(Clearwisdom.net) On February 11, 2004, the "610 Office"(1) of Huanggang City, Hubei Province, compelled every work unit to buy tickets for a performance in which Dafa was slandered and defamed. Each ticket cost twenty yuan. The heads of the work units who were coerced to buy the tickets voiced many complaints. After Dafa practitioners heard this news, they informed one another to send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil that was slandering Dafa. They also made a lot of Dafa truth clarifying materials. On the night of February 14, Dafa practitioners hung up and pasted many banners and posters that clarified the truth about Dafa in the surrounding area and the nearby streets of the military sub-district where the performance was going to take place. This effectively frightened off the evil!
On February 15, 2004, when the performance started, many people who understood the truth about Dafa did not come. The turnout of people who came to watch the performance was only about one to two hundred people. Many Dafa practitioners had collected many tickets after clarifying the truth to the work units beforehand. They came into the theatre to send forth righteous thoughts. After the performance that defamed Dafa began, many practitioners send forth righteous thoughts. The practitioners also clarified the truth to the everyday people around them. Many people came to understand the truth about Dafa and left the theatre. There were also some practitioners who stood outside the theatre and clarified the truth.
When the performance ended, twenty to thirty Dafa practitioners walked backstage and clarified the truth to the people in charge and the actors. Some actors took the truth clarifying materials prepared by Dafa practitioners and read them seriously. Later, most of the actors hid and dared not face the questions that Dafa practitioners raised. One seven to eight year old little practitioner stood at the door and exclaimed, "Falun Dafa is good! Falun Dafa is the righteous Fa! You are deceiving people!"
After the incident, the practitioners discussed and realized that they should have stopped the evil defamation on the spot. They should have clarified the truth to the persons in charge and the actors before the performance and thus stopped the evil.
