1. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] Dafa Materials Production Center Destroyed; Four Practitioners Abducted
Recently, between March 7 and 10, a Falun Dafa materials production center in Cangzhou City was destroyed, and several computers, printers and CD burners were confiscated. Dafa practitioners Ms. Zhang Libo, Ms. Zhang Songfeng, Ms. Zhang Songzhi, and Ms. Chen were abducted in succession. They were first held at Cangzhou City's Daodong Police Station and then, as of the time that this information was sent, Zhang Libo, Zhang Songfeng and Ms. Chen are being held at Cangzhou City's No.2 Detention Center. Zhang Songzhi is being held at the Cangzhou City Development Zone Vice Squad offices. Details will be investigated.

2. [Xiuwen County, Guizhou Province] Educational System Brainwashes Students
Recently, persons from the Xiuwen County Education Bureau launched a county-wide campaign to slander Falun Dafa in all junior and senior high schools. All people, including primary school students, middle, and high school students and all teachers, have to write their understandings and experience-sharing articles. In these schools, located in remote mountains, some teachers who don't know the truth of Dafa even composed songs and ballads to slander Dafa.
3. [Xinbin County, Liaoning Province] Education Committee Distributes Dafa-Slandering Picture Albums to Poison Students' Minds
The Xinbin County Education Committee distributed CDs and picture albums that slander Teacher, to all primary schools across the county. The CDs and albums have now reached the principals of all the schools. The County Experimental Primary School has already given them to the children and officials have attempted to brainwash the teachers and students. Principals in rural schools have had the teachers explain the picture album to their students.

5. [Guiping City, Guangxi Province] News from Guiping City
Around the Spring Festival of 2004, the Guiping City "610 Office"(1) slandered Falun Dafa through the means of television, slogans, exam papers and others. Since March, practitioners Ms. Chen Yuelian, Ms. Huang Zhaoxia, Ms. He Lijun, Mr. Chen Qiang and others have been taken away and their homes have been ransacked.

6. [Zunhua City, Hebei Province] Arrest of Dafa Practitioner Dang Xiaoyan
Dang Xiaoyan is a resident of Qujiapu Village, Shimen Town, Zunhua City, Hebei Province. On February 7, 2004, Dang Xiaoyan was distributing Dafa truth-clarifying materials at a country fair. He encountered a middle-aged man and handed him a flyer. This man, however, was a plainclothes policeman, Wen Jingchun, the political instructor of the Shimen Town Police Precinct. Dang Xiaoyan was taken to the precinct and afterwards transferred to the Zunhua City Xisanli Detention Center.

7. [Zunhua City, Hebei Province] Arrest of Dafa Practitioner Li Guoliang and His Brother Li Guosheng
Mr. Li Guoliang and his brother Mr.Li Guosheng are from Xiaonianzhuang Village, Baozidian Town, Zunhua City, Hebei Province. They have been renting a home and living by selling glasses in the Dongsanqi Brigade in Beijing for years. At noon on February 25, 2004 they did the Dafa exercises in their rented home. But Han Wu, a member of the Changping County Dongsanqi Joint Defense Team in Beijing, found out about it and sent them to the Joint Defense Team. The team members beat up Mr. Li Guoliang, and then sent the brothers to the Xipingbao Police Precinct. Enforcer Han Wu received a 3,000 yuan (2) reward.
That same day that the Zunhua City Committee received the information about the arrest of the two brothers, they did another bad deed. In collusion with the deputy secretary, the supervisor of Baozidian Town and personnel from the Baozidian Town Police Precinct, they took the two practitioners back to the police precinct from Beijing at 10:00 p.m. On February 26, 2004 they placed the practitioners in the Xisanli Detention Center.
8. [Changji City, Xinjiang Autonomous Region] Arrest of Five Dafa Practitioners During the Two Conferences
On March 4, 2004, during the Two Conferences (3), Police Chief Yang and a gang of policemen from the Changji City Chengjiao Police Precinct in the Xinjiang Autonomous Region broke into Dafa practitioner Mr. Ma Jujun's home and arrested him. He is currently being detained in the Changji City Detention Center.
At the same time, practitioners Ms. Tan Zhiyan and her father, mother and cousin were also arrested.
9. [Shihezi City, Xinjiang AR] Arrest of Four Practitioners, including Chen Zhong
On March 9, 2004, during the Two Conferences, policeman Wang of the Political Security Section from the Xiayedi Police Precinct, Shihezi City's No. 134 Army Division, Xinjiang AR, in collusion with local police, arrested and detained four practitioners including Mr. Chen Zhong. The homes of these practitioners were also searched.
After the persecution began in 1999, policemen from the Political Security Section of the No. 134 Army Division had detained Mr. Chen once before. Later, policemen from the Shihezi City Chengqu Police Precinct detained him because he went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong. Afterwards he was put into a brainwashing class. Because of the long-term persecution, his wife left him and they eventually got a divorce. Mr. Chen has had to take care of his elderly mother and school-aged son on his own. Now that the police have arrested Mr. Chen again, no one is taking care of his son.

10. [Shanghai] Arrest of Dafa Practitioner Cai Yufang at the Longbai Police Precinct
The Longbai Residential Committee had tried to persuade Ms. Cai Yufang to force her to give up her belief in Falun Dafa, but Ms. Cai refused. Then on March 1, 2004, the committee ordered policemen from the local precinct to lay in wait for her at her house. Ms. Cai didn't open her door during the daytime. At night a relative went to see her. As soon as she opened the door, the policemen waiting outside arrested her. She is now detained in the Shanghai Qingpu Forced Labor Camp's brainwashing class.

11. [Shandong Province] Persecution of Dafa Practitioners in the Petroleum University
Dafa practitioners in the Petroleum University, formerly called the Eastern China Petroleum University, located in Dongying City, Shandong Province have been persecuted and unconstitutionally sentenced to prison. Mr. Tang Qingming, Mr. Chen Diwu, Mr. Zheng Junbo, and Mr. Wang Yanshu were sentenced to forced labor; Mr. Chen Guangchang, Mr. Tang Qingming, Mr. Zheng Junbo, Mr. Wang Yanshu, Mr. Yu Lijian, Ms. Han Huiqiong, Ms. Dong Cuiling, He Yali, Ms. Wang Rufeng, Ms. Zhu, and a Dafa practitioner with last name Sun were put into detention. Mr. Yu Lijian and Ms. Li Qingying were forced to suspend their studies at the university. Mr. Su Xiaoliang and Mr. Yu Lijian were expelled from the university.
12. [Jiaozhou City, Shandong Province] The Torture of Dafa Practitioner Wang Mingjiang at the Nanguan Police Precinct
Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Mingjiang from Jiaozhou City is currently detained at the Nanguan Police Precinct. He has suffered from all kinds of tortures. According to witnesses, he has been forced to wear handcuffs that are too tight which has resulted in his wrists becoming bloody and bruised. During the beatings he has endured, Mr. Wang's head was always covered so that he couldn't see who beat him.
13. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Dafa Practitioner Liu Yongmin Is Arrested and Imprisoned at the Dadong District Detention Center
Dafa practitioner Mr. Liu Yongming from Shenyang City is 52 years old. On February 18, 2004, when he went to Beijing to validate Dafa, he was arrested and is currently being detained at the Dadong District Detention Center in Shenyang City.
