Facts of the Persecution - Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Zhao Zongxin
Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhao Zongxin, 36, is a teacher at Suixi Couty Elementary School in Huaibei City, Anhui Province. On April 28, 2001, he was detained for thirty days. His home was ransacked due to his determination in practicing Falun Dafa. In September 2001, he was abducted again and detained in Suixi County Detention Center. He was sentenced to three years in prison for clarifying the truth to his students. He appealed in vain. He was constantly beaten and forced to do heavy labor while in custody. After he was released in the fall of 2004, the county police and officials continued to harass him at his home and forced him to lose his job. Mr. Zhao's family is suffering mental pain and financial losses.
