(Clearwisdom.net) The 610 Office of Jianli County in Hubei Province frequently sponsors brainwashing classes in collusion with the National Security Division. They unlawfully abduct Falun Gong practitioners from their homes, attempt to force practitioners to give up their belief in Dafa, and compel them to write the three statements. If practitioners refused to write these statements, they were sent to forced labor camps. In addition, practitioners' work units and relatives were also implicated. Under such heavy pressure, some practitioners' families were broken up and practitioners also suffered discrimination at their work places. One 17-year-old practitioner named Liu Tao from Rongcheng Township was sentenced to two years of forced labor, simply because he photo-copied some of Teachers' lectures.
Li Xiaomin, who is in her 20s, previously suffered from life-threatening nephritis syndrome. After practicing Falun Gong she was totally healed. After the persecution of Falun Gong started in 1999, she had been repeatedly imprisoned, harassed, and locked in brainwashing classes, and was forced to give up practicing Falun Gong. As a result, the nephritis recurred and she finally died.
Wan Guifang went to Beijing to appeal in 2001. For this she was imprisoned in Shayang Forced Labor Camp, where she suffered severe tortures and became mentally traumatized. She has not recovered.
Falun Gong practitioners Huang Chunmei and Liu Liping, along with four others from Huangzhen County were repeatedly detained in a brainwashing class for persecution. All six of them were sentenced to one to two years of forced labor.
More than 40 practitioners from Maoshi Town went to Beijing to appeal on July 20, 1999. On September 30, many of them were detained in Beijing. More than 20 were detained in a detention center, and seven others were sentenced to forced labor.

Mr. Qi Hong, 53, from Bianhe Town in Jianli, was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for going to Beijing to appeal in 2001.
Mr. Liu Zuogan, 55, from Bianhe Town in Jianli, was sentenced to 2.5 years of imprisonment for going to Beijing to appeal.
Ms. Hu Chengxia, 40, from Bianhe Town in Jianli, was sentenced to three years in prison for going to Beijing to appeal in 2001.
Mr. Liu Qingzhe, 48, from Bianhe Town in Jianli, was sentenced to 2.5 years of imprisonment for going to Beijing to appeal.
Mr. Kuang Jiyuan, 52, from Bianhe Town in Jianli, was sentenced to 2.5 years of imprisonment for going to Beijing to appeal.
Mr. Xu Sihai, from Zhuhe Town in Jianli, was sentenced to one year in prison for distributing truth-clarifying materials. He has now managed to get out.
Mr. Kuang Jijun, 47, from Bianhe Town in Jianli, was sentenced to 2.5 years of imprisonment for going to Beijing to appeal.
Ms. Li Yuanhua, 36, from Bianhe Town in Jianli, was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for going to Beijing to appeal.
Ms. Chen Genzhi, from Bianhe Town in Jianli, was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for going to Beijing to appeal.
Mr. Chen Peicheng, from Bianhe Town in Jianli, was sentenced to 1.5 years of imprisonment for distributing truth-clarifying materials.
Mr. Xu Shutang, 65, from Bianhe Town in Jianli, was sentenced to 1.5 years of imprisonment for practicing Falun Gong at home.
Mr. Kuang Jiyu, 64, from Bianhe Town in Jianli, was sentenced to 1.5 years of imprisonment for practicing Falun Gong at home.
Mr. Chentang Yao, 60, from Bianhe Town in Jianli, was sentenced to three years in prison for going to Beijing to appeal.
Mr. Li Dayao, 53, from Rongcheng Town in Jianli, was sentenced to three years in prison for lending money to practitioners to go to Beijing to appeal. He was also sentenced to one year of forced labor in 2004 because he used some colorful tiles to arrange the words, "Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance" on his roof. He has managed to get out using his righteous thoughts.
Ms. Xu Liangying, 43, from Rongcheng Town in Jianli, was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for distributing truth-clarifying materials. She has still not been released.
Ms. Li Qiaozhi, from Rongcheng Town in Jianli, was sentenced to three years in prison for distributing truth-clarifying materials. She has still not been released .
Mr. Hu Xianzhi, from Shangche Town in Jianli, was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for going to Beijing to appeal.
Ms. Yi Nanying, 53, from Rongcheng Town in Jianli, was abducted from home in 2001 and was sentenced to two years of imprisonment. The police hit her father in the face because he protested the police's atrocities and illegal conduct.
Ms. Hu Nianxian, from Rongcheng Town in Jianli, was sentenced to 1.5 years in prison for distributing truth-clarifying materials.
Ms. Ma Ailan, 32, from Rongcheng Town in Jianli, was sentenced to 1.5 years of imprisonment for distributing truth-clarifying materials.
Ms. Duan Zhe, from Rongcheng Town in Jianli, was sentenced to 1.5 years of imprisonment for distributing truth-clarifying materials.

Mr. Ma Zhitang, from Rongcheng Town in Jianli, has been abducted from home many times, and repeatedly taken to brainwashing classes. In 2001 he was detained in Rongcheng Local Police Station for five days without valid reasons. He was released after paying 3,000 yuan. In 2002, his house was illegally searched and personal belongings were confiscated. Because some Dafa truth-clarifying materials were discovered at his home, he was incarcerated in the local detention center for six months, and was only released after paying 3,000 yuan.
Ms. Hu Shunxian, 61, is from Rongcheng Town in Jianli. Officers from the National Security Division broke into her house one night in September, 1999 and detained her for two weeks. Her personal belongings were confiscated, and afterwards, she was illegally arrested and sentenced to one year of forced labor. Her daughter Zheng Congxiu is not a practitioner, but was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for appealing in Beijing for her mother.
Ms. Tan Yaogui, 48, from Rongcheng Town in Jianli, was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for distributing truth-clarifying materials.
Liu Tao, 17, from Rongcheng Town in Jianli, was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for printing and photo copying some of Teacher's lectures.
Mr. Fu Zimin, from Rongcheng Town in Jianli, was abducted from his home and sentenced to one year of imprisonment. He was forced to resign from his work because he did not want to get his work unit implicated.
Mr. Zheng Jinzhang, 39, from Maoshi Town in Jianli, was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for going to Beijing to appeal in 1999.

Ms. Wan Guifang, 39, from Huangxie Town in Jianli, was illegally imprisoned in Shayang Labor Camp for going to Beijing to appeal. She suffered brutal tortures in the Labor Camp in 2001. She suffered mental trauma and has still not healed.
