In December 2001, Liu Shuzhi also tricked practitioner Luu Guifang of Baijiayaozhao Township, saying that he needed a lot of Dafa materials. He secretly reported this to the "610 office." As a result, Luu Guifang's house was ransacked and his property confiscated. Luu Guifang and another Dafa practitioner Ms. Yin Shulan were sent to the "610 office" brainwashing class. Because Yin Shulan remained steadfast and would not give up her practice, she was sent to the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp. Practitioner Zhang Leiping was also reported by Liu Shuzhi. Zhang was blackmailed and fined by the "610 office" for sums up to 12,000 Yuan. Liu Shuzhi goes around everywhere on his bicycle looking for ways to persecute Dafa practitioners.
Liu Jianguo employs thugs like Liu Shuzhi to be agents in various districts in the county, including Linqu Town, Yeyuan, Qixian.
