April 20: New York Practitioners Sternly Warn Official Bo Xilai That He Cannot Escape Punishment from the Law (Photos)

(Clearwisdom.net) A Clearwisdom reporter reports in New York: Learning that political hatchet man Bo Xilai, who has been closely following Jiang Zemin in the brutal persecution of Falun Gong, is visiting the US, New York Falun Gong practitioners gathered during the night of April 20, 2004 in front of the Chinese Consulate to sternly warn Bo Xilai that he cannot escape the punishment of the law. The practitioners also called on people from all walks of life to stop the persecution that harms the whole humanity and bring Jiang Zemin to justice.

Following Jiang in the persecution of Falun Gong, Bo Xilai has committed countless crimes

Bo Xilai, the Chinese Minister of Commerce, previously Deputy Secretary of CCPC of Liaoning Province and Governor of Liaoning Province, a former Mayor of Dalian City and General Party Secretary of Dalian City. Since Jiang's group openly launched the persecution of Falun Gong on July 20, 1999, Bo Xilai has managed and directed the persecution of Falun Gong in Dalian City and Liaoning Province. The methods used for the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in these areas are extremely brutal and inhumane. Bo Xilai is one of the key responsible persons.

During his term as Mayor of Dalian City, Dalian City officials ordered forcible brainwashing, ransacking homes, illegal detention, all kinds of brutal torture methods, and long-term forced labor to persecute Falun Gong practitioners, making Dalian City one of the cities nationwide where the persecution of Falun Gong is the most severe. According to Clearwisdom.net report, as of today, at least 17 Falun Gong practitioners have been verified to have died as a result of the persecution (referring to the cases that have detailed facts of the persecution, victims and murderers have been verified, not including countless cases that have not been completely verified). Notorious Dalian City Labor Camp conducted sexual abuses, brutal torture against Falun Gong practitioners, and thus was commented as nationwide "Advanced Group" for "reforming through education." Dalian City's political and judiciary departments actively followed Jiang in the persecution of Falun Gong. The Department of Public Security issued the first award to Dalian City Police Department. Jiang Zemin personally promoted Bo Xilai as Governor of Liaoning Province.

Liaoning Province, where Bo Xilai worked as provincial leader, became one of the provinces where the persecution of Falun Gong was most severe. Masanja Labor Camp, located in the suburb of Shenyang City, was infamous for its inhumane and brutal torture of Falun Gong practitioners. As of April 19, 2004, according to the international human rights organizations, the verified number of Falun Gong practitioners who have died as a result of persecution in Liaoning Province was 103, ranking fourth in the country. Liaoning Province's Judicial Department officials once said at an assembly at Masanjia Labor Camp, "financial investment in dealing with Falun Gong has exceeded the outlay of a war."

During his term as Mayor of Dalian City, General Secretary of the city and Governor of Liaoning Province, Bo Xilai summarized and arranged at numerous meetings and reports the persecution of Falun Gong. During the persecution of Falun Gong, Jiang's group implemented the policy of "leadership responsibility system" and the "single-veto system." The first head of the party and the administration take full responsibility to the higher authority. In order to get promoted, Bo Xilai transferred the responsibilities to lower governments, to encourage the grassroots departments to use brutal torture methods on Falun Gong practitioners, causing the sharp increase of death cases. For example, No. 2 Prison in the Prison City secretly colluded with Shenyang City Court and Procurator's Office and obtained more than 20 "normal" death quotas, so that the guards dared to ruthlessly persecute Falun Gong practitioners who refused to renounce their belief.

New York Falun Gong practitioners set up four banners in front of the Chinese Consulate, with one banner in Chinese reading, "Bo Xilai follows Jiang in the persecution of Falun Gong; he cannot escape the trial of history," two banners in both Chinese and English, reading, "Bring Jiang to justice globally," "Falun Dafa is great," and one banner in English, reading, "Chinese Consulates stop persecuting Falun Gong." Practitioners peacefully practiced the exercises, the scene was solemn and respectful.

M.d. Wang expressed that they would expose to the American people these corrupt Chinese officials' crimes for persecuting human rights. They followed Jiang's group to brutally persecute Falun Gong practitioners. It is heavenly principle that good and evil will get due retributions. They will definitely be put on just and fair trial.

Bo Xilai and several more accomplices of Jiang who have been heavily involved in the persecution of Falun Gong, including Luo Gan, Zeng Qinghong, Li Lanqing, Zhao Zhifei, Liu Qi, Xia Deren, Zhou Yongkang, Wu Guanzheng, Sun Jiangzheng, Song Fatang, Yang Guanghong, Wang Donghua, Tang Xianqiang, Xu Youfang, Wen Shizhen, Song Shanyun, have been respectively sued in the US, Belgium, France, Ice Land, Finland, Moldova, Armenia, Spain, Taiwan, Korea and Germany.
