1. [Yingkou, Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Lan, Ms. Tian Yanchun, and Yi Yang and His Mother Arrested
At 8 p.m. on February 28, 2005, Ms. Li Lan, Ms. Tian Yanchun, Mr. YiYang and his mother Ms. Huang were arrested at Haofang Village by police officers from the Honghaibianfang Police Substation, Bayuquan District. Afterwards the National Security Team leader Wang Hongkui jailed them at the District Surveillance Team Headquarters. They are currently being held at the district detention center, where they have been subjected to torture.
2. [Tianjin City] Chen Yinghui and Other Practitioners from Dagang District Arrested
Ms. Chen Yinghui from Dagang District, Tianjin City, is a 31-year-old college graduate. She's in charge of budgeting and product pricing at the Project Management Center of the Oil Refinery Administration Department for the Tianhuang Company. On the afternoon of February 26, 2005, eight policemen suddenly broke into Ms. Chen's home and arrested both her mother (Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhang Gaifeng) and her. They confiscated her Dafa books and truth-clarifying materials. Chen Yinghui has been dismissed from her job. Mr. Wang Qianwan, who is the party secretary in her workplace, reported Ms. Chen Yinghui because she clarified the truth to him and the Party Committee.
Mr. Wang Yuncai, a gym teacher from the Third Petroleum Primary School of Dagang District, was also arrested on February 6, 2005. His current situation is unclear.

Recently the police from Daxinzhuang Town and Xiaoji Town of Fengnan District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province arrested two practitioners who were distributing truth-clarifying materials. They almost beat Ms. Li Xiumin to death and later escorted her to the detention center. They also searched several Dafa practitioners' homes.

4. [Zhucheng, Shangdong Province] Mr. Fu Kangning Arrested and His Home Searched
At 12 a.m. on February 21, 2005, a dozen policemen from Zhucheng City, including Mao Yulong, Li Fachen, and Zhou Zhong, searched Fu Kangning's home and confiscated some truth-clarifying materials and his tape-recorder. Because Fu Kangning was experiencing a severe bout of vomiting, the police gave up on arresting him at that time.
Later, on March 3, 2005, the same group of officers went to Fu Kangning's home and searched it again. They confiscated his Dafa books and arrested him.
5. [Jiamushi, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Shan Yuqing Arrested and Her Home Searched
Around 4:30 p.m. on March 5, 2005, police from the Songlin Police Substation, Jiamushi City, Heilongjiang Province broke into Ms. Shan Yuqing's home and searched it. They took her Dafa books and address book. Ms. Shan Yuqing was at home recovering from a car accident that had happened several days before, and police arrested Mr. Sun Qinghe, who was there visiting her.

On the evening of February 23, 2005, Mr. Liu Jianhua and Mr. Cao Weijun from the Tile Factory, Xilinhaote City, Inner Mongolia, were arrested by police officers from the city. Around 6 p.m. on February 24, Bai Quanxi, an instructor from the city National Security Team, and a policeman named Bateer searched the two practitioners' homes. They have not yet been allowed to see their families.

8. [Guangdong Province] Mr. Wei Xiaojin Arrested Again
Mr. Wei Xiaojin is a 32-year-old university graduate. After July 20, 1999, he was jailed for more than two years beyond his sentenced term at the Nanhai Shishan Detention Center for practicing Falun Gong. After his release, he made a living by selling newspapers. At night, he stayed at his friends' homes. In the latter half of 2004, he was again arrested. He is currently being held at the Shijing Detention Center in Guangzhou City, where he is subjected to torture.

Mr. Cong Huayao, a graduate student from the Huadong Hydro Engineering Institute in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, was followed in the beginning of 2004 while he was distributing truth-clarification materials, and he is currently in jail.

14. [Beijing] Ms. Yang Feng Jailed at the Haidian Detention Center
Ms. Yang Feng of Beijing was born in 1963. The police arrested her on the evening of March 1. She was taken to the Shuangyushu Police Substation of the Haidian District Public Security Bureau. Later, she was transferred to Haidian District Public Security Bureau. It's likely that she is currently held at the Haidian Detention Center located at Qinghe.

Before the Chinese Lunar New Year, Mr. An Senbiao was arrested by police from Babaixian Police Substation and taken to the Shenli Police Substation in Daqing City, and then he was sent to the Longfeng Detention Center. After enduring a month of torture (locked in a small cell and handcuffed with shackles), he was sent to the Daqing City Number 2 Labor Camp. It is said that after he was sent to the Daqing Number 2 Camp, he went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution.

Ms. Chu Xiuli, an employee of the Harbin Turbine Factory, is from Xiangfang District, Harbin City, Heilongjinag Province. Currently she is being tortured at Harbin Wanjia Labor Camp and her life is in immediate danger. She has been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Ms. Wang Ling was sent to be tortured at the Wuhan Number 1 Labor Camp after she was arrested on March 5, 2005 by officers from the Yujiatou Police Substation. Her home at Hubei University was searched. Mr. Li Qingbo was arrested while clarifying the truth in Shenzhen City. Recently he was sentenced to three years in a labor camp. His mother-in-law was sentenced to one year and is now jailed at the Guangdong Sanshui Labor Camp.

At 12 a.m. on March 4, 2005, 610 Office staff members from Anci District broke into Mr. Yue Shuyi's Watch and Clock Store at Geyucheng. Later they went to his home and confiscated his Dafa books and pictures of Master Li.
