Dapeng (pseudonym), 30, is not a practitioner, but he knows the truth about Falun Gong because his mother-in-law is a Dafa practitioner. No matter how bad the political climate became during the last few years, no matter how vicious the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners became, and even in the face of many pressures, he always helped his mother-in-law and other Dafa practitioners to spread the truth about Falun Gong like any other steadfast Falun Gong practitioner.
Spreading the Truth in His New Car
One time Dapeng's mother-in-law and a few other Dafa practitioners planned to produce printed materials about Falun Gong. They worried about how best to go about the job because they lacked convenient transportation. But Dapeng offered to drive them. His mother-in-law knew that he had just bought a new car, so she was a little hesitant, and asked if that was what he really wanted to do. Dapeng replied that he was sure it would be OK, because after all, they were doing a most righteous thing. With that he simply drove a few Dafa disciples in his new car to print flyers containing information about Falun Gong and later took them safely back home.
Hanging a Banner in the Right Place
One evening, Dapeng took a few Dafa practitioners in his car to hang banners. After they were done, they found that one banner was tangled high up in a tree. The tree was very tall and the branch with the banner was very thin. As they were still discussing how they could put the banner back in place, Dapeng quickly climbed the tree. He is quite brawny and tall, and the tree branches were shaking perilously. Although it was quite risky, Dapeng straightened the banner and came back down.
Lending Out His Laptop Computer for Dafa Work
One day, when he and his wife learned that some distant practitioners were short of funds for Dafa activities, they said without any hesitation, "Why don't you take our laptop computer for your Dafa activities?"
Later, when we asked him when he was planning to start cultivation, he smiled and said, "I will definitely start right after the Fa-rectification is accomplished."
