoid persecution. She went home for a visit on March 16, and police officers, who were waiting outside, abducted her. She is being illegally held at the Criminal Investigation Division of the Jianhua District Police Department.

Persecution of practitioners in the Group Drill Division of Hulan Prison, Heilongjiang Province

After getting up at 5:30 a.m., practitioners are given one hour to wash, use the toilet and eat breakfast. They are then sent to work until 5:30 p.m. except for ten minutes at noon to eat lunch. They are not allowed to go to sleep until past 10 p.m..

The authorities have ordered head inmate Ma Zhixin to brainwash practitioners.

Guard Zhang Dadui and inmates Ren Zhiqiang and Ma Zhixin administer corporal punishment to the practitioners and forbid practitioners who have refused to write the guarantee statement from returning to their assigned division.

The practitioners are forced to wear prison uniforms. The guards order four inmates to monitor each practitioner. Two or three practitioners sleep in one bed, the width of about 80 cm (32 inches, not even a yard). The practitioners can only sleep on their sides and cannot turn over.

Falun Dafa helped her become a better person; Jiang's group persecutes her for speaking the truth

My fellow practitioner Ms. Ren Xiufang obtained Dafa in1998. On March 17, 2005, someone reported her when she was distributing truth clarification flyers. Perpetrators from the Guiyu Police Station in Chaoyang City arrested her and sent her to the Chaoyang Detention Center. Her sudden absence has emotionally paralyzed her family. Her grandmother is in her nineties and does not know about the abduction. She sits on the doorstep for hours each day, waiting for Ren Xiufang to return home, to wash her and comb her hair. Her blind father-in-law is devastated by the news, and her mother-in-law is suffering from severe insomnia. Her disabled husband and two young children are left uncared for. Ms. Ren Xiufang was the caretaker of her family, and her abduction is a heavy blow to the unfortunate members of her family.

The inside story of the Nanjing City 610 Office

Several years ago, the Nanjing City 610 Office personnel rented two floors from the Xinlian Machinery Factory. They have used the rooms to persecute Dafa practitioners. In the summer the temperature shot up to 40 degree Celsius. Xiang Yang, the person in charge of persecution, closed all the windows with the practitioners inside the rooms. In the winter the perpetrators poured water on the floor and forbade the practitioners to use the toilet, to wash themselves or to change clothes. They also forced the practitioners to stand for a whole month wearing only thin clothes and didn't allow them to sleep. One practitioner was tortured for nine months and became emaciated. They tied up practitioners who held hunger strikes and force-fed them. They pinched practitioners' noses so they couldn't breathe during the force-feeding. They bombarded the practitioners with Dafa-slandering propaganda 24 hours a day, in addition to threats and other lies. They also ordered collaborators to "reform" the practitioners. Luo Zhijun, the Party secretary for Nanjing City, visited this site of persecution. He said that those practitioners who published a solemn declaration on the Minghui website would be sentenced to three years of forced labor!

Dafa practitioners in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, pursued and arrested by police

Before the Chinese New Year and the two Party Meetings, perpetrators from Zhongshan City's National Security Bureau, from the 610 Office and from the police department searched and abducted practitioners, including Yang Jinyan, Zheng Shuqiong, Zhou Xiaohong, Rao Yanping, Li Peiqun, Li Jinsong, Lu Weiwen, Li Meiqiong and Zhang Ermei. They sent the practitioners to forced labor. Zheng Shuqiong was sentenced to three years of forced labor, Yang Jinyan was sentenced to two years, and Li Peiqun was sentenced to one year. They also went to the homes of other practitioners and harassed them.
