1. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Practitioner Li Guilan Sentenced to 21 Months of Forced Labor for Distributing Truth-Clarification Materials
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Guilan from the Huaiyin District, Jinan City, Shandong Province was abducted by the police on November 21, 2004 while distributing truth clarification materials in a market. She was sent to the Liuchangshan Detention Center and was sentenced to 21 months of forced labor. She is currently being held at Division 5 of the No. 1 Women's Forced Labor Camp in Jinan City, Shandong Province. She has been on a hunger strike and is now very weak. Her life is in danger.

2. [Sichuan Province] Chongqing Prison Guards Pierce Practitioners' Feet with Metal Wire
Four practitioners, including He Mingli from Chongqing, were persecuted for exposing the rape of Dafa practitioner Ms. Wei Xingyan by a perpetrator from the Baihelin Detention Center in Shapingba, Chongqing. Falun Dafa practitioner He Mingli was sentenced to 13 years in prison; the three other practitioners were sentenced to seven years in prison. The Chongqing Intermediate Court did not conduct any investigation, hold a trial, or announce the sentence and secretly rejected the practitioners' appeals and upheld the original unlawful verdict.
He Mingli is currently being held at the Chongqing Prison in Danzishi, the Nanan District, Chongqing. According to a source inside the prison, the guards pierced the feet of two practitioners with metal wires. As a result, their feet are completely disabled.
3. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Guan Fenglan Sentenced to Six Years in Prison and Held at Heilongjiang Province Women's Prison
Ms. Guan Fenglan is an employee at the Feima Industry Corporation, affiliated with the Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau in Heilongjiang Province. She was abducted from home by officers from Chengxin Police Station in Rang District, Daqing City on the afternoon of October 29, 2001. The perpetrators ransacked her home and took Dafa books, Dafa materials, computers and other items and they sentenced her to six years in prison. She is currently being held at Heilongjiang Province Women's Prison. Her only son has been left at home uncared for.
4. [Wugang City, Henan Province] Practitioner Sentenced to Seven Years in Prison; Three Children Left Uncared For
Practitioner Ms. Zhang Yali was originally from Wugang City, Xiaxia, Pingdingshan City, Henan Province. She lived in Nanlouwa Village, Yuhuangmiao Township, Tongxu County, Kaifeng City.
In November 2002, Zhang Yali was sentenced to seven years in prison in Wugang City. She is currently being held at the Xinxiang City Women's Prison in Henan Province. She has two daughters and one son. Her eldest daughter is six years old and her son is two years old. The authorities had abducted the children from Zhang Yali. Her son was then only ten months old. Zhang Yali was quickly sent to prison. Her husband is very likely also being persecuted.
5. [Jiangjin City, Chongqing, Sichuan Province] Practitioners Xiong Qingguo and Zhang Guangyuan Sentenced to Prison
On December 14, 2004, Jiangjin People's Court sentenced practitioner Xiong Qingguo to 3 1/2 years in prison and practitioner Zhang Guangyuan to 3 years in prison. The verdict is No. 405 Criminal Sentence Statement of Jiangjin City. The two practitioners are from Huagai Village, Bolin town, Jiangjin, Chongqing.
Xiong Qingguo exposed the persecution. On October 16, 2000 he was arrested and held for 15 days and was detained on December 29, 2001 and held for another 15 days at the Jiangjin City Police Department.
Xiong Qingguo and Zhang Guangyuan were abducted by police while distributing truth clarification materials in Xiangjiagou, Hengzhan Village, Zhaiba Town, Xishui County, Guizhou Province. They were sent to the Xishui County Detention Center in Guizhou Province. On July 13, officers from the Bolin Police Station in Jiangjin City ransacked Xiong Qingguo's home. On July 21, they were sent to the Jiangjin City Detention Center.

6. [Wafangdian, Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Gu Lianfen Abducted While Sending a Cell Phone Truth-Clarification Message
Practitioner Ms. Gu Lianfen, 40 years old, from Wafangdian was forced to leave home to avoid persecution. Between December 26 and December 28, 2004, police abducted her while she was sending truth-clarifying information via her cell phone. The perpetrators were from Fuzhoucheng, Wafangdian.
Another woman practitioner was abducted in the same way. Their current whereabouts are unknown.
7. [Yinchuan City, Ningxia Autonomous Region] Practitioner Wang Jiaming Abducted
On January 10, 2005, practitioner Mr. Wang Jiaming (who is disabled), from Yinchuan, Ningxia Autonomous Region (AP), and his wife, Ms. Mai, were abducted. The perpetrators were from Division 1 of the Yinchuan City Police Department and from the Political and Security Division of the Xingqing District Police Department. Their computer, printer, fax machine, some truth clarification materials and several thousand yuan cash were confiscated. Ms. Mai was released after three days of detention and Wang Jiaming is currently being held at Yinchuan City's Detention Center.

8. [Tianjin City] Fengtai Town, Ninghe Authorities Continue to Persecute Dafa Practitioners; Song Zhishan Abducted
Around 6:00 a.m. on January 2, 2005, practitioner Song Zhishan from Xi Village, Fengtai Town, Ninghe County, Tianjin City was abducted from home by a group of police officers. They ransacked his home at noon. The perpetrators are from the county's 610 Office, the National Security Division, the local government and the police.
9. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Ms. Peng Meizhi Abducted While Clarifying the Truth
Ms. Peng Meizhi lived in Guangzhou City and worked in a garment factory. About one month ago she clarified the truth in Guangzhou City and the general manager of the factory locked her in a small room and forced her to undergo brainwashing. She refused to cooperate with the perpetrators. Her dorm room was ransacked. She escaped with the power of righteous thoughts and immediately returned to her mother's home in Chini Township, Sulong Town, Luoding City, Guangdong Province.
On February 2, police from Guangzhou City went to Peng Meizhi's mother's home. Four officers carried Peng Meizhi into a police car and didn't even give her time to put on her shoes. Many people in the village cried [upon witnessing this].
10. [Chengyang Town, Shandong Province] Practitioner Ren Dechun Disfigured from Beating
While on a trip, practitioner Mr. Ren Dechun in Jingkou Village, Chengyang Town, Chengyang District, Shandong Province was abducted on February 1. The perpetrators were officers from the Chengyang Police Station. According to an insider, Ren Dechun has been transferred from the Chengyang Police Station to the Licun Prison in Qingdao City. He has been disfigured from beatings, and the perpetrators are demanding 400 yuan from his family.
11. [Jieyang, Guangdong Province] Practitioner Ma Meichan Abducted Again
Practitioner Ms. Ma Meichan from Zhainei Village, Quxi Town, Jiedong County, Jieyang City, Guangdong Province is 54 years old. She went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong and was sent to the Sanshui Forced Labor Camp by the local police. On January 31, 2005 she was abducted from home by officers from the Chengxi Police Station in Jiedong. The next day, they sent her to the Jiedong Detention Center.
